Check in procedure needs improvement because I waited over an hour to get into my apartment. I left my souvenir Miami Open visor in my apartment when I left but the staff said they couldn’t find it.
- Lorena Garcia (2/5): - I am requesting a full refund for this stay, as the conditions were unacceptable, unsafe, and nowhere near the standard advertised. Mold on unsafe windows, broken curtains, noise from cars, room next to stop in the street, broken WC, light fixture broken, dirt under the furniture, noise fridge, watermarks on floors, curtains didn't close complete, light coming out from street at night, no front desk, kept you waiting for long time to answer and get your codes to check in, horrible management... this is false advertising, no luxury at all. I hope I can upload pictures and video I got from that horror place.. please Make yourself a favor.... Skip The booking here!

It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!) Max was a delightful host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
- Yuliya (10/5): - We loved our time at Sunny Days apartments in Miami Beach. The two-bedroom apartment was great for our family. My wife and I had a cozy room with a bathroom, and the kids had their own room too. The small kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the dining table fit us all easily. We liked that bikes were available for rent and beach chairs and umbrellas were included - we used them every day! We also appreciated the onsite parking, even if it cost extra. The location was perfect, with a grocery store just a block away. We could walk or take a short Uber ride to the beach and Ocean Drive. Overall, Sunny Days was comfy, handy, and really thought of everything. Highly recommend for a fun Miami Beach holiday!

Spacious 2 bed 2 bath but the showers are small , the shower heads need deep cleaned and updated , the living room couch needs to be thrown out honestly, the coffee pot was left dirty and the stove top needs replaced.

First it took us an hour to acess the building.... lack of communication The apartment we stayed in, smelled mouldy as soon as the door opens. Bathroom too small, shower leaks. Bedroom too noisy from outside traffic and people talking. Overall this apt. Needs a complete makeover from ceiling to floor. .... wish i could get a refund....

- Noemi (8/5): - I'm not sure what's with all the negative reviews because my friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and a Target right around the corner. It is also super close to the beach. I felt like the neighborhood was pretty quiet while we were there. The walls and windows are pretty thin but that's a given at most apartment complexes. Yes, you will hear cars passing by at night so if you are a light sleeper, maybe bring ear plugs and you'll be fine. Also, I saw some reviews say the neighborhood wasn't great but, it seemed to me like it was perfectly fine. I saw a lot of people walking, walking their dogs and biking everywhere. It was a place with everything we were looking for during our stay in Miami- a fridge, bathroom, shower, bed and two plasma TVs. Roberto, the manager is very responsive which was also a plus. The place does have a little bit of a moldy smell but I'd say that was the only negative. If you are expecting to stay at a place that's very upscale, then this may not be the place for you. If you will be spending most of your day out and about like we did on our vacation, you are looking for basic necessities and a good location near many shops then it is a good place to stay.

- Sade (6/5): - This unit was much different than I expected, there wasn’t a luxury vibe, the unit held a humid wet smell and the bed sits on the floor. The bed wasn’t horrible but a little uncomfortable being so low to the ground. There was a little confusion about the parking, but we were able to park in the gate free,also south beach is more of a 20 min walk from the unit but we took bikes (several in the area) Overall I would have preferred a hotel with a pool than this unit especially for the cost. It wasn’t horrible just wasn’t what I expected.

- Justin (2/5): - This place is horrible. The walls and doors were marred up and dirty, the carpet had a huge red stain on it. The bed had hair in it from the last guests. The bed was on the floor, not on any frame or stand. One of the pillows smelled of urine. The bedside table has dirt caked into the sides of it and the top is falling apart. The floor in the living room has broken tiles. They don’t help with the HVAC or leave instructions on how to operate the thermostat. The windows didn’t seal or lock properly, living huge air gaps and security risks. The bathroom has a leaky sink, a shower door that won’t close, and mildly warm water. Do not stay at this property. I called Expedia and they wouldn’t help to get me out of the place any sooner. I will never stay here again!

- Lisa (4/5): - Convenient location to Publix and shops, 5 blocks from the beach. The units were fine, but need upkeep, bit noisy can hear other units. My unit had a moldy smell, notified management but maintenance never came, so tried to fix but it came back. WIFI even though given 2 access log on, was very poor. Overview added that it has a kitchen, only had a stovetop and microwave. Recommend an air fryer, the toaster was old with food in it. Could use a full set of sharp knives. Noted the lightbulb was out over the stove, but they never fixed it. TV was basic remote guides didn't work. Over all give it a 4 out of 10.

- Nabila (6/5): - Great location, close to Beach/Ocean Drive. The area feels fairly safe however it becomes busy and very noisy during the evening/night. The apartment is modern but also showing minor wear and tear on the furniture and fittings. Examples were the kitchen hob, unsteady table, and bedroom TV (screen burn from overuse). It included everything we needed for a short stay (towels, shower/shampoo, kitchen utensils) with the rooms being spacious and generally clean. The bedroom was nice however the window design/form factor (glass slates) did not block any noise from the street outside and ended up being difficult to sleep at night. Communication with the host was great and quickly responded to messages without fault. Onsite parking ($10 a day) was also a mega bonus and extremely handy. Overall, it was an ok experience/stay and would possibly rent again in the future. The Good: Location, price, parking, AC, host communication The Bad: Noise at night, TV/WiFi signal, modern/good condition of furniture/fittings (not enough to be called ‘Luxury’ Improvements?: WiFi access, TV signal/repair, kitchen hob

- ABOUBACAR (10/5): 560 Michigan ave Apartments - My plane arrived earlier and Roberto the manager was avaliable, very prompt and find the solution of all my concern during our stay. Nice place to stay. Good environment. Just a few minutes walking to the beach. I will definitely recommend this to everyone. My wife had zéro complaint about the area.

- Alicia (8/5): - I loved the location of this property. It is so central to everything, a 5 minute walk will get you everywhere. The whole apartment is very modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with ever you may need and there were towels readily available. The bathroom was a bit small but the design made up for it. Perfect property for couples. The site manager also made communication very easy. Sheets may need to be changed but other than that everything was perfect.

Owner gave us the same lie about city crews working in the area impacting water pressure as you can find in previous reviews - there were no work crews anywhere in the neighborhood. And don’t look to Expedia for help, they won’t do anything.

(My apt had Old furniture) It was my son 30th birthday and he invited his friends to celebrate with him. Over all 4 stars - the apt was nice and a great location, but with problems you would have in a 3 star hotel. Im not a complainter, just worked around the problems especially the cold showers . Lol
- PATRICIA (6/5): A little tweaking and this could be a great place. - The place was not very clean. The fridge was sticky, we found human hair that hadn't been vacuumed. The shower was very slippery as well as the steps leading up to the apartment. The bed was very comfortable but the bedroom TV does not work well, some kind of static sound in the background. The location is wonderful and was walking distance to several restaurants. I would suggest the owner add non slip strips to the shower floor and the steps so no one gets hurts. And allow for more time for cleaning. Also, remove the worn gross carpet and install non slip tile would be great. A few improvements and it can be much better. Also, give the code for parking in the initial email too, we had to ask another person for it.

Flying in from out of town with no one answering phone not sure if you will be able to enter property is unsettling. It all worked out in the end property eventually sent code while we were at the gate. Other then that property is nice worth the money.

The pictures are completely misleading and they are very pricy for a place that doesn’t give refunds! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Miami.

The immediate surrounding neighborhood doesn’t seem to be safe at night but the apartments are gated with a passcode so that helps provide a level of safety. Everything was clean and we were able to check in earlier with no fee. I forgot something behind and the manager agreed to ship it to me which is nice. The only thing I would suggest is providing a small bottle of dish cleaning liquid since there is a kitchen. I like to leave places as I found them. And I felt bad for having to leave a few dirty pans.
- shirly (2/5): - The sink is clogged ,bathroom smell bad , the TV remote control is sticky and oily you don't even wanna touch it, and the bedroom is dirty, you can see the stain on the bedsheet and curtains. The windows are not soundproof at all, the neighborhood is very noisy. The only Pro is it is so close to the south beach area, all the restaurants, bars, and stores are within walking distance.

The apartment was pretty decent but I did have to address the property manager about minor cleanliness issues. One thing I didn't have an opportunity to address was the condition of my sheets and mattress, they were stained and really turned me off. I slept on the couch while k was there which wasn't bad at all. I would suggest the property upgrade their TVs. I couldn't enjoy tv because I didn't have access to any of the streaming services. Other than that, I had a blast and would stay again.

Upstair unit minor complaints (bathroom sink leaked, ac didnot stay consistently cool and wifi poor could not watch tv, however we did not come to Miami to watch tv so all was good) Would rent again if I needed too.
- Brianna (10/5): - This was the perfect little spot for a long weekend trip. close enough that you can walk to the beach/popular spots if you wanted, (or a quick drive for the afternoons where it was super humid), but also far enough away that it was quiet and there wasn't a lot of commotion around. space was nice and clean. my boyfriend and i really enjoyed the apartment!

Other than that things were great. We were at least able to watch Prime videos and Netflix in the living room area. The apartment concept for the hotel is genius!

I like that the two bedrooms had a private bathroom. Every time I needed the management for minor issues ( like WiFi password) he responded with in five to ten minutes, I don’t care what time of day it was. The neighbor hood was quiet at night. I would highly recommended this place to stay if you were in Miami. When I return I will be staying here once again.

Once home I tried to tell the manager just to make sure that no one else had this experience. He dismissed it and was very indignant. I would never refer anyone to this place.

The only downside is that we couldn't use the washer and dryer. But there is a laundromat a block away. And Mr. Roberto was available to answer all of my questions.

However, the property manager allowed me to request an extra day at a reasonable price. In addition, I called the property manager after my stay and they did not return my phone call. - Verified traveler (2/5): Very noisy, nowhere near luxury apartments - I booked the hotel because it looked so nice on the photos. When I arrived I found totally disappointed. Luxury apartment? No. Old triplex with cosmetic remodel? Yes. I stay on the 2nd floor so I have to carry my heavy luggage over the stairs to get to the apartment door. Each room was very small. Two people could barely turned around in the bathroom. No additional towels or bedsheets. Two soap and two tiny bottle of shampoo and no refill. If you stay for 7 nights like I do, you will find yourself running short on everything. The worst is the noise in the bedroom. Window is just glass shutters and provide no isolation. All the party sound, street noise came directly from outside. On the first night of stay, I heard every single word of people singing karaoke overnight and couldn't sleep at all. I moved to the coach in the living room, but the coach is so short that's impossible for an adult to sleep on. The second day asked for a quieter room. The property manager told me it's full and couldn't give me a new room until two days later. I decided to stay in other hotels for these two nights, simply because it's impossible to sleep at night. The manager refused to reimbursement me anything because I prepaid all 7 nights. Will not recommend anyone to stay here, and will not come back again.
