- Pierce (8/5): - public pantry area for rest and refreshment is great. we managed to refresh and charge our phones there after we checked out but still have some time before we head to airport the occupants upstairs seems to keep dragging and moving the furniture thru the night. we recorded it and made a complaint at the front desk. stopped then and it happened again. we complained one more time cus its affecting our rest and stay and finally it stopped. the staff told us its a china group which we are not surprised. anyway it is not the fault of the hotel. we are simply unlucky

- Toda (9/5): - 1階のラウンジでコーヒー，焼き菓子(クッキー)，パックジュース，スナック菓子，カップラーメンが全て無料で利用でき，とても有り難かったです。 ラウンジの横にトイレもあり，部屋まで戻らなくて良かったので便利でとても清潔でした。 毎日ハウスキーピングをお願いしたのですが、毎回家族人数分のお水のサービスがあり とても嬉しかったです。お水はいくらあっても有り難いので。 シャワー用と浴槽が別々にあったので，湯船に浸かることができ癒されました。 部屋も広くて綺麗で，ほぼ夜に寝に帰るだけでしたが快適でした。 フロントはアロマの香りがし，備え付けのシャンプーとBodyソープもとても香りが良く、髪がきしまず翌日も髪サラサラで，VANAの製品を調べてみるとビーガン，90%以上は天然成分で気に入り自分でも購入したいと思いました。 洗濯機と乾燥機が5階に有料でありました。 各1台ずつしかなかったので，使用されていることが多々あり待ち時間があったので，使用者は終了時間が分かるようにタイマーやホワイトボード等が置いてあれば 何回も足を運ぶ必要がなかったかなと思いました。 浴室にもゴミ箱が欲しかったです。(邪魔にならないように棚の中でも良いです。) またシャワールームにシャワー用チェアを置いていただけたら有り難いです。
