• James Asanon (7/5): - It's a nice cozy little motel. We've stayed there twice. The beds could be sturdier. They are very flimsy and squeak a lot.
• julie (6/5): Ok, convenient, - Room, ok, not huge, no easy accessible power sockets near one of the beds, had to move bed to reach behind for socket. Bed, ok. Not super clean…. First, used needle left by cleaning crew, they disposed of it. Second, rodent poo in cupboard under sink where pots and pans were stored, and it was wet too (possibly from drainage rack stored there). We were offered a different room which we declined as we’d just unpacked. I asked for cleaning supplies and was given a choice, I took the bleach and a cloth to do it, then the manager/supervisor gentleman came and checked to make sure there was no leak, & he cleaned the rodent droppings up. Third, I had to move the bed a little to plug in a charging cable, found an empty medicine vial that had not been swept up, non narcotic vial. Fourth, neither the kitchen window or bathroom window locked. Fifth, the blinds were pretty dirty too. Sixth the vent over the cooking area (room had a kitchenette) was greasy and dusty at the same time. Pet friendly helped, but fees are incurred… We had stayed once before and hadn’t experienced any of the above. Staff are helpful. See above. Plus lots of un picked up dog poo on the grass area.

• debra (5/5): The upgraded room was much better than the original one would have been, especially for the price. - The room was upgraded due to the inconvenience of the original room having repair issues.The rooms were nice and clean. The surrounding area was not a good neighborhood. The kitchen was not fully equipped. The TVs were difficult to work. The shower drain was very slow. The hot water facet in the bathroom sink had poor flow. There was only one wash cloth and asked for another one but never received. The room was nice large rooms and clean. It was a bit expensive especially if I was in the original room. The upgrade was much better.

• Paul (6/5): Cheap and cheerful - You pay for what you get. This isn't the Ritz and didn't expect it. It seemed clean, though very very dated. The 3 bed room was very cramped but ok for 1 night. for the price you can't really complain too much.

We couldnt even use the kitchen unless i were to spend the time to degrease everything! The people upstairs were up and making noise all hours of the night. Beds were uncomfortable. I will never stay at any properties managed by the Tree’s Motel again. I was so disappointed as I have been staying at the Trees Motel prior name Paiute Lodge since I was a child. Just run down and not taken care of. The pictures are not what it currently looks like. What a shame!

• Guest (1/5): A nightmare! Horrible experience! - Don’t know never got to stay , apparently Booking.com overbooked the motel . Booking.com were worse than useless in dealing with their mistake. All they did was delay dealing with it until it was too late, oh and offering me two other motels they also overbooked. A nightmare experience!

• Maura (3/5): Awful. Not worth the price and the staff did nothing to compensate or discount my stay when informed - The room was poorly lit. One light bulb was hanging out of the socket. When I told the staff they just took the light bulb out. The back room had no blinds just an open window that faced the street. Had to hang a blanket over it to have privacy. The sliding door had no stopper and fell off the runner. Problem was not fixed. Just ignored.

Presenza di due letti ad una piazza e mezzo, anche se non unibili tra loro in quanto inchiodati al muro. Letti complessivamente comodi. Presenza di bollitore dell'acqua ed un frigo, con dotazione di caffè. La stanza era piuttosto sporca in terra e nel bagno. La stanza era chiudibile da dentro, mentre da fuori non si chiudeva a chiave. Noi ci siamo soffermati solo una notte, non consigliabile per chi deve spostare per più giorni. Presenza di tende alla veneziana che non garantivano buio durante la notte ed alle prime luci dell' alba. Vicino al motel non sono presenti punti ristoro, ma è servito prendere la macchina.

• Sharon (8/5): - I really liked the room I was given. The hotel and room are very quaint. I slept very well. I arrived late and a key was left for me on the office door. Online reservation was a breeze. Everything was in order. The only tiny issue was the cobwebs.

They upgraded us to another property which was more spacious. We really appreciated how they handled the situation. The other property (same owners) was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

• LUCY (8/5): - Bed wise would have been great if larger than double because it wasn't big enough for me and my husband otherwise it was comfy and clean. Try to bring some kind of spray though as there is tiny spider crawling around and gladly we brought one so we sprayed around the room and around the bed other than that we slept well the whole time with no disturbance at all.

My son keeps getting hurt on the metal ends of the beds. Maybe put something around them so when you accidentally kick them your not hurt to much. Like those noodle swimmers , cut them and secure them around where you get hurt. He's also semi blind so he stumbles alot , this time he was hurt pretty bad. Its not a big deal but we lost our Shatts bread, because we didn't know about the black ants. So we just went and bought more lol. Ty

• Gunnar (10/5): Perfect Stay for what we needed. - Stephanie, the manager, was exceptional in working with. I had to call to verify our booking, parking, and Wi-Fi in three separate calls, and in every call, she was very helpful. She made our stay worth it and I would return here again. The situation is a little different. You check in at a little motel around the corner, but our room was about a mile away. It was a converted apartment building that was hotel rooms, but you wouldn´t know it from the outside. It wasn´t bad, it just was different.

• Katherine (10/5): Hotel was nice. Woman in office was really nice and so was housekeeping. I will come again - It was neat and clean and had everything I needed. I like the area and the goats across the street. It was nice and peaceful without all the trucks on 395 It was hard to get out of the parking lot
• Debbie (10/5): I look forward to staying here again!! - It was so homey. 😊 There is a big shaded grass area that people were playing yard games on. There is also an area to clean fish. It seemed to be a popular spot for fishermen. There are porch swings outside many of the rooms. And the manager and staff were so friendly . Smiling faces all around 😃
• Anonymous (4/5): Will not return - The hotel was off the main road but, easy to find. It was quiet. The air conditioner worked well. The room had good hot water. The young lady at the front desk was fantastic. The parking was terrible, you have to back out into the street to exit the parking lot. The lighting was very old and did not work well. The front window did not lock.
