• Dawn (9/5): Great location with great price and great staff. - Great location, room was much bigger than expected and had a kitchen a great surprise for us. Views were awesome, was great to have the balcony, plus you offered turn down service :) Only down size was having to use steps to access the room, no elevator. We made the best of it though.

Blonde Hair on sink and toilet, no coffee cups, no one answered the number provided nor gave me a call back when I called and left a message, an animal with a skinny long tail went into the bushes near our room as we walked up to it.

Large enough gap to allow bugs, snakes, etc. to enter room. Cleanliness could definitely have been better - dog hairs on the bedspread.

• Mary (9/5): Beautiful Spot - It is a lovely location, as shown in the pictures, with a couple of bench swings overlooking the ocean, and a really pretty and clean pool area. We rented beach cruiser bikes and rode around the island, which was easy and fun, especially coming upon the fabulously surreal scene of the "Driftwood" beach! (Featured in 2023 Color Purple.) We walked along an ocean path to a really good Mexican restaurant with live outdoor music. We had to pay for the bikes, whereas most places I've stayed loan you the beach cruisers for free to guests.

• Deborah (9/5): Enjoyable stay - Waterfront hotel with a nice bike/walking trail. I met some nice people around the fire pit. They have a beautiful pool also. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the town which I thoroughly enjoyed. I told the man at the reception desk that my room needed a new mattress. I’m sure it was years old because as soon as I laid down on it, I sunk down about 4 inches. And yes, I am of average weight. Also, asked about the bikes on the property. You can rent them, but I feel that they should be for free for what you pay for the room. Maybe somebody just wants to take a ride for an hour and come back or take them out for the day. I just feel that all the bikes were just sitting here when people could be riding them. I heard other people discussing that also. I’d also like to see some type of soap and shampoo dish in the shower. I thought the grounds could be kept in better shape. Overall, I always love staying there. It’s quiet and out-of-the-way. I stay there a couple times a year.

William checked us in and he has the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. He made our night! It’s was so beautifully done!

• Janet (10/5): Best kept secret on the island. We will definitely return. - The location on the beach was beautiful. Very friendly staff and super comfortable beds. We were upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen. They provided starter soft drinks, juice and water. Can’t beat the price and this will definitely be our go to home on the island. There was nothing to complain about.
