- Lynnda (8/5): - Excellent staff First room was pet friendly and rug was stained and dirty. Changed to handicapped room as requested because had difficulty climbing over tub to take shower. The night shade was broken and unable to raise causing dark room No repair available. Difficulty finding since drive sign broken and no identification on building as driving in .
- Sarah (9/5): Location was ideal for the reason we were visiting. All in all, we’ll come back if need be. - Breakfast was fair. I was expecting more choices but really can’t complain about the menu. Traffic noice kept me awake, but I’m from the country where traffic is minimal at night.

- Jahniel (6/5): - Receptionist was great. Personalization on the tv was nice Sheets were stained. Noisy
- Eric (10/5): -

- Mary Ann (9/5): - Comfortable and reasonably priced. Loved the pool but would have liked a hot tub also,.
- Phillip (10/5): I love the city of Georgia 🥰 - The room was excellent and clean amazing staff, the location was perfect for food and fun. There's nothing that I was unhappy with at all.

- Derick (7/5): - Location Relatively older compar3d to other hotels I'm the immediate vicinity
- Derick (7/5): - Location Kinda old compared to other surrounding hotels in the same vicinity.
- Vanessa (10/5): -
- debhofmann (2/5): Roaches - Awful Experience - ROACHES - Do not stay here as there are LIVE ROACHES on the walls. We used the digital key, turned on some lights and they were on the walls. Immediately we went to the front desk and the clerk stated "I do not do bugs" when asked to come up to the second floor to see the issues. We immediately left and are still waiting for our money to be refunded. Not what you would expect from a Hilton Property! Additionally, the lack of response from the hotel is also very concerning.
- Phagano1 (4/5): Very disappointed with Hampton. - The room was dirty: crumbs from the food on the floor which apparently wasn't even vacuumed between the guests, lots of dust on the furniture.
- W (3/5): The front staff was good, but overall it was horrible, will not stay in any Hilton properties again, discussing. - Location I saw stinky bugs in the elevator, there was a dirty cloth on the shower head, the refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed , it was not enough variety of food available.
- Eddie (10/5): Trip to Orlando Pitstop - The breakfast and good. There was a selection of cereal, waffles, and eggs with bacon. The coffee was great. Will definitely do this hotel again. nothing
- Pamela (10/5): - It was convenient and very clean
- Ashlee (8/5): -
- Bittner (7/5): Reasonable for an 9 hour stay to which 7 1/2 were sleeping on a road trip - Courteous staff good breakfast check in and out was good Only down pillows had to wrap pillows in blankets and towels not to itch from the feathers
- luroy (1/5): Lies. - Rooms not cleaned...
- Ayoko (7/5): - The location was ok.
- lorihV9716PV (2/5): It was horrible. I went for work and lost half of my earnings - This hotel will scam it's occupants. They call the room phone and ask for damage deposits. They explain that you need to use a 3rd party or it will take 30 days to return the deposit. We have called the police and the bank is also doing an investigation. DO NOT STAY HERE!
- SPfromTampa (6/5): Consistent experience - We typically stay at Hampton's mostly due to the consistency of the experience and this was no different. LOTS of food options within a 3 mile radius.
Breakfast was as expected.
The follow-up text asking if everything is OK after getting into the room is a nice touch that provides an opportunity to raise concerns. We had none.
One tip? If a light sleeper ask for a room away from the Interstate.
- Deborah (9/5): - The hotel and staff were great. Very clean room. The breakfast was very nice also. We didn’t realize that the property was located in an extremely congested area. When going out to grab dinner around 6:30 it took considerable time to go about 2 miles.
- Jeff (7/5): Slightly underwhelming. - The location was the main reason I chose the hotel. I am also a Hilton Honors Member. The staff was lukewarm and the exhaust fan in our bathroom was inoperable.
- Emily (10/5): -
- Kim (10/5): - Myiah was amazing. Everything was great.
- Sauda (10/5): - We had a lovely stay. Our room was large and comfortable. The pool was delightful and the breakfast was delicious. Will stay again.
- Jerry (9/5): -
- mary (10/5): - This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. It was quiet, clean and even the bed was comfortable. The kids even said the sleeper sofa was comfy. Hotel is close to shopping and food. The only downside was the interstate traffic could be heard occasionally but it didn’t keep any of us awake.
- David (9/5): - Nice breakfast and clean rooms.
- Tia (9/5): -
- Jessica (10/5): - Very nice. Very convenient locstion. Staff was super friendly and rooms very clean
- Marek (7/5): -
- David (8/5): -
- Tatyana (10/5): - Everything was great. Would visit again.
- Matt (2/5): Dirty headboards - Hand prints all over headboards. Felt like a seedy motel. Staff unwilling to clean and did not have available room to switch us to. Offered no incentive.
- Kevin (10/5): - We had a very nice stay here.
- Tesfaye (8/5): -
- Pam (9/5): -
- Susan (2/5): - 4th floor smelled like a wet dog, couldn’t connect to internet on my device. Phone was old as can be, no one answered at the front desk from the room phone after 7-8 attempts. It just rang. I had to reach them by calling from my phone. I stay at Hilton and Hampton all the time. Their phones usually have IT button on them but these phones were archaic. Because of security I usually have to have their internet support add me in manually. They said they didn’t have a number, no one knew how to help at the hotel. I tried the helpline, one guy said he could help, I asked if he knew how to add a MAC address and he didn’t know what it was! Then I was given a number for IT that was disconnected. Then another number didn’t service that hotel the I got the disconnected number again from another person. They called and it was in fact disconnected and he couldn’t help. For 3 hours I tried to get help and only option I was given was to change hotels at 1 am and finally they say they would mail me a paper check refund AND I could pay for another room. I stay in hotels 3-5 nights a week for work and this was the absolute worst. I will say otherwise it was clean and breakfast was amazing. Never again will I stay here because they were very non chalant and said things like, I don’t know a number we call the manager and I’m not calling my manager cause you can’t connect. I paid 178 dollars for this room and never again will I stay there.
- Timothy (8/5): - The Lady Who takes care of the Breakfast was plasant and welcoming.
The bed room door was dificult to open. Other than that we were satified with the overal condition.
- Bianca (8/5): 2 night stay - The room was booked online and check in was lengthy due to $50 hold as well as no availability before 3 pm which complicated me settling to get ready for my sons bday. There was hair in the bathroom floor and shower. The toilet wiggly, the soap dispensers didn’t look sanitized and the wall behind the nightstand was dirty and had gunk on it. Breakfast was neat.
- Victor (9/5): -
- Charles (9/5): Good - Ok
- Randall (10/5): - Excellent check-in experience. Front desk person was very nice and helpful. She made the experience better and was very professional and kind.
- Chester (10/5): - Nice place, would stay again
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Wonka (10/5): Good stay could have a lot more in rooms for the price - Pool was excellent Need better maintenance management
- Susan (6/5): - Power went out multiple times. The last time the aur conditioning did not come back on.. the noise level the second night was ridiculous. Great first night very rough second night.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice location - Clean hotel. No weird smells or anything of that nature. The room was decent. I didn't receive any room service, although I had enough towels for my stay. The breakfast was average at best.
- Irvin (10/5): Stay here, just do it - Quick easy check in a slight problem with the room as far as there were some repairs being done to it so they got me a different room and all was good! Very quick and easy I will stay here again if it's an option The pool closed at 10:00 I would have loved to swim a little bit later.... Also I tried to access it at 9:00 in the morning when it was open and my key card didn't work but that's literally it
- A.davis (9/5): Superb -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Warm hospitality and an excellent breakfast. Only pork meat products for breakfast.
- J (8/5): - Yes
- Aphrodite (1/5): Bad - The breakfast was good. The room that was given to me hadn't been clean, it smelled like cigar smoke, there was urine stains on the toilet and a large amount of hair in the tub. I was move to another room that had a leaking toilet. The indoor pool hadn't been cleaned. My children didn't want to swim because of all the debri that was in the pool. Management offered extra reward points not a refund.
- Deminko (9/5): Superb -
- Jud7878_12 (6/5): Bad experience - 2 different people were trying to check in & couldn’t find the desk clerk (approximately 8:30 at night). Finally came out of back. I had to ask for water, never acknowledged we were Hilton Honors members. Got to our room & food on the desk chair. Window shade all the way down & couldn’t raise it to see out the window. Next morning went to breakfast & only bagels were covered in syrup. Asked for a plain one & was told didn’t have any.
When checking out the manager (I assume) said she would add extra Hilton points to our account. Never happened. Will never stay here again.
- bubury (10/5): Hidden gem for the area - Is Hampton Inn is either new or completely renovated. It has such a strong modern vibe. Everything is crisp and clean in black and white. The staff are incredibly helpful with their welcome and easy policy. The rooms have unusual lighting, meaning very modern and are super comfortable. Definitely this is a hidden gem and a place to stay. Breakfast was the usual Hampton fair but that’s good because you want consistency across the brand. Definitely check this one out if you need a place to stay in this area.
- Duckworth (8/5): A small bump but the staff was great - Staff was very courteous and polite. They were able to make adjustments that made our stay better. The hotel was going through a renovation, and the pool was closed. When we entered our first room, it had the odor of just being painted. The staff was able to move our room and ensure that we were comfortable.
- Hallie (10/5): - Great clean
- Carla (4/5): - The room smelled of someone weird. The pool was closed because someone stole the linning! Was charged twice. He said it didn't show we paid Hotels.com but we had.
- Tashena (8/5): Very good -
- Deaysia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlesetta (10/5): - I Enjoyed my stay
- Kenneth (8/5): - Loved it
- Steve (10/5): - Adam as great at the desk, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.
- N.a (4/5): Hotel was ok don’t think I would stay here again though on entering the bathroom it was a long piece of hair when we fir - Property was close to everything and close to what I was in town for No restaurant usually I pick hotels with restaurants/bar it gives you something extra to do when hanging around the hotel
- Amairani (2/5): - Long story short, when we arrived at the hotel they didn't have our rooms. It was 1am in the morning we drove 6 hrs from another state, we get there and our rooms were sold out. We went there for an event and everything was sold out all around. We ended up finding a motel almost an hr away at 3am in the morning. I do not recommend this place at all and if I could give it a zero star I would. They also haven't returned our money they took out from my card to “hold”’the rooms; its been almost a week
- Mike (10/5): - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
- Dave (1/5): bad - I was disapointed I have always stayed at Hamption Not enough towel no blankets and asked for these items
the person was not happy he had to give to me, will not stay here again Hampton is going down hill in my view
- Tiffany (7/5): Not bad. Would stay there again. - Breakfast was very good. I like that they had a happy hour option Tuesday- Thursday. Location was good. Shower had a piece of hair in it. Shower also either had some old black stains at the bottom or or mold in it.
- Diane (6/5): - It was clean except for the small hole in the wall. And the dog barking in the room next to us for 2 hours . We did not know there was apparently a dog show somewhere close . I went downstairs to the desk but she said there really want anything she could and there were no other rooms to move to .
- nancypF9777CO (2/5): Horrible Experience - Door would not lock and could be pushed open from hallway without a key. Hair on sheets. Glass on floor in bathroom. Air conditioner vents packed with debris. Cooling of room took several hours. Severely soiled carpet. Horrible slanting mattress. Phone did not work. Missing lightbulb in lamp. Rude treatment when requested room change insisting rooms were not available when in fact there were some. Moved to three rooms. Overcharged. Hilton upper management unresponsive to complaints.
- Joel (1/5): It absolutely sucked. - Ask the people who got my room. I paid in full for a room since I had to work late into the early morning. Put it on my card so I could get some sleep that night. Once I got off work and went to the hotel, I was informed that my room had been double booked. I could understand if I put down a 5 dollar deposit. However I paid upfront for a room My name was in the system and trying to get a refund is another story. So, hours away from home, middle of the night, paid for the room, informed no room for you. I only rate a 1 because 0 is not a choice. I slept in my work van that night as much as i could. My experience here was the absolute worst I have ever had.
- Timothy (8/5): - Hot water ran out one morning.
- D (3/5): McDonough Hampton Inn Stay was disappointing. - Breakfast staff not friendly and there was not a variety of food and fresh cooked items were not fresh. In room toilet was not flushing and never repaired even though I put in a request and notified the front desk personally. The pool was not indoors and so it was cold. It was 1/2 outside and then the non responsiveness of the staff for bathroom issues. Breakfast was not pleasant or fresh.
- Lawrence (8/5): - Accommodations were good.
- Cherl (8/5): - My overall experience was a good one, with the exception of three things: 1. When I checked in I was thirsty, and told I could not have complimentary water because it was for guest who booked directly with the hotel itself, and not through a booking service. I was offended because the mere fact that I selected to say at your hotel should have been welcoming in itself, because I could have chosen to spend my money elsewhere and not at Hampton. 2. I attempted to use the business office, I needed to print document, but the front desk clerk and I could not get the service to work. 3. I wanted to do laundry, but found out they did not have any laundry products available. They had been out for some time, and didn't know when they would get any in stock. I was appalled that the acting manager Amiyah read her response to me from a script directing me to go to other hotels in the area to buy laundry supplies.
- Alejo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Preston (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gennifer (8/5): Very good -
