• Agathe (9/5): Cadre idéal pour un séjour reposant - Locaux impeccables, le site est intelligemment organisé pour repartir les visiteurs entre différents espaces. Le cadre est particulièrement agréable : face à la mer, vue sur les montagnes, dans un coin assez calme de l’île. Le restaurant est de bonne qualité Le personnel très chaleureux Et les activités proposées chaque jour adaptées aux familles Il faut juste mieux être équipé d’une voiture pour pouvoir sillonner autour, même si l’arrêt de bus est vraiment juste devant le club.

• enrica (8/5): Chambres propres, comfortables et pas chéres. - J'ai choisi une suite,ou apartement avec kitchenette, et c'etait ample, propre et fraichement décoré. J'etais seule et tot dans la saison donc je n'ai pas frequenté les piscines ou autre installations du club. L'interet c'etait pour moi la position géographique, le parking, et la possibilité de cuisiner mes repas. J'ai trouvé le rapport qualité/prix excellent.

Would highly recommend - The place was really great value for money, the apartment hotel room was really spacious and comfortable and I loved the view from the balcony. The breakfast and dinner had a huge variety of delicious foods. I would definitely go back again. My kids loved it too. All the staff were lovely and really helpful ♥️ Didn't get to use the spa facilities much due to the opening time of 10am. The spa facilities could open earlier than 10am to cater for guests who have to leave the hotel earlier.

• Midnight Moonlight (10/5): Solid family choice - Facilities: Nice, clean, and modern - not over the top. There was also heating in the flats (needed in non-summer times). Having the kitchen in the room was great for kids and had nice breakfasts on the balcony which we could see the hills and sea. Food: We didn't get the pre-paid option as there are great restetraunts in the area. But we did have the dinner buffet one night (26 EUR for adults and less for kids) and the breakfast buffet one morning (18 EUR for adults and less for kids) which was enjoyable but Convenient Market onsite along with a small football pitch, multiple pools. Gym was small but adequate. Parking: Convenient and free. Find a space. Never had problems. The whole facility was pretty kid friendly including a kids club, activities in the evening, and a separate kids pool with (small) slides. Staff was very friendly - very happy with their customer service Biggest negative for me was wi-fi connectivity. It would have been tough if I needed it for work but it was just a minor annoyance that the phone would frequently disconnect to wi-fi when in our master bedroom. It was important for us to have a car - limited restaraunt options by walking - but there are TONS of great options in both Port de Pollenca and Alcudia in a less than 10 minute drive (this is not a negative. there was a bus stop right in the entrance to the property and it was common for taxi's to come in and out). This could be personal preference.

• Pinja (9/5): - Hotelli oli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla ja siitä oli hyvä lähteä pyöräilemään. Henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista ja mukavaa. Siistijät olivat nopeita ja erittäin hyviä työssään, huoneet olivat hyvän kokoisia ja siistejä. Pihalla oli hyvin autolle parkkitilaa. Hotelli oli mukavalla sijainnilla omassa rauhassaan. Kaikki sujui erinomaisesti - palaamme tänne varmasti!
• Jemma (8/5): A wonderful first family holiday - Staff were super friendly and great with our 8 month old. We had everything we needed in our suite and the food at the evening buffet was always lovely the few times we went. Plenty of pools and sunbeds and not too far from Puerto de Pollença, Pollenca old town and Alcúdia. Bus easy to use and at the stop is at the bottom of the hotel drive so perfect. We had a car so were able to explore that way but we did use the bus on occasions. Plenty of parking too if you do hire a car. Entertainment was a little dated some nights

• Patrycja (7/5): Mieszane odczucia, miejsce ładne ale z minusami - Faktycznie bardzo dobre śniadania i duży wybór, tradycyjne angielskie śniadanie ale był też duży wybór świeżych owoców, jogurtów, serów, wypieków, był nawet łosoś wędzony i połówki awokado. Pyszny świeżo wyciskany sok z marchewki i gruszek. Kawa zarówno do śniadania jak i przy pool barze bardzo średnia. Mieliśmy bardzo ładny widok z balkonu. Wymiana ręczników codziennie (oprócz 2 dni w tyg). Plażowa torba na powitanie która nam się przydała. Bardzo gorąca woda pod prysznicem, chyba pierwszy raz trafiliśmy na taki wrzątek, co nam akurat super odpowiadało - jednak dla osób które wola chłodniejsza wodę spod prysznica - ciężko było ja wyregulować odpowiednio. Drinki w barze wieczorem całkiem dobre jak za tą cenę (ok 8 euro) natomiast piwo lane nie zbyt dobre. Balkon w balkon - jak mieliśmy wiecsorem otwarte okno od sypialni a ktoś był obok na balkonie to bardzo się niósł hałas. Wieczorne atrakcje głównie dla dzieci, ciągle ten sam program, na basenie codziennie rano jedna piosenka zumby o 10:30, która pamietalismy już na pamięć. Check in (1 w nocy) robił nam bardzo zaspany pan, który kilka razy wprowadził nas w błąd np twierdząc że mamy śniadania w cenie mimo że nie mieliśmy. Samo to że kazał nam zostawić dowody na całą noc i odebrać rano bo jak twierdził ma dużo pracy... Nie powinno się zostawiać dowodów, jeśli potrzebuje nich spisze je przy zameldowaniu. Kilka razy musieliśmy podawać adres bo dopytywał o polskie znaki bo musiał wpisać nasz adres do komputera. Ogólnie pierwszy raz mieliśmy tak dziwny Check in, a jeszcze byliśmy zmęczeni po nocnym locie, więc pierwsze wrażenie bardzo średnie. Apartamenty na zdjęciach wydają się nowsze - w rzeczywistości aneks kuchenny mikroskopijny, ciężko coś tam faktycznie ugotować, nie ma nawet suszarki na naczynia. Słabe wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego. Krzesła przy stole bardzo niewygodne i mega skrzypiące, jak ktoś nie będzie używał kuchni to ok, stół i krzesła na tarasie dużo wygodniejsze. Lokalizacja bez auta bardzo kiepska, natomiast z autem dobre miejsce na bazę noclegowa. Minusem też nieituicyjne oświetlenie, cześć lamp nie działało albo włączało się przy wejściu do pokoju i nie dało się wyłączyć włącznikiem przy łóżku.

• eefje (6/5): Prima voor kort verblijf, maar voor ons eenmalig - Zeer vriendelijke receptie. Als er een probleem was werd het direct opgelost. Fijn dat je een eigen keukentje hebt. Ook de animatie deed erg hun best bij de kidsclub. Klein supermarktje op het resort is top, ze hebben er van alles. Locatie is met een auto top, je kan vanaf daar veel kanten op om het eiland te verkennen. De sfeer viel ons tegen. Erg afgelegen en rustig. Het leefde niet.. wellicht kwam dit door de periode en door de uitstraling van het resort. We sliepen in blok 5, dit is pal naast de toegangsweg waardoor het best gehorig is in de slaapkamer. Onwijs mooi kinderzwembad, maar echt ijskoud. Verder is het een vrij heftig zwembad voor kids onder de 3 jaar. Harde stralen en een heftige waterval. Ons kind schrok daar best van steeds. Toen de sproeiers uit stonden was het zwembad (ondanks de kou) wel een succes :) Wij vonden het te gevaarlijk om langs de weg naar het dorp te lopen, dus een auto is wenselijk.

• Fiona (9/5): Quiet, great staff, perfect for fitness, everything you need - My Mum and I had a wonderful, relaxing holiday here. Decent size rooms, comfy beds, good hot shower, good gym, good spa, great food but what really makes this place are the staff. They are wonderful. They speak perfect English but entertained me trying to speak Spanish! Really kind, helpful. Loved our fitness sessions with Victor. I imagine in the summer it's pretty busy with entertainment around the main pool but in September/October it was quiet & there's another quieter pool. About 30 mins walks from Pollensa but it's lovely and several great restaurants along the way. Great bus connection (including to the airport). Left feeling healthier & more refreshed. It is a bit further from Pollensa but it's really busy there so if you want to enjoy Pollensa without the bustle it's perfect. The beach had some problems with sewage in heavy rain so the pools were a godsend. Unfortunately the hairdryers are pretty old and basic so if that's important to you bring your own - new hairdryers would be the biggest improvement...but perhaps that speaks more of how great it is if that's the only real negative I can find!
• William (8/5): The hotel was nice. Price was a little bit high for the shape of the hotel, and the amenities. - Location, room size, parking, convenience of breakfast. I don’t like the key configuration for the room. I had to lock my family in the room to take an early morning business call.
• Michael (10/5): Stunning - Rooms were 5 star. We generally book 4 star but the quality of these was next level. Lots of pools, loads of beds. Really good family holiday destination.
• Carolynne (9/5): Lovely boutique resort - Resort as a whole, beautifully appointed, clean and not too big. Quiet around second pool. Terraza area. Surrounding scenery. Spa was lovely. Busy road. Rather hectic in buffet which we only tried once. Occasionally loud music by main pool.
• Haixia (10/5): 其它外在环境都能接受，但某些服务态度真的还需要有大的改善！！！ - 酒店外面的整体环境还是可以的，而且酒店位置也比较好找，就在路边，沿着海边而建，早上躺在床上就可以看日出，酒店停车也非常方便，到处都有车位。餐厅食物选择很多，味道也还可以，价格也很实惠。酒店游泳池很不错，就在房间下面，随时可以下去游。 餐厅的餐盘非常非常非常脏，某些餐厅服务员（领班）很蛮横，我在一次晚餐时间一连拿到几个沾满污垢的餐盘后把餐盘放在外面桌子上给她看，她居然恶狠狠的盯着我，嘴里还喋喋不休的埋怨我，要知道我手上被餐盘沾满的污垢都不知道该怎么办，如果不是语言不通一定会和她理论一番！！！房间和走廊就稍稍有些陈旧，有很多壁虎非常可怕，我们那个房间有一个大露台，并且有按摩浴缸，不过居然只有第一晚上可以使用，后面的几天水温都是冰凉的，而且无法加热，只能作为摆设，本想一天疲惫的出行后回酒店可以泡个澡，可惜了～

• Sara (9/5): Great stay - We had a lovely stay at Club Del Sol Mallorca. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was very convenient. Parking was available on the street, and the bus station nearby made it easy to reach places like Formentera Beach. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming — always happy to answer any questions we had, which made our stay feel even more comfortable. We also enjoyed the cava at the bar, which was reasonably priced, and the breakfast was excellent: abundant, varied, and delicious. The only downside for us was the dinner. At €25 per person without drinks included, we found it a bit overpriced. The selection was rather standard and not very flavorful, and we would have appreciated more local dishes to truly reflect the spirit of Mallorca.

El servicio de check in fue rápido. Los servicios que ofrece el hotel tiene unos horarios muy limitados. Por ejemplo, la piscina tenía un horario de 10h a 18h, no pudimos disfrutarla ningún día.

• Barbra (8/5): Fijn verblijf net uit de drukte en toch dichtbij alles - De kamer was lekker ruim voor een gezin met een baby. De locatie is niet in het centrum maar het is wel lekker dichtbij alles :) Erg veel last gehad van muggen en er is geen zwembad voor babies jonger dan 6 maanden. Denk aan een warme binnenbad of buitenbad.

• Bernhard (10/5): Can totally recommend this hotel. - Booked a suite. Very spacious and your own little basic kitchen. Had a balcony as well looking down on the stage. Really loved the room. Also: Staff is superb. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. 2 pools are nice as well. Went in September and there was always enough space. Various rooms (including ours) were in the pool area where the stage is. It is a bit loud in the evening (if you don't want to watch the shows etc.).

• klose (9/5): Wir sind erholt und würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen - Schöne Zimmer (wie auf den Bildern), ruhige kleine Anlage, total nettes Personal, abends Programm, ab 22 Uhr Ruhe, leckeres Essen, man kann vor Ort täglich Frühstück und Abendbrot (Buffet) dazubuchen. Wir waren aber tagsüber viel unterwegs. Die Anlage liegt am Meer, der Strand eignet sich eher zum Kiten und windsurfen Wenn man baden will, kann man den Bus nehmen der direkt vor der Anlage fährt, oder aber man braucht ein Auto.

Comodo il servizio di noleggio bici. Bella posizione, vista mare, tra Alcudia e Pollença. Comodo, se si ha la macchina, ma ben servito anche dai mezzi pubblici (fermata fronte hotel). Posizione perfetta per kite surfer. I miei bambini hanno apprezzato molto il laboratorio sulla pizza, in cui ognuno si prepara e consuma una vera pizza! 😋 Appartamenti ampi e funzionali.

• Patrick (9/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in der Nähe von Port de Pollenca. Die kleine Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass es sich gut frühstücken lässt und auch kleine Speisen können zubereitet werden. Die Pools sind verteilt, so dass sich auch die Besucher gut am Gelände verteilen können. Die Unterkunft ist hellhörig. Wenn man ruhige Nachbarn hat, dann hält es sich aber in Grenzen. 😉

• Carlota (9/5): Great for families and well located - We stayed for 6 nights in a suite apartment in building 4 overlooking de main pool and everything was excellent. The location is ideal — very convenient for visiting both Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. The pools are perfect for kids. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We’ll be back! The pool bar menu is varied with many options; it would be even better if the quality improved slightly.
