• FRANCESCO (4/5): - Premetto che è il terzo anno che soggiorno nella struttura. Quest anno ho trovato l'ascensore guasto già da tempo e non è stato riparato con evidente disagio. L'appartamento standard risultava datato con evidente scarsa manutenzione e poca cura. Il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo non risulta adeguato.

Du coup, bien plus difficile de profiter du bar et de la piscine. il a également été difficile d'avoir un interlocuteur a la réception. enfin l'appart est assez vétuste (bien que propre) et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude le soir
• Gustaf (6/5): - Pittoreskt och autentiskt lägenhetshotell. Fint poolområde. Bra möjlighet till parkering. Stor terrass m utsikt mot bergen. Inget fräscht ställe - väldigt mögligt duschdraperi, bäddsoffan söndrig, toapapper fick man (först ville de lämna på rummet men efter 2 dagars väntan var vi bestämda att få det i receptionen). Bad om tallrikar o glas men fick ingen respons, sista dagen hittades det gömt i ett skåp bakom en dörr till terrassen. De borde följt med första dagen och visat!
• Verified traveler (2/5): If I could give zero stars, I would… AVOID - Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star!

• Walter (2/5): - Eine lange Warteschlange vor der Rezeption hätte uns schon stutzig machen sollen… Im ersten Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind um 160 Euro waren die Betten nicht frisch bezogen und der Mülleimer im Bad von Vorgängern noch befüllt, daraufhin bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer diesmal kein eigenes Bett für unser Kind und mit 2 Eingangstüren wovon man eine gar nicht schließen konnte!!! Ein Gast hat auch ein gewisses Bedürfnis nach Sicherheit. Ausstattung war auch mehr schlecht als recht. Ein lärmender Kühlschrank im Schlafzimmer ist auch für das Wohl des Gastes nicht hilfreich.

Der var et lille the køkken, men uden meget køkkenudstyr. Der var meget lydt i ejendommen og man kunne tydeligt høre de andre beboere. Fin pool, men med slidte faciliteter eks var der ingen lys eller toiletpapir på de iøvrigt meget beskidte toiletter de 4 dage vi var der

• Samuel (2/5): JE DÉCONSEILLE - voir historique de conversation avec l’agent. Sinon il a fallut tout nettoyer la vaisselle a notre arriver car elle etait très sale. Ensuite nous avions seulement une serviette pour la douche et aucune pour mettre a terre sur le béton glacial. la douche est petite avec le rideau qui te colle a la peau et l’eau qui coule partout dans la salle de bain. Les murs son fait en carton. Nous avons entendus des enfants crier de 6h le matin à minuit le soir. Ils frappaient dans les murs et pleuraient sans arrêt. Il a même fallut que j’aille m’acheter des bouchons pour les nuits précédentes. Nous avions très hâte de quitter cette enfer. Pourtant nous sommes pas un couple difficile sur le bruit ni la propreté. JE DÉCONSEILLE. Le prix est exorbitant pour la qualité! Nous sommes dans des hôtels ou Rb&b depuis bientot 3 semaines et c’est de loin un des plus cher et le moin de qualité que nous avons eu.

If you arrive at 1pm, you are screwed because they are on break until 3pm. You have to sit in the heat and wait. -if you book through Expedia, apparently you aren't guaranteed an apartment with AC. We had to spend our first night sweating the entire night due to not getting a unit with AC. Overall, a good place to stay.

• MANUELA (2/5): - Innanzitutto le foto sul sito non corrispondo per nulla alla verità.Avevamo prenotato un monolocale con seguente descrizione: 40metri, divano letto letto matrimonale, zona giorno separata. L'appartamento aveva un solo letto matrimoniale al quale poi ci è stata aggiunta una brandina, e sottolineo brandina non letto che non è la stessa cosa. Nella brandina non si è potuto dormire in quanto il materasso era talmente sottile che si sentivano le doghe nella schiena. La mattina seguente sono andata a farlo presente in reception chiedendo che mi venisse cambiato l'appartamento e chiedendo inoltre se tutti i monolocali fossero "vecchi" e mi è stato detto che ci sono dei monolocali ristrutturati , ma che purtroppo non poteva fare il cambio. Ho chiesto quindi di avere almeno un materasso normale da letto singolo e con spiacevole sorpresa anche il secondo materasso era a dir poco indecente , appena seduta sopra ci sono sprofondata, lei si immagina dormirci tutta la notte. Per quanto riguarda il bagno , la barra di sostegno non c'era e non vi era nemmeno la possibilità di appendere la maniglia della doccia e per farsi la doccia bisognava tenerla in mano. Nella descrizione e nelle foto c'è scritto che l'area soggiorno doveva essere separata, invece non era affatto cosi'.L'appartamento che ho prenotato sul sito era di 40m quello in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto più piccolo. Io ho speso 232,90€ per un servizio diverso da quello che avevo prenotato.

Sanitären Anlagen gehen kaputt, auf den Terassen gehen die Fliesen ab. 1970 wäre es schön und noch nicht kaputt gewesen. Zimmer mit Küche, habe sie nicht aus probiert. Schön das der Kühlschrank aus diesem Zeitalter war.
• Vincenzo Gius (10/5): Uliveto in Pietra Ligure - Ottima struttura, pulita, immersa nel verde uliveto e a pochi passi da stabilimenti balneari, spiagge libere con docce e servizi. La camera che ci hanno assegnato è un ampio monolocale, ben attrezzato,con balcone vista mare e climatizzatore. Nella struttura una splendida piscina e intrattenimento. Bravi, tornerò sicuramente.

• Donny (4/5): Mai più arrivederci - Il residence di per sé ha del potenziale, in quanto si trova a pochi passi dal mare, ha una piscina dedicata ai più piccoli oltre a quella per gli adulti, diversi spazi verdi. Ma il tutto è poco curato, necessita di una ristrutturazione generale e la pulizia scarseggia. Tralasciando la cucina del ristorante/pizzeria che non è assolutamente qualificabile. Il personale cortese.
• Dustinsspace (10/5): Great place to stay!! - I was a little nervous booking this hotel the day/night before our cruise because of the reviews but it is a wonderful hotel! We are a family of 5 and this hotel had everything we needed. Our room was a one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We didn't eat there but we did have coffee there the next morning and it was wonderful. It is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) of a great little downtown area with shopping and restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and is beautiful. The staff was amazing and was ready to help out with anything we needed. The pool was being cleaned while we were there but the weather was too cold to swim anyway.. The only complaint we had was the walls are a little thin so if you're stuck with noisy neighbors you might not have the best night of sleep. We had a great time, a wonderful view and would recommend everyone to stay here!! I wish we would have came down a few days earlier so we could have stayed here longer!

• David (8/5): Great self catered experience. - The hotel is ideally situated, not far from the beach. There is also a great pool which the entire family enjoyed. We had a magnificent veranda offering panoramic views.The staff were quite friendly and spoke English. The only drawback was that the breakfast of offer was quite minimal, but given that the room was selfcatered this was not a major problem.

Men trots allt så såg dessa lägenheter bra ut vid bokningen. Kom väldigt sent och personalen satt kvar och väntade på oss, detta lovade gott. När vi väl kom till lägenheten så var den under all kritik. Ingen AC, smutsigt, läckande kranar, luktade gammal fylla och inpyrd rök. Detta är inte vad man vill utsätta barnen för. Beslutade att byta hotell och det skulle inte vara några problem. När jag skulle betala för en natt och inte fyra som var bokat så var personalen tvungna att ringa chefen som befann sig på annan ort. Detta blev en procedur, han sa i telefon till mig att det var bokat för fyra nätter och skulle betala för fyra. Jag hävdade att rummet inte uppfyllde det som jag hade bokat. Jag stod på mig och då kom det fram att vi fått "fel" rum och erbjöds att byta. Men det var inte intressant trots att vi erbjöds rabatterat pris. Det var först när jag hotade med att driva detta vidare som ägaren gav med sig, men var först tvungen att avboka via Hotels.com. Naturligtvis så kommer jag inte in på hemsidan utan ringde till Hotels.com. De kunde heller inte avboka, det var först när Hotels.com ringde och pratade med ägaren som det hela löste sig. Tackar för den hjälpen. För övrigt akta er för detta boende.
• Radu (8/5): - I was with some friends visiting places of Italy on the motorbikes. So we found this hotel not expensive and covering our needs. We booked for 2 nights but we ended staying 3. Lovely pool, lovely staff, overall a nice place.

Ci siamo rilassati e trovati benissimo sfruttando a pieno il mare a 300mt dal residence, il suo parco giochi immerso nel verde e circondato da fiori e piante di ogni frutto e la sua piscina x grandi e piccini pulita e ben rifornita di sdraio ed ombrelloni.
• salvatore (6/5): nel complesso buono per soggiorno di vacanza - Direi nel complesso buono,siamo stati un week end solo abbiamo sfruttato al meglio la piscina con un ottima manutenzione,la camera pulita,magari solo gli asciugamani tipo quelli di cotone si potrebbero migliorare. Non abbiamo sfruttato il ristorante ma solo la pizzeria che si è dimostrata di buona qualità

• luigi (4/5): mai più, non consiglierei a nessuno questo posto - siamo arrivati sul posto alle 16.00 e la ns. prenotazione non risultava - eravamo in 3 - dopo il tentativo di caprine il motivo ci hanno alloggiato nell'appartamento di riserva questo era senza frigo e con una fortissima puzza di gas. Non a norma e infatti era stato sottoposto a manutenzione proprio quel giorno ma i lavori non erano stati terminati. Ci promettono una sistemazione alternativa in un altro hotel e il soggiorno gratuito, stufi quindi e delusi, usciamo alle 18.00 e torniamo alle 20.00 ma la sistemazione in un altro hotel non c’è tuttavia ci trovano un secondo appartamento, uscito da chissà dove dato che c’avevano detto che erano al completo. Cucina anche qui inagibile e chiusa a chiave. Abbiamo dormito tutti e 3 in camera, per altro il terzo ospite in un letto a cassetto buttato a terra, e come piccola compensazione circa la mancata possibilità di utilizzo della cucina, ci hanno offerto la cena: orribile. Cozze non fresche ecc. (per questo però non ho fatto rimostranze sul posto data già l'esasperazione della situazione) Rientrati il giorno dopo ognuno a casa propria chiediamo il rimborso come promesso – comunicano che avrebbero provveduto ma poi abbiamo dovuto inseguirli via mail e via telefono per parecchi giorni dato che si negavano ad ogni richiesta di contatto evitando di rispondere o accampando scuse. Solo ad un mese e una settimana di distanza dal soggiorno ci hanno rimborsato
• robbo53 (2/5): shocking food , absolute no no - firstly we were put in this hotel ( ymca) , by JUST GO holidays on an all inclusive package, it is no more than an hostel. the rooms come with camp beds and a self catering facility , why would you require this when on all inclusive? there are many hills to walk up to for some of the rooms so not suitable for elderly or restricted mobility, but the best was the food, breakfast was awful with bread and butter , jams , some form of cooked meat left outside since 6.00am covered in wasps and flys and a choice of tea or coffee, we did get cornflakes on day 3, the dinner choice was take what they put infront of you or leave it and mostly we left it, never go on a just go holiday ever again and never visit this hotel/ hostel again!!!!

• Roberto (8/5): Tutto come previsto - Ci siamo trovati molto bene il personale è disponibile e cordiale il nostro monolocale spazioso e ben arieggiato. La posizione tranquilla e abbastanza vicina al mare o al centro noi viaggiavano in moto ma volendo si poteva raggiungere il mare anche a piedi 15 Min circa.. unico lato negativo il ristorante. Consiglio vivamente di evitarlo sia per i prezzi che per la qualità del cibo
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Par rapport à notre réservation: Pas de climatisation, pas de terrasse, pas de télé, coffre fort hors service et l'appartement n'était pas propre. Le personnel et le patron était super, très serviable, à l'écoute de ces clients. Nous avons passé de très jolie vacance malgré ces petits inconvénients de réservation.
• John (10/5): Great location for Exploring Liguria - Overall, very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and the location is very convenient to Borgio Varezzi and Pietra. The free bikes was a nice plus. The rooms were old but many were in the process of renovation. There is no internet in the rooms, which I had mistakenly thought there would be.
• PatriciaLoum (8/5): Family Friendly Residence - We stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment is good in size and the balcony was huge. For a family the location was perfect. Easy access to the old town and beach, yet hidden on a quiet street. The pool was a plus for the kids and the life guard was present all the time. The pizzeria next door was great. Note that the Catholics at the next door church are very enthusiastic about ringing the church bell even at the wee hours of the morning. Generally the residence could need some renovation here and there but all in all, its still great value for the money.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Ci siamo trovati bene - Abbiamo affittato un bilocale e, con nostra sorpresa, abbiamo trovato mobili, suppellettili e TV praticamente nuovi. Unica nota stonata alcuni materassi troppo "molli". La posizione e' ottima ed e' un posto tranquillo con parcheggio interno.
• wulff (4/5): friendly staff - Prebooked room was not available however the staff was very helpful and found a new room for us near by. Surroundings was noisy and very tourist crowded.
• Jesper (6/5): - Personalet var utrolig flinke, og gjorde alt for at vi fik et godt ophold. Eneste minus var maden på restaurant, den var meget simpel, og alt for dyr i forhold til hvad man fik serveret.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux - Résidence propre rien à dire très bon accueil une magnifique piscine en ce qui concerne les inconvénients : parc de jeu laissé à l abandon pas de toboggan au niveau de la piscine décoration vieillotte et très mauvaise insonorisation mais les avantages le remportent garderons un bon souvenir
• Nadenoodlee (8/5): Great value, friendly resort - We stayed here for two nights in June 2014 before driving to a wedding. Yes the resort is a little tired but the room and terrace was huge (we had a studio), the sofa bed was big and comfy and the whole apartment was immaculate. The one negative is the walls were quite thin so you could hear pipes/ babies etc. We had a friendly welcome from the receptionist who helped us with local information. We were able to park our car in shaded parking very close to our apartment which was helpful in 30degree plus heat! The pool area was a good size and very clean. The bar and restaurant are reasonable - although we only had drinks and ate in town. It was a 5minute walk to the beach and about10-15min walk to the main town. There are plenty of little cafes and grocery stores if you are self catering. We would go back when passing through Pietra Ligure again.
• Darren (8/5): Friendly little gem - We stayed here for two nights in early June for a quick beach break on our way to a wedding. The receptionist was very welcoming and quickly sorted our room. We had a large studio room with a terrace looking out to sea. The residence also has a little restaurant and a large swimming pool which were great to have on site. It's a 5min walk to the beach and 15 to the main part if town. All in all a great value place to be.
