• Daria (1/5): - The hotel has a pretty good location and is situated not far from the railway station. The hotel is currently under renovation, but there was absolutely no warning about construction works on Booking.com at the time of reservation. This is extremely misleading for guests. The construction noise starts early and continues throughout the day, making it impossible to sleep or rest properly. I came on a business trip and expected basic comfort and privacy, but instead I experienced constant stress and exhaustion because of the endless drilling and repair noise. What shocked me the most was the complete lack of privacy. Every single day there was a construction worker walking back and forth directly outside my window on the 12th floor. It became impossible to even leave the shower comfortably because a man was constantly outside the window looking into the room. I consider this a serious violation of personal privacy and guest comfort. I complained to the hotel staff multiple times, but my concerns were essentially ignored. The attitude toward guests was deeply disappointing. The location of the hotel is decent and close to the railway station, but unfortunately this does not compensate for the terrible experience caused by the renovation works, lack of transparency, and disrespect for guests’ privacy.

• Hana (7/5): Next time I would choose a different accommodation. It had several shortcomings. - The location and breakfast were fine, the bathrooms had very nice soaps and shower gels. We were able to leave our luggage in the luggage room before check-in. The dining room had take-away coffee cups and the option to make your own waffles. Possibility to fill drinking water in the hallway. A creaky bed, strong air conditioning in the rooms and in the dining room, the yogurts were very watery, cakes were very dry, frozen fruit instead of fresh (only bananas were fresh).

• Millie (9/5): Good, Super breakfast - Breakfast excellent. Location near to central station, not far from old town. Room is clean , There is grocery store just right beside the hotel. There rs no micro oven in room or in the hotel.I was sick and no way can heat up food packed in afternoon for dinner..Also not very good experience with the staff -lack of smiles or seems unwillingness to help when I asked for medical center location for a doctor. I have been very sick.
• Zawal (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany, podczas kolejnego pobytu w Warszawie wybiorę ten hotel. - Bardzo czysto, ale w ogóle nie było czuć środków czystości, co bardzo mi w innych obiektach przeszkadza. Kosmetyki w dozownikach były bez perfum i naturalne, więc pewnie takich środków czystości używają. Łóżka mega duże i wygodne. Bardzo cicho, można się wyspać. Aż byłam zaskoczona, kiedy zobaczyłam rano ilość gości podczas śniadania, bo nie było nikogo słychać.

• Paweł (8/5): - Pobyt był udany, pokój czysty i komfortowy, obsługa miła i pomocna. Wszystko przebiegło bez problemów. Jedyny minus to śniadania — były smaczne, ale mało urozmaicone, przy dłuższym pobycie wybór robi się monotonny. Mimo tego hotel oceniam pozytywnie.

O primeiro quarto que me foi atribuído estava com cheiro de cigarro (apesar de ser um hotel para não fumantes, infelizmente o hóspede anterior desrespeitou a regra) e prontamente a recepção trocou. Funcionários muito prestativos, cama deliciosa, café da manhã extremamente farto. Muito perto da estação de trem. Ótima escolha

• Nancy (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Zur Altstadt läuft man etwa 30 Minuten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Angenehm war auch der Wasserspender auf dem Flur.

• Karolina (5/5): - Obsługa hotelu twierdzi, że na fakturze musi się znaleźć imię i nazwisko gościa co stanowi naruszenie ochrony danych osobowych i wiele spółek na pewno nie będzie mogło zaakceptować, że na fakturze są dane osoby, która np nie jest pracownikiem tylko kontrahentem lub gościem dla Spółki. Kiedyś nie robili czegoś takiego i kontakt był znacznie lepszy. Imię i nazwisko dodają w dodatkowych uwagach do faktury więc jasnym jest, że to można usunąć ale niestety ze strony hotelu nie ma na to chęci więc będziemy musieli zacząć wybierać inny obiekt. Nie polecam do obsługi firm, dla osób prywatnych to pewnie bez znaczenia.

There used to be a free bottle for Hilton Members. Now, it seems like it doesn't matter if you are loyal or not. It would be great if customers felt like welcome guests.

Fast elevators, very comfortable beds and pillow was reasonable and great wifi. Bathroom was great. Breakfast without bacon! seriously.... The bar in the hotel lobby is not cozy or a place I would sit and enjoy a moment.

• Terence (10/5): A nice, excellent quality hotel for a few nights stay. - It was less than 10 minutes walk to Warsaw Central Station. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The housekeeping staff always greeted me upon passing. The room felt soundproof as well. All was good.

Wygodne łóżko. Duży wybór na śniadaniu. Sprawne wi-fi i windy. Dystrybutor wody filtrowanej na każdym piętrze. Jedyne co by mi poprawiło pobyt, to opcja choć z dwóch gatunków innej niż czarna herbaty w pokoju.
