- Bianca (8/5): War Ok - Zimmer war ok, es hatte alles. Roch ein bisschen Muffelig, daher hatten sie starke Duftstäbchen aufgestellt. Zimmer zur Seeseite sehr laut in der Nacht. Aufzug Fragwürdig. Parkplatz 15 Euro die Nacht, grosse SUV Problematisch. Frühstück ok - sehr süss!

- Christina W. (10/5): Bra b - Flott hotell i passe gåavstand til sentrum ca 15-20 min å gå. Deilig basseng og poolbar. Litt mye støy fra barn som lekte i vannet men det må man tåle. Kjedelig frokost men helt ok. Mange restauranter å velge mellom i sentrum. Ta en av de mange fergene ut til Isola Bella. Et fantastisk privat slott med en imponerende hage. Vi betalte ekstra for utsikt mot sjøen. Det er det ikke verdt. Det er bare sjøglimt og det er mye støy fra veien.

In sind in Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 15 -20 min.zu fuss Supermarkt. Bushaltestelle und Haltestelle für Flughafentransferbus direkt nebenan. Zum See und hafen 5min., zur Altstadt Fussweg 20 min. Bahnhof 10 min.

- Sergio (8/5): Muito bom, mas há coisas a serem melhoradas. - O hotel em si é muito bom e bem localizado, porém há falhas de critérios e de manutenção. O ar condicionado, que é central, em momento algum foi ligado, e como o hotel fica quase ao lado da via férrea, não dava para dormir de janela aberta, então todos os dias eu acordava encharcado de suor. O telefone do quarto estava com defeito, surdo e mudo, e foi consertado no 3 dias de hospedagem. O vaso sanitário deixa vazar água junto à sua fixação à parede, mas felizmente era a água limpa e vazava pouco, e a porta do box do chuveiro não ficava fechada corretamente, pulando a todo instante do seu modo fixado para o entreaberto. Por outro lado o café da manhã era excelente e o jantar no restaurante do hotel tinha um preço bastante razoável. E no restaurante tivemos uma excelente impressão da funcionária Daniela, por sua simpatia, atenção e cortesia com minha esposa e comigo.

- Isidro (8/5): - The hotel in general was nice and convenient to get around Stresa. It has a ferry at just one block of distance. The downside of the place was that the AC wasn’t working in any room in September. To me it was too hot. They have a fan that you can borrow if you’re lucky, because it’s only one fan for all guests. The breakfast was good and the room was good.

Unico neo si trova in mezzo tra statale e ferrovia entrambe molto trafficate, bastavano serramenti adeguati per mitigare il problema peccato, anche le altre stanze si sentono parecchio peccato sembra restaurato recentemente strano non abbiano insonorizzate

Great location across from the ferry and within easy walking distance of Stresa and the much grander hotels on the main boulevard. Daily breakfast offered plenty of variety and was served on a terrace with lake views. The swimming pool is a lovely amenity. A wonderful hotel for the price—and the Alibus from Milan Airport made this so easy to access.

- Felix (6/5): Preis / Leistung ungenügend - Wir waren im 1. Stock, über der Bar. Man hört alles. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Hauptstrasse. Man konnte das Fenster wegen dem Lärm nicht öffnen. Die Zimmereinrichtung gleicht einem Gefängnis. Der Föhn verdient den Namen Föhn nicht. Aus dem Schlauch kommt eine warme Brise. Die Leute waren freundlich. Für mich stimmt Preis / Leistung definitiv nicht. Die Garage kostet 10 Euro pro Nacht und ist ein Beton-Loch; mehr oder weniger ohne Licht. Auf dem Foto ist ein schöner Pool. Pool war ohne Wasser. Zum Glück hat es geregnet.

We left our young toddlers coat on the transfer bus on arrival and reception staff went out of their way to get it back for us. We were also really impressed by the food and service in the retaurant which was fantastic. The room decor was a little tired but was comfortable and clean. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hôtel très agréable face aux iles Borromées - Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce sympathique hôtel idéalement situé face aux îles Borromées. Bien qu'un peu loin du centre de Stresa, l'hôtel est proche de l'embarcadère de Carciano et du téléphérique pour le Mottarone. Dès notre arrivée nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux et le réceptionniste nous a aimablement indiqué les excursions, les activités et les services. Le petit déjeuner est copieux pour bien démarrer les excursions. De la fenêtre de cette agréable chambre nous avions une vue d'ensemble des îles Borromées. L'hôtel dispose également d'une salle de fitness dans une petite tour d'où l'on a une superbe vue sur le lac Majeur. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel.

- Angela (10/5): Nice hotel a short walk from Lake - The hotel was situated about 15 mins walk from Stresa and close to the lake where you could take boat trips to the Islands nearby. We arrived quite late but managed to find parking on site. The receptionist was very friendly and as the hotel restaurant was fully booked advised us of restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean,tidy and spacious with a balcony. Dressing gowns and flip flops were provided for our stay. We loved the pool area. There were plenty of sun loungers, parasols,small side tables and a grassy area with patio furniture. Beach towels were provided at no extra cost. Pool and jacuzzi very clean. The breakfast choice was extensive. Didn't stay for dinner but dining room fully booked every night.
- Alice (10/5): Hotel con ogni comfort in posizione strategica - Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per passare un weekend a Stresa. Hotel a 3 stelle ma ne meriterebbe 4! Stanza pulita e confortevole, con frigo bar ottimamente rifornito e un grazioso balconcino con tavolino. La colazione è sicuramente la più varia e ricca che abbia visto negli ultimi tempi, dal dolce al salato. L’hotel si trova a pochi passi dall’imbarco Carciano, ottimo per raggiungere le isole Borromee. A circa un quarto d’ora a piedi (passeggiando sul lungolago) si arriva in centro a Stresa. Veramente una posizione strategica. E se siete stanchi della giornata passata a visitare le varie attrazioni, vi potete riposare nella piscina dell’albergo, con annesso cocktail bar.

The pool was also very clean, had lots of lounge chairs, towels handy and a bar for those that wanted a drink. Check-in and out was handled professionally and quickly. The breakfast was incredible and the tables were placed where we had a great view of palm trees, the breakfast guests were given excellent service by many staff members ready to help. The hotel was also well located and about a 15 minute walk from the town of Stresa. It was also handy to catch the ferries to the nearby islands.

- Margaret (10/5): Lovely welcoming hotel with great views - We had a great room with balcony and fantastic views. Everything was clean and the pool was great, set in a very well kept garden. Staff were very helpful. The direct bus link from Malpensa Airport is just outside the hotel and it is much cheaper and more convenient than the train.
