Where are there electric outlets.You need to up date to accommodate cellphones, laptops,. Also in room 106 the coffee maker leaks, it needs to be replaced. Nobody wants to make a mess. Please replace.

• Melanie (2/5): - I really wanted to like the place because it was very decently priced and I thought the room was very clean and the place had a very cute, quaint charm and decorum to it! Online they had said there would be free popcorn and juice at night and when I asked about it they said that they have never had that in the last 13 years and were falsely advertising. I also received bed bugs splotches all over the side I slept on, as did my partner and upon calling the motel about it, they were very unhelpful, in denial, and disbelieving that it happened. I am now scarred by this experience (literally and figuratively) and will NEVER be returning here again.

• Oscar Enrique (8/5): THE STAY WAS SHORT AND SWEET - THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE AND PROVIDED ME GREAT SERVICE. EVEN THOUGH I RESERVED A ONE BEDROOM SHE GAVE ME TWO BEDS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE. THAT WAS VERY NICE OF HER ESPECIALLY SINCE I WAS COMING UP FOR A GIG WITH MY SISTER. VERY ACCOMODATING THE ROOM DID HAVE A SMELL TO IT, AND SOME THINGS DID LOOK A LITTLE WORN DOWN. WHEN WE CAME IN THE BATHROOM WINDOW WAS OPEN AND THERE WAS ASH AROUND THE LEDGE OF THE WINDOW. IT WAS CREEPY BECAUSE IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE TRIED TO BREAK IN OR STOOD IN THE ROOM BEFORE WE DID. THE BEDS WERE MADE BUT IT HAD THIS DEBRIS OF LEAVES OR DIRTY ONTOP OF IT. WE CLOSED THE WINDOW BUT THE LATCH WASNT THAT GREAT, SO I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT SOMEONE TRYING TO COME IN THROUGH THE WINDOW IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. THE ROOM WAS VERY EERIE, BUT IT WAS FOR A JUST THE NIGHT SO I DIDNT CARE SO MUCH. IT IS NEXT TO 7-11 WHICH IS GREAT, YOU JUST RUN THE RISK OF UNHOUSED INDIVIDUALS COMING AROUND ON THE PROPERTY.

• George (3/5): Extremely overpriced for the amenities and condition of the room. Hard pass for future stays. - The bed was reasonably comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. The room smelled like sewage - especially in the bathroom, but it was present throughout the room. The walls had no baseboards - they were missing, as though the room had flooded and they needed to be removed. Paint was missing from some of the walls. The door to the bathroom makes a horrendous noise when used, and it disturbs everyone in the room.

• Morgan (3/5): Very dingy and run down - save yourself from the nasty - Very confusing motel. The outside has been remodeled to look like a charming Santa Barbara motel, but when you open the door to the room it feels unkept and broken down. Broken old furniture was confusing and gross - the bedspread hadn't been washed ever I don't think. The bath towels were ratty rags I'd wipe my car with. You can tell they tried to upgrade here and there with a newer big TV and the shower had been updated but the toilet was dirty and had a cracked seat. I felt dirty the whole time. No lock from the inside of the door which felt unsafe for a motel, even in SB. There was a huge black spider in the room. You can hear every noise outside and in the room next door. One of the cheapest options in SB for a reason - I feel bad for people that have to stay here, I was so happy to get home and shower.
• Peter (6/5): Good quality for the low price. - Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The room cost, eighty one a nite, was good for the quality of the room The motel does not have decaf coffee. I had to go out for coffee. Considering the quality of the coffee they did have was poor, I probably would have had to get coffee elsewhere anyway. Coffee makers only worked with their coffee packets. No way to use the coffee we brought with us.

The bathroom window didn't lock on a first floor room- it was open when I checked in- I looked behind the shower curtain and under the bed for anyone who may have snuck in. Felt a bit unsafe as a female traveling with daughters. I put a hanger in to block full opening while we slept.

The staff that I encountered are very pleasant and helpful as well. The room was very clean. The area safe. It was quiet for a good night’s sleep. The motel is in an ideal and convenient location for many things - anything you might need. As well as to many Santa Barbara attractions, restaurants, etc. Free parking and wi-fi. And an excellent and very large TV. A perfect place for what I needed. I thank the owner for being so kind and helpful and I will be back to stay again. Thank you.

• Nick Santangelo (9/5): Shady EV charger policy, but very comfortable rooms. - Room was nice. If I had know I would have to pay $20 to charge my PHEV KIA, I would NOT have booked the hotel. I don't recall seeing anything about that during the booking process. I didn't pay the $20 and I do NOT appreciate the bait and switch. Otherwise, it was good.
• Natali (10/5): In short everything else was super clean and it was a wonderful stay I will be coming back - It was very clean people there were very nice and welcoming I am a ex housekeeper. The only thing I didn’t like was the top blanket, had what looked like cigarette buds that burned into the blanket that was the only exception.
