• ΙΩΑΝΝΑ (2/5): - Location They had a kitten that, poor thing, was very sick and besides the fact that none of them helped it, they didn't give it at least a plate of food and it was very weak! I told them if anyone was feeding it and they showed complete indifference! The rooms were very neglected and dirty. Also it’s not like the photos in booking.

• Sharanga (2/5): Never ever, all in all not hygienic, - The location, babypool , laundry was perfect, distance from airport also perfect, lots of restaurants and small shops near to it…..nearly 900m there is a beach…impossible to walk….but next to it are two shopping malls A Massage Center in the opposite of the hotel (they are wearing purple outfits) I can highly recommend(best customer service) You must visit Grandlucky and Krisna No babycot, highchair or not suitable for families with little children. All in all no facilities for babies and toddlers. Sometimes they put the same bed sheet again and let us thinking that they put a new one. Cleaning was everyday but 50/50… You have to use the same glass and cups, not really clean. Very old property.During the heavy rain some pieces was falling down from the roof into the pool.Lots of Ants are running near to the water kettle and door…. They don’t understand English and breakfast always the same, very upset about the booking of the breakfast…bread butter jam, coffee one juice and water, two fruits. If you book breakfast with your room for example 2 adults and 2 toddlers. They only allow having breakfast for two adults!!!! No milk at all! We had big issues to get warm milk. No telephone in emergency cases…. I don’t know if the swimming pool water will be cleaned every day or through the week…the only catch the falling tree. Some people were swimming after 8pm that means also around 11pm. Smoking and eating in the pool, disgusting. Staffs didn’t tell them anything. AC was not working properly, fridge was over freezing, tv no chance to do anything with it Kuta beach, not safe, dirty!

• Leonie Mc (8/5): - The location on Legian was very good, near one of my favorite places for massages and hair treatment Ricky's Spa (a 1h full body massage is $A7). The room was fine and suited us, the pools were beautifully landscaped, and breakfast was the standard 5 options (and really quickly served). About a 10 minute walk to Kuta Beach and Poppies 1. The bed was typically Bali-firm. The room was a bit musty.

Good location for a couple of nights. Cleanliness, no towel supply and was a dead bloated mouse in the bottom of the pool for two days straight and no one cleaned it even after I advised the staff

The water didn't get hot, the towel was tattered there was no plug for the sink and the pool wasn't something I would have ever swam in.

• Vincent (4/5): Nice staff, dirty room - Friendly staff. 2 nice pools. Room is fairly large for what you pay and the bed was comfortable enough. Rooms look nothing like the photos. Smell of mold in the rooms. TV didn't work. Air-conditioner remote didn't work, couldn't adjust fan speed or temperature (thankfully stuck on coldest setting). Room was extremely dirty, ants and hair all over the floor, bathroom was honestly foul.

I don’t usually stay in this part of town but a friend was staying close and I wanted to catch-up. It was a good to experience another part of Bali and walk different streets. • Abdelilah (8/5): Very good - we spent a very good weekend at the hotel, it is really different, and very large, two swimming pools, and not far from the clubs and the beach. the staff is very friendly and nice what we didn't like is that the floor under the beds is not really clean, there are traces of ants' hair, but I think that's in relation to the price it's ok
