- Iris (8/5): Sea Green South Stay - Nice large rooms. Very helpful staff. Very Clean. Good Breakfast. And truly happy it was served in the room ! First night till half of next day, the AC was not cooling enough for the temperature it was set at (16 degrees). Finally, 2nd night it was super cool. Because a room next to us on the same floor was being refurbished, there was noise and loud voice through the vents. Though the hotel compensated by giving one room on that floor that had a full sea view balcony, rather than just the corner view.

It's not that they have no place. But that place they have given to CCD and are making money through big rent. And leaving guests without much of services. So won't recommend this property to anyone.

- Biswajit (9/5): Great location, outstanding service, and exceptionally well-maintained despite its age. - The hotel is in a great location, but that wasn’t even the highlight—the customer service truly stood out. While the property itself looks a bit dated, the management has done an excellent job maintaining it, keeping everything clean and well-organized. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel. NA

- Jorge (1/5): Staying there felt like being trapped in a filthy, noisy, decaying dump masquerading as a hotel - To be honest, I did not like this hotel at all. The location on Marine Drive was the only real advantage, but it came with constant traffic noise and endless honking, to the point that I would much rather have stayed elsewhere. The whole place felt more like a prison cell than a hotel. It is extremely old, poorly maintained, and seems completely stuck in time. The reception staff were rude, cold, and unwelcoming. Check-in was done manually in a huge book, which felt outdated and unnecessarily intrusive, almost like going through immigration. The building itself is in terrible condition. The elevator is so old it belongs in a museum, and the stairs are badly worn and potentially unsafe. Nothing about the hotel feels charming or historic. It simply feels neglected and run-down. The room was shocking. It had an old key lock, peeling paint on the walls, a very noisy window AC unit, and a bathroom with only the bare minimum. There was no shower curtain, the bathroom window would not close properly, and mosquitoes kept getting in. They did not even provide basic necessities properly such as toilet paper and enough towels. I had travelled all night and hoped to rest in the afternoon, but loud construction noise from the next room made that impossible. I had paid extra for a partial sea view, but all I could see was construction netting. The balcony was dirty and unusable, with water dripping from the AC and forming a filthy puddle that attracted mosquitoes. The old balcony doors did nothing to block the outside traffic noise. The curtains were thin and let in too much light, the bedsheets looked very old, and every day I had to keep asking for basic items like toilet paper, towels, bottled water, and tea bags. At nearly 80 USD per night, this place is wildly overpriced. It was one of the worst stays I have had in years. This is not a proper hotel, just an old and badly maintained guesthouse falling apart.

- Coline (7/5): A good stay for a first day in India! - I had a good stay, first hotel ever in India and quite pricy compared to where I have been staying after… but I guess it’s because Mumbai is also expensive. I had an upgrade to a balcony room but I found it to be extremely noisy because of the road, so I have asked the staff to have a quieter room and they gave me one in the back which was much better to rest and sleep properly! The staff is always available to help, and I liked the snacks they eat in my room. The location is super. It felt safe for a solo woman traveler. The outside street noise but this is India :) And if you want to sleep correctly, I recommend the back house rooms.

The rest of the facilities are quite basic but adequate. Having the possibility of having breakfast in a common room/reception area would have been nicer instead of having it in the room itself.

We decided to leave after one day and the front desk person was very accommodating and refunded the balance of the money paid. Will stay again there but will definitely chose the upgraded room , which has an updated bathroom and a king size bed. The location is ideal and good value for the money. The older bathroom. The outside noise was disturbing. The staff did their best to help.

Its not fancy but very suitable for family. The breakfast menu is light and limited, Otherwise there is no difference between this hotel and any other 5 star hotel. Breakfast menu can have more options. The bread toast was hard.
