The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. The location was convenient, with good transport links and nearby amenities, which made getting around very easy. Housekeeping was consistent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and enjoyable. We really appreciated the value for money and would definitely consider staying here again. - Henry (4/5): - Room was relatively spacious as we had an economy room. For London we had low expectations but it was very nice and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed during a heatwave, wanted to charge £40 a night extra when we had already paid for the room and upgraded to economy to make it more bar-able. But the heat in the room was unbearable we had been given an extra desk fan by hotel staff which helped slightly. Bathroom was fairly basic with shower and toilet, quite significant mold in shower. Heat was main issue as was unbearable. Door handle in the room was almost off which created fear of being locked in.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, who consistently go out of their way to make sure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. A very special mention goes to Sachin, the manager, who takes a genuine personal interest in every guest. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are outstanding. It is rare to see a manager so hands-on and sincerely committed to ensuring that guests are happy and comfortable throughout their stay. His presence alone elevates the entire experience. The hotel itself is extremely well equipped and thoughtfully designed. The rooms have all the amenities one could need, including an in-room safe, refrigerator, iron, and—something especially appreciated by international travelers—electrical outlets that accommodate plugs from many countries, including the USA, eliminating the need for adapters. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of South Harrow, just a short walk to the subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay both relaxing and convenient. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, this hotel delivers excellent value combined with genuine hospitality.
