• Charles (8/5): Excellent location, authentic lodging, great fun. - Great location. Located on a very small street with bars, restaurants and markets right out the door. This is fun and maybe not so fun for some. Steep narrow stair case to access the rooms. We have backpacks so no problem. A larger suitcase with wheels would be challenging.

I enjoy staying in buildings with character. Room on Floor 5 accessed by wonderful vintage lift. No problems for me . Room outlook was rooftops of other buildings but this avoided traffic noise in busy location.

The staff were extremely helpful, breakfast good and taxi rank outside the door. Little bar beside the hotel which was good. We were leaving early and the staff left us a basket for breakfast to take with us for our journey. Nothing

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et installé par Daniel qui a été très sympathique et qui nous a tout expliqué. A côté vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants. Je vous recommande osteria da fortuna qui se trouve pas loin de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est très calme, et très confortable. Nous vous remercions aussi pour la box du petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait.

The hotel had a continental breakfast as well and they do coordinate shuttle service to the airport over all very satisfied with our stay If you’re not looking for a hotel you would miss it but once you are at the hotel you must take a elevator to floor 1 and then go through the doors and the reception area is there. Because if the location it can get a little noisy due to the location there are a lot of dining options and shopping and taxi’s

Didn’t care for noise all hours on weekends from bar downstairs, but understandable. No guidance as t ok where to check in in building. After B we found it, we were fine.

Vatikan. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Hotel Personal, explizit die englisch sprechende Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet. Super Piazza di San Pantaleon, immer Taxis vor Ort und die coole Bar Memesi direkt neben dem Hotel, jeden Abend live Musik. ein oder zwei deutsche Fernsehprogramme, aber muss nicht sein, gibt ja alles im www auf dem Mobile Phone!!!

• Joanna (10/5): Fantastic uncomplicated hotel in a fantastic location with great staff. - Fantastic location. Piazza Navona less than 5 minutes walk away, 20 minutes walk to the Vatican, everything was so close and a taxi rank outside the hotel. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly, one of the staff even came running after us with umbrellas, worried we might get caught in a shower. There was a lift and we were able to leave our cases for free on our last day ad we had a later flight. Breakfast was very good, choice of fresh croissants, fresh fruit, yogurts, bread rolls, cheeses, ham, toast and jams. Nothing we did not like, would have liked somewhere to sit - a lounge or chairs in the room but thats my only criticism.
• Marc (9/5): Een toplocatie qua ligging, zeer propere en stille kamer, prima badkamer, heel vrindelijk personeel. - Het hotel is perfect gelegen om heel veel bezienswaardigheden van Rome te voet te bereiken. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en bereidwillig. Het Italiaans ontbijt mocht wat luxuezer.

• Justina (10/5): Everything is perfect. - The hotel is in a great location, you can walk everywhere. Perfect choice. There are many restaurants around. Taxi right next to the hotel. Bus stop is also right next to it, it is convenient to come by bus from the train station.

Aikaisen lähdön vuoksi meille toimitettiin aamiainen valmiiksi huoneeseen👍 Tarvitset kolme eri avainta päästäksesi huoneeseen. Alaovi ja huoneen ovi avautuivat helposti, mutta keskimmäinen ovi ei, jos pääsi hotellin tiloihin. Toisten majoittujien kanssa yritimme noin 15 minuuttia ovea auki. Lopulta saimme oven auki. Tästä pieni miinus hotellille.

• Rebecca (8/5): - The staff were fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. We were able to check in early, which made a big difference. Communication before arrival was excellent, with the team always helpful and responsive. The location is ideal, just a 20–25 minute walk to the main attractions and conveniently close to plenty of great restaurants. Breakfast was lovely, simple but alot of choices, and when we needed to head out early they arranged a basket the night before. We really enjoyed staying here. There is a bar downstairs and there was live music until 2am, so the first night was not a great sleep. Everything else was great.

• Petra (8/5): Huomattavasti parempi hotelli kuin 2 tähden luokitus - Aamiainen oli niukka, mutta laadukas ja herkullinen. Huoneessa oli paljon kaappitilaa, suihkusta tuli hyvin lämmintä vettä ja huoneessa oli vedenkeitin ja jääkaappi. Lisäksi sijainti oli loistava Hotellissa ei ollut 24 h auki olevaa vastaanottoa. Lisäksi yläkerrasta tuleva melu häiritsi todella paljon-huoneessa ei ollut kovin hyvää äänieristystä.

Hotel op de eerste verdieping van een mooi gebouw met prachtige antieke lift in de inkom. Kamer erg netjes en heel goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel en een eenvoudig maar vers en verzorgd ontbijt. Beperktere wifi-ontvangst, maar werd perfect door eigen mobiele data opgevangen

• SLW47 (10/5): Wonderful hotel, ideal location and fantastic staff - We have just arrived home from our wonderful 3 night stay at the Hotel Primavera. The location is fantastic about 30 minutes walk to the Coloseum one way and 30 minutes walk to Vatican city the other, with the piazza Navona 1 minute away. The rooms were comfy which was needed after busy days exploring. The breakfast was good, a nice variety of croissants, fruit, yoghurt, bread etc. They were kind enough to supply us with a basket of breakfast goods when we were unable to make breakfast due to a very early tour we had booked, which was very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Daniel who was great and helpful. Even before we arrived they helped organise a transfer from the airport for us. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again on a return to this beautiful city.

• JOSEF (9/5): Excellent value for money, will stay here again the next time - Great value for price. Our stay cost half the price of properties nearby. This is labeled as 2 star hotel, which in effect means just that the reception is not 24/7 but 6-22, so no problem at all. The room was actually nicer than shown in photos, the bathroom was newly refurbished and super nice and clean. The receptionist was also super nice. Location is hard to beat. At the same time, our room had courtyard window, so not much to ses, but super quiet, despite being on one of the busiest streets in the city. There’s also a taxi stand right in front of the hotel, which is fantastic. The A/C+heating unit in the room took quite a bit of time to heat up the room (December). The ceramic floor remained super cold throughout our stay. They do provide slippers that help a lot. But maybe a piece of carpet or a rug would help a lot.

• Marco (9/5): Piacevole sorpresa. Da consigliare - Piccolo hotel a due stelle al primo piano di un palazzo letteralmente dietro Piazza Navona, quindi la posizione è perfetta. Soggiorno di due notti in una struttura che ha superato le mie aspettative: accoglienza eccellente da parte di Daniele, simpatico, ospitale e prodigo di consigli, personale gentilissimo, pulizia impeccabile, servizi del tutto adeguati al livello, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, considerando il fatto che ci si trova in pieno centro a Roma Non ho da muovere alcuna critica, anche perché si tratta comunque di un hotel a due stelle. Due sole osservazioni che comunque non influiscono sul mio giudizio del tutto positivo: avrei gradito una colazione a buffet un po' più ricca e un cambio quotidiano di asciugamani per evitare di trovarli bagnati il giorno successivo, anche se, a onor del vero, una gentile cameriera si era offerta di darmi un asciugamano pulito dopo la prima notte
• HENRI (8/5): Agréable hôtel tenu par un personnel aimable et attentionné. - L'hôtel est à deux pas de la piazza navona , superbe espace architectural. Notre chambre, premier étage , au calme , donnait sur une petite cour intérieure. Chambre disposant du confort attendu . Le petit déjeuner qui me convenait ( adepte du café , du croissant et d'un fruit ) manque de choix pour les amateurs de charcuterie et de fromage .
