• Florian (10/5): - Perfekte Lage, exquisites Essen mit tollem Buffet zum Frühstück, toller Nachmittagsjause und traumhaftem Abendessen, Zimmer war sehr sauber und Personal sehr höflich und sehr aufmerksam, einzig man nimmt im Urlaub deswegen zu ... Aber das ist positiv zu sehen ... Die Lage ist perfekt, nur über eine schmale Seitenstraße und man ist bei der Gondel Kein Waschbecken am WC, aber das konnten wir verkraften.

• Andreas (10/5): Schönes Hotel mit Top Frühstück - Ein wirklich wunderbares Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Abendessen können wir nicht beurteilen, weil es ein Grillabend war. Und Gegrilltes gehört sofort am Teller und nicht in die Warmhaltebox. Aber die Beilagen waren sehr gut. Personal war ausgezeichnet. Es wurde sofort auf sämtliche Wünsche unsererseits eingegangen. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack viel zu weich und eine Seite fühlte sich durchgelegen an. Waren nur eine Nacht, sonst hätten wir was gesagt. Dass es um den Preis keinen privaten Balkon gibt. Es gibt nur einen allgemeinen Balkon der rundherum geht. Fanden wir nicht gut.

You can get a free rental bike and helmet to tour the area.great location.the team was smiling all the time and showed great hospitality. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Aber auch insgesamt passte alles: ein superfreundliches und zuvorkommendes Team, sehr leckeres Essen (Vollpension), mega Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, kurze Wege zum Lift, Fahrradkeller, Sauna... einfach top. Eine klare Empfehlung! 😀 -

• Brad (8/5): Would visit again without hesitation. - Overall very comfortable hotel, good beds despite being soft, good sleep, room big enough for two to store all the extra luggage and stuff you bring for skiing (helmets, jackets). Excellent housekeeping, room and everything else was spotlessly clean. Nice helpful staff. Lazslo was the standout waiter. Location is great. Better towels, if this is meant to be 4 star. Most of your budget chain hotels do better than that. Also needs more power in the shower, and while the bathroom is a wet room a small kerb to prevent the water running out would've actually worked.

• Bronislava (9/5): A beautiful mountain hotel just next to the cable car - The location of the hotel is perfect, just next to the cable car. Rooms are spacious and absolutely clean, staff is very helpful. There is also a lovely dog who likes to cuddle :) Amazing drinks in the lobby! Food quality. All the soups and desserts were very fatty and difficult to digest. The main courses were unnecessarily complicated and trying to represent fine dining, but there was absolutely no need to. We would much more prefer to try some typical Austrian cuisine.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and was fresh and tasty ,everyone of the staff was super attentive and very nice ! The room very comfortable and with plenty closets space. the location is not at the center of the village so it's very quiet . The special bonus were the dinners - great food and service ! Didn't like the concept of shared balcony with other room but it was OK

Habe selten einen so entspannten und angenehmen Ski Urlaub erlebt. Das Hotel hat zu Recht seinen guten Ruf in Bezug auf das angebotene Abendessen. Dazu das sehr nette und freundliche Service Personal - einfach nur genial. Haben uns mit unseren 8 & 11 Jahre alten Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt.

De maaltijden en de bediening was uitstekend. voor de kinderen was een apart buffet voorzien. fietsen zijn voorzien in het hotel , een super krachtige E-fiets voor 10€ per namiddag.

• Norbert (10/5): Perfekter Kurzurlaub - Ich war für einige Tage zum Radfahren in Flachau. Dafür war das Hotel perfekt als Ausgangspunkt geeignet. Es gibt eine kostenlose Karte mit Routenvorschlägen. Frühstück und Abendessen sind exquisit. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
