• Patricia (9/5): - A little haven of peace and tranquility, not far from the busy roads in Rawai. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Restaurant was good, with a choice of Thai or Western food. The actual hotel was great but Rawai itself was very busy with lots of traffic.

• Alexander (7/5): Sehr schöne Anlage und überaus freundliches Personal - Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist sehr schön groß, aber leider nur bedingt nutzbar (siehe unten). Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und der Pier, mit diversen Restaurants, ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Am Pool standen eigentlich genügend Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung, die aber leider oft mit Handtüchern besetzt waren, obwohl gar niemand anwesend war. An anderen Tagen war ein Pärchen am Pool, das offensichtlich betrunken war, laut Musik hörte, sich noch lauter unterhielten um die Musik zu übertönen, Bier trank und Marihuana geraucht hatten. Ich finde das sollte man unterbinden, weil auch Kinder anwesend waren und ich diese Anlage aussuchte wegen der Gartenanlage und dem Pool.

Unfortunately the front desk lady has to be one of the grumpiest and unhappiest person I’ve ever come across. Also kinda shady. Rented a motorbike off her and she tried to claim I was in an accident but I always take a video of the bike when renting. Once she saw the video she didn’t even want to watch it “ah no accident no accident! Kap Kap Kap!” Thought I was a dumb tourist. Spent the last 3 years in and around Thailand. Owner

Le restaurant est très bon et des massages sont proposés dans l’hôtel. L’emplacement n’est pas idéal, il n’y a pas grand chose à voir à côté alors il faut prévoir des excursions ou la location d’un scooter pour visiter le sud de l’île qui est à moins de 20 mins de scoot. Nous avons fait et c’était très sympa.

• Shannon (7/5): Good value and would stay at the facility if it was close to an activity we had planed. - The tropical landscaping and the pool were the highlight. Relaxing and quiet environment. Close to an amazing Thai Cooking class, Easy Thai Cooking. Quality and reasonably priced food on site. Would recommend their spring rolls. There were more mosquitoes than other places we stayed. Not many place to visit on foot. We had several rooms and the quality of them varied greatly. The WiFi didn’t work well in the rooms.

• Polaris (10/5): Wonderful hotel and excellent location - A most wonderful hotel. Rooms are comfortable. My twin beds were rather small. If I book again it will be the room with the queen-size bed. Everything else is excellent. On-site restaurant serves delicious food. Staff is excellent. Outside showers and restroom great for cleaning up after a day of diving. The property is located away from the noise of the road making for a very relaxing stay. Restaurants and shopping and the pier a very short walk away.

• Talesfromabraoad (10/5): A Perfect Stay at Palm Garden Resort - Our stay at Palm Garden Resort was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a fully renovated bathroom, air conditioning, fan, safe, TV, and in-room coffee & tea service. I especially loved the private terrace with seating and a hammock—ideal for relaxing with a book or coffee. The large pool with sun loungers was a dream, and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. The restaurant served great food all day, and the resort’s location next to Sea Bees Diving school was perfect for divers. Highly recommend this hidden gem !

Happily moved us to another unit after the person next door talked loudly on their phone almost almost all night. The airconditioning in the second unit was very old and loud as was the fridge which we turned off overnight. The location is good if you like fishing or diving a very big fishing beach. We didn't like it because we don't eat fish.

A real surprise - a small hidden gem / oasis within the bustle of Chalong area. Easy walking (less than 10 minutes) to Chalong Pier. Rooms fairly small but comfortable and air conditioned with an outside terrace area. Pool and surrounding gardens were lovely. Staff very friendly. Small restaurant at the hotel open all day from 8am to 8pm for all your meals if you so wish. Nothing

• csouby (10/5): Retreat-like experience - The Palm Garden was a wonderful experience in a secluded enclave off the main highway about a 10-15 minute walk from the pier and a row of restaurants and shops. The food at the resort was excellent and the service was top-notch. There is nice roomy swimming pool with a deep hole at the deep end for resort dive training. The area as a whole is not especially interesting unless you have a car but it's an excellent retreat location for R&R.

Great place to relax after our boat trip. Laundry and supermarket close. The location was handy to the boat pier, but chalong is otherwise not a great part of phuket!

The resort itself is a bit of a distance from surrounding restaurants and attractions, and at times we felt isolated. Overall, the Palm Garden Resort was a lovely place to stay.

I did swear a bit though throughout the night. Also, there’s a tv but no signal and no remote. I was here to sleep and relax after being a crap hotels so for me it was ok.

Hotellet tilbyder morgenmad, frokost, aftensmad, drinks osv. Området er præget af dykkergæster og der er flere udmærkede restauranter i nærheden. Der er rimeligt langt til det pulserende strandliv, diskoteker og heftige barer, men ønsker man en mere afslappet ferie, kan stedet anbefales.

• Fortis (4/5): - We stayed for 14 days. We had intermittent water every day. Staff tried to fix but you know how that goes. The room we had in the back corner is closest to where the staff lives. Which is fine except that the wood burning stove they use smokes out the bathroom every night. Unless its windy. Getting a Grab was ok. If you are Diving everyday this place is perfect. You can walk to dock. All in all staff was super nice. The location is the only issue here. Walking is a hike to anywhere.

• Mohsen (10/5): A quite, clean and calm place to stay in Phuket - It is one of the best places my family and I stayed during our long journey in Thailand. The staff are very nice and polite, and the rooms are very clean. The resort is located in a very quiet place. Amazingly, the resort is associated with one of the best diving clubs in Phuket, Sea Bees. They have gardeners working in the yard from early morning to evening, so the garden and the pool are very clean and well-designed.

The pool was amazing and you feel like you are in the jungle with all the nature surrounding… The owner of the property owns also see bees diving center which is about a 10 min walk from the resort if you are into diving that’s the place too go they have amazing scuba diving instructors and the diving boat is very nice :)

• O9096ZWritac (10/5): Return to Palm Gardens resort - Our second stay at Palm Gardens resort. Lovely place. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. It is like a little Paradise. I went with my granddaughter this time and she loved the hotel - the gardens, the pool and having food bought to our rooms.
• Z1838THjulier (10/5): Oasis close to the harbour - We are just back from a holiday in Thailand and spent a few days in Palm Garden, which was a really lovely and peaceful place. We used the pool for some dive training and it was fabulous. The pool is really spacious and is over 3m deep in the deep part, which was great for dive training. Otherwise about 1-1.3m which was great for the kids. Everything was super clean, there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool with umbrellas and lots of large palm trees for shade. It's like an oasis very close to the harbour which was great to get to in the morning to go on boat trips. The resort also has a restaurant with the most delicious Thai (and Western) food, yummy shakes, lovely coffee and great cocktails! They taste twice as good at happy hour every afternoon ;) The staff is super helpful, very polite and always smiling of course. All up, we had a really great time and hope we'll be back one day again.
• thattravelitch (10/5): Great value for money hotel, especially for diving from Chalong pier. - The hotel is old but perfectly maintained. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable. There is a small open air secured and covered storage section attached to the bathroom that is perfect to get all your dive gear to dry and other clothes to hang. It's walking distance via a shortcut to chalong pier and the main street there for food which perfect, this way you have the convenience yet in a quiet section of Chalong. A little challenging to find as off to a narrow pathways. There is enough parking for your car there. The hotel doesn't serve any food, but will let you borrow cutleries and other bits if you want to fix yourself breakfast in the room or maybe grab deliveries for meals. We stayed there 12 days. The pool is huge, very clean and the garden is well maintained so you can enjoy it. Hamoc is a big plus to relax at each bungalow and they provide motorcyle rental as well as can arrange thai massage at the premises. A great little gem and really affordable place to stay. They are related to seabees diving, so sometimes there were divers in the pool doing their certifications, which is no real trouble as the pool is huge, there is enough place for everyone. I would recommend.
• MikeAtk21 (10/5): So glad I chose this hotel for my vacation - I booked this hotel to be close to the gyms for training and absolutely loved it. Not that far of a ride to get to the gym each day and a great spot to relax after. Quiet at night, beautiful large pool and delicious food from their restaurant. Loved the room and patio area, never felt crowded or busy. Convenience store close by for anything you need. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and they have the cutest dog hanging around that loved to come by and say hi every morning. Would definitely book here again if Im staying in the area.

• Dustymouse (10/5): Bungalow style restort - I was in town to go fishing. The staff were fantastic. They arranged a massage and hair cut at the bungalow. I have balance issues so I was moved to a bungalow near the office. The staff happily ensured all my needs were met. I knew I was in paradise the first morning when I woke up and heard a chicken crow. That wasn't the only birds I heard. Tropical bird sounds filled in as background sounds.
• Jean Marc (10/5): Que du bonheur. - Cela fait plusieurs séjours sur Phuket que nous faisons et le PGR est notre préféré : Pas de luxe mais un petit bungalow climatisé au milieu d’un superbe jardin exotique, avec une piscine au pied de la terrasse, à 2 pas du débarcadère pour les bateaux… Nina et son équipe font tout pour vous être agréables et ça marche ! Sans hésiter, allez-y !
