• Lesley (10/5): We love coming to this exceptional hotel. - The staff are lovely and the rooms are a lovely size and really immaculate. The beds are really comfortable. The bathroom (shower) was lovely and there are free toiletries (more and more unusual in hotels these days). The location is wonderful - right next to a small park and if you go to level 5 of the hotel the exit takes you to a few steps away from the centre and the plaza full of tapas bars etc.

• Margarita (10/5): Buena - Lo tranquilo y cómodo No, me gustó la televisión estaba muy alejada de la cama, para poder escucharla y teníamos miedo de ponerla fuerte por si molestaba , otra cosa que no, nos gustó fue que pusieron solo unas zapatillas, un cepillo de dientes cuando éramos dos personas.

La habitación no estaba mal de espacio y el cuarto de baño completo Nuestra habitación daba a un muro… es decir que no teníamos vistas en absoluto pero ni siquiera podíamos abrir las ventanas porque daban a un deslunado donde no olía especialmente bien

• John (10/5): Lovely, quiet modern hotel, literally 5 minutes walk into the very centre of Teruel. - Room was spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy with good quality bed linen. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped. There was a good variety of food and drink for breakfast, including both hot and cold options. Some of the breakfast hot food options were barely warm, which was the only disappointment.

• Colin (6/5): Underwhelmed - Good location. Plentiful secure parking, at extra cost. Friendly helpful staff who dealt with my requirements. Clean spacious room. Breakfast was lacklustre, less quality and breadth of choice than I would expect from a hotel at this level. Hot items were barely luke warm and had obviously been out for a while, no option of fresh. Tea in room, but no coffee. The mirador has a vending machine for the use of guests, has two flights of steps to access and thus not accessible by wheelchair.

• HARITON RARES (10/5): A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Teruel - Grand Hotel Botánicos in Teruel is exceptionally well located, right in the city center and within walking distance of all major attractions. The breakfast is rich, varied, and truly memorable. A special mention goes to the lady at the reception, who provided all the information we needed for a perfect stay – she absolutely deserves 5 stars plus. Overall, a great experience and a place we'd gladly return to.

• Julie (10/5): Fabulous place for motorcyclists! - Awesome location - walking distance to old part of town. Secure under cover parking just for motorcycles (not cars!). Sarah in reception told us all about the 'Silent Route' that motorcyclists love. Therefore we stayed an extra night to ride that road. It absolutely lived up to her description. Thank you! N/A
