• Anton Anestiev (8/5): A good hotel in a good location. Specious parking. - We stayed for just one night. The hotel is in a good location, close to many coffee shops, the Old Town, and plenty of massage studios. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is also a large parking area in front of the hotel, which was very convenient for us. Nothing. All was good.

Slitent bad, hvor du må stå i badekaret for å dusje (hvem trenger badekar i tropevarmen) Litt hard seng for en "farang" rygg, ingen safe i rommet, samt dørlåser som er best einet på kjøkkenskap.
• Kasa (10/5): A wonderful place - Amazing place with a wonderful team. The staff is always helpful and ready to answer any request or question. Great location, within walking distance to the night market. There was some mold in the shower, which I don’t think is related to cleanliness. In my opinion, the bathroom simply needs renovation.

Quite a large hotel that would have offered an improved experience if refreshments and breakfast was offered which the hotel had the extra rooms to do.

• Alma Ósk (4/5): Good location and clean room but terrible wifi and hard beds - Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, with fresh water provided daily and the room well maintained. The building has an elevator. The location is excellent, situated near the North Gate in the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and frequently stopped working or failed to load pages. Anyone planning to do remote work should look elsewhere, as getting anything done online would be nearly impossible. The beds were very hard, and the shower pressure was so weak that washing hair was a struggle. Despite being a fairly large hotel, there is no laundry service. What stood out most were the large signs in both the lobby and the room stating that the hotel takes no responsibility for valuables left in rooms. Rather than being reassuring, that created a sense of unease and raised questions about what may have happened in the past to warrant such prominent warnings. There was also no safe in the room, which only added to that feeling.

• Francesco (2/5): Unacceptable Service Despite One Helpful Staff Member - gave a rating of 2 instead of 1 solely because the female receptionist who helped us find a bus to Pai was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. In the room, there was only one large towel provided per guest and no hand towel nor tissues. We had an unnecessarily long discussion just to obtain an extra towel to dry our hands. The night shift receptionist appeared visibly annoyed by the request and showed little interest in finding a solution. Throughout the conversation, he continued speaking on his mobile phone in Thai, seemingly complaining about me. At one stage, he attempted to charge 150 THB, approximately 5 USD, for the additional towel. This felt unreasonable and more like a reaction to the discussion than a clearly established policy. Only after I mentioned that I would include this issue in my review did he agree to provide the towel at no extra cost. While I can tolerate some level of disorganisation, the receptionist’s tone, attitude, and the attempt to charge an excessive amount for a basic item are unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a three star property. I strongly recommend that hotel management review the receptionist conduct and clarify internal policies, particularly regarding guest service and additional charges.

Zona tranquila para dormir y facil de conseguir taxis. La limpieza estuvo bien de la habitación en general. No tuve ataque de tos por el polvo. La cama es dura, me dolía la espalda todos los días. Normalmente no tengo problema con estar en hoteles pero está vez fue incómodo el dormir. El baño olía a cloaca y la bañera necesita mantenimiento porque hay moho por falta de revisar juntas de la pared. Tuve de mantener la luz encendida del baño mientras dormía para que el extractor funcionara y el olor no fuera a mi habitación. Eso no es problema de los de la limpieza sino del mantenimiento de las instalaciones. El único contra de la limpieza es la cortina de la bañera que tenía moho en el pie.
