- Yasunori (6/5): 騒音がひどい - スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。 騒音さえ無ければ部屋は清潔で良かったです。 今までメキシコで宿泊した中で1番騒音がひどく3:30頃まで重低音・振動も酷かった。 たまたま系列店にも宿泊しましたがそちらの方が 立地も眺めが良く低価格で騒音もひどくなかった。 系列店を含めて朝食を3日同じ会場でしたが 卵料理は殻が入っていたり味も良くなかった。 子供は２日目からは一口も食べなかったので 別のレストランに食べに行きました。

The breakfast buffet provided is located within a short distance inside another hotel lobby. Nighttime noise is a problem, especially on Saturday nights. But that comes with the central location, I suppose.

- Noriko (5/5): 隣のクラブからの騒音 - 朝食は沢山のフルーツと毎日違うメニューで卵、お肉、チラキレスがあり満足。 スタッフもとても感じが良く、親切でした。 騒音！立地がいいのはいい事なのですが、隣にクラブがあり一晩中爆音の音楽が鳴り響きます。ホテルの下はトンネルになっていて、静かにゆっくり眠る事はできません。

W pokoju przydałoby się więcej światła, myślę że jedno okno wychodzące na korytarz i mały świetlik to trochę mało, ale niestety należy się z tym pogodzić ze względu na historyczny charakter budynku.

The first night we were in a street level room with windows to the street. The music from clubs shook the windows late into the night. Jesus and Rosie moved us to an interior room and we didn’t hear a single noise again.

El baño estaba super mal diseñado, el vapor se quedaba atorado porque tampoco habia ventana ahi dentro. Tenian dos aires portatiles que eran un fiasco si no estaban a 30 cm de ti ni los sentias. Te sentias muy sofocado ahi dentro.

- cecilia (9/5): muy comodo, personal suber bien - si lo que buscas es un lugar sin ruido, no leo es, atrás hay un antro de musica, electrónica, super bueno jeje, pero se escucha hasta tarde, yo lo disfrute mucho porque soy juvenil, la recamara ue yo tuve es de 2 pisos muy bonita , pero si llevas niños de menos de 5 años podría ser peligroso, el personal 10 de 10 super amables, y atentos, me encanto que tienen un refrigerador a la entrada del hotel para guardar comida o bebidas, me pareció genial, tienen agua para rellenar tus botellas, 10de 10, protestos detalles y el desayuno , simple pero cubre bastante bien para vegetarianos y no , muy completo y el servio 10 de 10, tiene elevador para personas mayores o con Carriola, super bien, porque la mayoría de loa hoteles son con unas escaleras de pesadilla para los mayores , en general Guanajuato es así no sabes si subes o bajas pero siempre son escaleras , en general me gusto , si regresare el precio, en sin promoción es mas caro, la musica de atrás para persona intolerante será un problema,

- Zaira (5/5): aceptable si vas en plan de amigos - Limpieza bien, ubicación excelente, alimentos (desayuno incluido) bien, personal amable, hay elevador. lindas habitaciones no cuenta con estacionamiento, y el convenio con estacionamiento es a reserva de espacios, no tiene nombre llamativo al exterior para mejor localización, el desayuno se sirve en otro hotel cercano, y lo mas complicado es que se localiza a un costado de un bar y la música se escuchaba en mi habitación hasta la madrugada.

- Kelley (9/5): Spacious family room close to the heart of Guanajuato with kind staff. - Wonderful staff and steps away from the center of town makes for a lively spot. Easy to stop by in the middle of the day for a rest, or go back to the hotel if you forgot an item. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day and there was always hot water in the shower, and cool filtered water to drink. Ask for an interior room to be better insulated from the night club music and street noise. Hotel is great but could use some updates to mattresses, facilities. There are several night clubs that start up at 11 pm and go until no one is left to dance! Earplugs help.

- Horacio (10/5): Wonderful place! - My family and i loved this hotel, it does have a great location in the city. Front staff was very nice and professional, unfortunately we did not get to experience ghe breakfast because it was a little qays away but everything else was great!! Will definitely return here! It was a little noisy due to our room facing the street but not that bad
- Marcopolowannabe (9/5): - The location is fantastic and the staff are very polite though with limited English (solved by Google translate). Our room was very clean and there's a daily room service available. At night it got a bit chilly but we were provided with a portable heater. All in all we recommend this hotel. We stayed Tuesday to Friday and the noise was not a problem at all, unless you are a light sleeper.
