• Armin Guhrenz (8/5): Ordentlich und sauber, ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht. - Die Lage des Hauses war ruhig, es gab keine Lärmbelästigung. Es war alles sehr gut erklärt. Das Bad hätte moderner sein können, es hat aber alles gut funktioniert.
• Lübach- Bender (7/5): Heidelberg ist eine Reise wert. - Das Hotel war gut gelegen und fußläufig war eine Haltestelle in die Innenstadt erreichbar, die Straßenbahn fährt alle 10 Minuten. Es gab Parkplätze an der Unterkunft und einen gut ausgebauten Radweg für schöne Touren in die Umgebung und Innenstadt nach Heidelberg. Das Zimmer war einfach aber sauber. Leider haben wir ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht erhalten, die Mitarbeiter haben sich große Mühe gegeben, dass wieder gut zu machen. Als Entschädigung gab es ein kostenloses Frühstück

• Detlef (9/5): Perfekt für 1-2 Tage, guter Preis! - Die Unterkunft ist ein umgebautes Mehrfamilienhaus, Self Checkin möglich oder im Haupthotelhaus 450 m weiter weg! Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr ruhigem Wohngebiet, ein Netto mit Bäckerei liegen 3 Minuten weit weg. Das Zimmer war großzügig mit einem wunderbaren großen Sonnenbalkon, Frühstücken mit Selbstversorgung ist perfekt! Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis! Mit dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn braucht man 30-40 Minuten zur Altstadt/Schloss, mir war das viel zu weit!! Mal eben abends noch schnell raus auf ein Bier ist nicht, in der Umgebung gibt es außer dem Netto und Rollatoren nix!

• Helmar (9/5): Sauberes großes Appartement, das alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllte - Für unseren Zweck war diese Unterkunft ideal. Die Straßenbahn ist von den Appartements fussläufig in weniger als 10 min zu erreichen. Das Appartement selber war sehr groß, sauber, sehr ruhig und mit großem Balkon. Es sind genügend Parkplätze direkt am Appartement oder in der Nähe verfügbar. Freundliches Personal und unkomplizierter Check in und out.

Сотрудник отеля встретила нас как родных, очень приветливо. В самом отеле и рядом с ним было очень тихо, ощущение, что мы находимся тут одни. • Michael (6/5): - Die Räumlichkeiten waren gut ausgestattet. Bett war bequem. Schreibtisch im Zimmer war praktisch. Leider sehr negativ aufgefallen ist die Hellhörigleit der Zimmer. Absolut nervig das Geräusch, wenn im Nachbarzimmer jemand andauernd in die Steckdosen steckt. Das hört sich an als wäre es im eigenen Zimmer. Ist dann auch morgens um 6 Uhr gleichzeitig der Weckdienst gewesen - an längeres schlafen war nicht zu denken. Und nachts von 2 bis drei Uhr wurden im Hof Leute aus nachbarhäusern abgeholt und dabei die Motoren laufen gelassen. Leider auch wieder deutlich hörbar. Ohne diese Hellhörigkeit wäre es echt toll gewesen.

Auch dass ein Zimmerservice täglich kommt, ist nicht mehr überall gegeben. Das Frühstück war gut. Im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit ist die Auswahl nicht mehr soooo üppig, aber satt wird man auf alle Fälle. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe erreichbar.

There was also a supermarket nearby. Despite being comfortable, clean and spacious, the room lacked a mini fridge. Therefore, what we bought (e.g. water) could not be refrigerated.

Beds are comfortable and it has a big balcony It was super hot inside with only a tiny fan at our disposal and very little natural ventilation. Maybe avoid it if it is too hot outside. Kitchen is quite poorly equipped. The staff was friendly but not very clear on directions. The area is not great for a family stay, but we were only there overnight

• Ebru (4/5): - Die Unterkunft war im allgemeinen ziemlich schön gewesen, auch die Lage war optimal, da neben den Apartments Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren. Was störend war, dass die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In etwas unfreundlich gewesen ist, als ich nach der Check-Out Zeit fragte, da laut meiner Buchungsbestätigung bis 13 Uhr stand. Sie glaubte mir leider nicht und nachdem ich ihr die Email zeigte, musste Sie erstmal auf die Webseite von Expedia um sich selbst zu vergewissern und sagte nur, dass das nicht gehen würde, da man ja das Zimmer für den nächsten Tag nicht aufbereiten könnte. Was ich leider nicht verstehen kann, da man vor 16 Uhr nicht einchecken darf und kein Hotel benötigt von 11-16 Uhr Zeit für die Reinigung. Leider kam sie uns auch nicht entgegen, im Endeffekt kann ich nichts für, wenn ich bis 13 Uhr aus checken darf laut Buchungsbestätigung, dann müsste man wenigstens die Check-In Zeiten ändern, damit der Kunde was vom bezahlten Zimmer hat, wenn man schon um 11 Uhr aus checken muss. Darüber hinaus, gefiel mir das Badezimmer nicht, da die Lüftung nicht funktioniert hat und es ziemlich modrig gerochen hat.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable room in a Peaceful area - Clean and confortable room in a peaceful area. The hotel is in a residential area just outside of the main city. It’s really quiet so I got a great night’s sleep. That also means there are very few restaurants, cafes or pubs around. One important detail, my room (maybe all rooms?) was in a building a few streets away from the reception desk! There is a self check-in option with a machine, but checkout was only possible at the other building. Staff is very friendly!

Frukosten var inte bara god utan fin för ögat också, jättefräscht och mycket att välja på. Man kunde även ta med en liten crossiant i en påse till resan. Recensionen gäller guesthouset, vet inte hur apartmenten ser ut.

• Holger (6/5): Solides Hotel mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten - Das Hotel an sich sah sehr einladend aus. Die erste Überraschung gabs aber gleich bei der Ankunft. Laut der Buchungsseite von Hotels.com hatten wir es so verstanden, dass Frühstück inklusive ist - war es aber nicht. Kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür, finde ich aber seitens hotels.com sehr irreführend und wird mich auch in Zukunft davon abhalten, über diese Seite zu buchen. Wir waren dann auch noch in einem abgelegenen Gasthaus ca. 400 Meter vom Haupthaus untergebracht. An sich ok, geräumig und sauber, allerdings direkt im Dachgeschoss und ohne Klimaanlage. Daher bereits schon gefühlte 40 Grad als wir das Zimmer betraten. Nachts war das Schlafen dementsprechend unangenehm. Klimaanlage einbauen lassen wäre definitiv zu empfehlen.

Check in de autoservicio para empezar, no he visto un solo empleado en toda mi estancia. 4ª planta bajo el techo sin ascensor (tengo un impedimiento para subir escaleras), en la habitación hacía un calor insoportable, sin aire acondicionado y sin poder abrir las ventanas. El colchón de la cama estaba fatal, no se podía dormir. No había Wifi. A las 4 de la mañana bajamos al coche para poder dormir un ratito por lo menos. Fatal!!!!

Unser Zimmer war zwar groß, aber direkt beim Eintreten stieg einem der Geruch von "Altenheim" in die Nase. Daran kann man sich nicht gewöhnen. Das Zimmer wurde offensichtlich gestrichen, der Boden ist relativ, so wie die Vorhänge. Die Wohnwand und der Schreibtisch erinnern an die 90er, was grundsätzlich nicht schlimm ist, das und diverse Bilder ließen aber auf den Geruch schließen. Mehrere Dekoartikel, wie blaue Glassteine verbesserten das Wohlbefinden nicht. Wir waren glücklicherweise nur eine Nacht da. Mehr als zwei hätten wir nicht ausgehalten. Wirklich schade, da das Personal sehr freundlich ist und die Gegend schön ruhig. Nochmal würden wir aber nicht kommen.

• Michael (8/5): New Heidelberg - It was strange that the reception desk was in a separate building two blocks away, but after checking in we found the room to be very clean, quiet, and comfortable.I especially liked the balcony.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Hübsches Hotel am Stadtrand - Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, in der Wohngegend sowie im Hotel und dem Apartment! Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer und die Leute waren super nett!!! Die ca. 500m vom Hotel zu den Apartments sind mit Koffer doch etwas weit.

• Lorena (8/5): Circuito de Hockenheim - Hemos reservado este hotel para ir al circuito de Hockenheim (a unos 20 minutos en coche). En fechas de eventos supongo que los precios subirán, y aunque nos pareció un poco cara la habitación, la verdad es que no nos decepcionó. Nos dieron un apartamento, lo único que no teníamos acceso a la cocina, pero era grande y estaba todo limpio. El hotel Consta de dos edificios, el mismo hotel y una casa de huéspedes. Nosotros nos alojamos en la casa de huéspedes. Está a unas manzanas del hotel, en una zona muy tranquila y con aparcamiento cerca.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel in ruhiger Lage - Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, mit Bus und Straßenbahn ist die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen. Haltestellen sind wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt.

• Giovanni (6/5): No wireless internet in the room - Very nice Hotel, but located away from the city center and there was no free Wifi, which is a big deal when you are traveling and need to book flights, hotels and such. Couldn't believe that a modern hotel does not offer this essential service, for that reason alone i wouldn't stay there ever again.
• Hicker (2/5): Bad Experience : Lost 79 Euros + Humiliations !! - I got to this hotel and paid 3 days stay in advance . I stayed one night and I got an emergency and notified them that I will need to check out after the second day and asked for the money return for the third day : 79 Euros . THE LADY AT THE COUNTER SAID : IT IS EXPEDIA DECISION AND I HAVE TO NOTIFY EXPEDIA DIRECTLY . I CALLED EXPEDIA AND THEY SAID THEY WILL APROVE IT AND IT MAY TAKE FROM SOME DAYS TO ONE WEEK . NEXT DAY AT 8 AM I MADE THE CHECK OUT AND ASKED IF THEY GOT THE NOTIFICATION FROM EXPEDIA . THE LADY SAID THAT THE MANAGER DID NOT SHOW UP AND SHE HAD NO NEWS . I GOT MY BREAKFAST AND WENT BACK TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE ISSUE. THAT IS WHEN I GOT THE : " Very obnoxious and arrogant attitude of the manager of that facility " denying any return with a humiliating way . I lost 79 Euros . • Allan (8/5): - I requested a single room, non-smoker and got a cigarette smelling room! When I demanded another room I was told there were no other single rooms only standard room which they demanded 20 Euro for an upgrade! The standard room really was "smell free" and a very nice room but I didn't like that I had to pay the extra fee.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - We had a nice stay here. It was in July and the weather was warm but there was a fan in the room. The internet prices are ridiculous and it was the first hotel on our 5 week Europe trip not to offer free wifi. It was about a 15-20 minute tram ride into the city. We could buy tickets for the tram at the front desk.
