- Carsten (7/5): Wer der Stadt Cebu entfliehen möchte und Trotzdem nahe dran sein muss ist hier gut aufgehoben. - Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand. Abgesehen vom Verkehrslärm der Hauptstraße ist die Umgebung relativ ruhig. Vor dem Hotel gibt es auch noch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Instandhaltung wird vernachlässigt. Das Hotel hatte schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.

The bathroom not flushing well, when you sit on the bowl, I can't push the cover, it stays pushing my back, something very uncomfortable. Water stays on the floor, draining need repair. - Ruud (6/5): - Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijn zwembad. Mooi gebouw. Kamers en sanitair zijn sterk verouderd en hebben dringend renovatie nodig. Vanwege de scherpe prijs mag je niet te veel verwachten maar de kamers moeten echt worden gerenoveerd. Van dit hotel valt zeker iets moois te maken.

- Egot (7/5): Our staycation was short but it was refreshing. - Satisfied with breakfast but not part of room rate, we have to pay for it. It's our second time here, the location is okay for us, a view of the mountains that's not so far from the city. It has a cute pool for a quick dip this summer season. They could have made the room smell better and the bed sheets too.

They lure you in with low pricing, that is a room with a mattress on the floor. They also charge you per item, for example, towels are extra. positive are the cleaning, cooking, people are nice people negative is up charging for the better room off the floor. very, very noisy place and busy road at all hours. motorcycles and loud music at all hours The cafe was good for the morning

We didn’t see any cockroaches or other bugs Good a/c Clean pool Hot water in the shower and good pressure Breakfast was good and reasonably priced Cons: Could be cleaner (windows and mirrors especially) Not a great neighborhood (however, we walked to downtown during the day, but I wouldn’t recommend doing so at night …having said that, it may be fine…you decide) For the price it is totally fine. Basic, but you get what you pay for.

Great location for going into Busay and further into mountains to visit many attractions. The hotel is a little old with basic facilities. But it does have everything you need.
