• Agustina (10/5): Céntrico, bueno, bonito y barato! - self check-in, massimo muy amable y disponible cuando necesitábamos preguntarle cosas, el cuarto tenía todo lo que prometía (cama King Size, aire acondicionado, baño privado) el receptáculo de la ducha era un poco pequeño, tenías que moverte un poco apretado cuando te duchabas pero igual bien, solo era un detalle

• Barbara (6/5): Pleasant - Without breakfast Change the room by the owner without some information about this - we reserve another type of room! Unfortunately, we didn't get some information about the key and code to the door before we arrived. We have to call the owner - nightmare!!!

• Marvic (3/5): Poor - Didn't even see the owner... On booking.com there is written he ll give blast vouchers for a coffee shop nearby but didn't even give them which I would like to request the equivalent money of them as they were included in price which I never got for 2 people

• Chiara (1/5): AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES IN CATANIA - Location. The room was NOT what we booked. It didn’t have enough beds for two people (despite me booking it) and the host asked cash to pay for the room (dodgy). When I told him the room was the wrong one and didn’t have enough beds and explained that my friend and I were gonna have to share one bed, he completely ignored us. Instead, he took the chance to remind us to leave cash on the table the next morning. Weird. He even sent a woman to collect these money (the woman used her own key and let herself in our room which is INSANE), but we told her to leave and she quickly left and apologised. Apart from that, room had no windows, the floor was covered in white powder (ants repellent allegedly) and the toilet smelled like vomit (shower door was broken). Absolutely avoid this place the plague
• Kaltra (5/5): excellent location , needs better ventilation - I liked the location of the room very much which was the reason I booked it. The room was spacious enough and the restroom was good as well. the bed and bedding seemed clean and the ac was working properly. the room didn't have enough ventilation. There was a small window next to the door but the room seemed a bit of a basement location and in an old building, it smelled like dampness and it gave me a headache and sore throat

• Stephanie (9/5): Great location and accommodation! - Really great place and an excellent location right next to the city center. Host was really great and understanding. Can’t think of anything negative!
