Le restaurant de l'hôtel offre un excellent petit déjeuner a bon prix. Quartier apparemment sécuritaire. La salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovation et les serviettes sont tellement usées qu'elles ont du essuyer tout le Mexique. Bref, il y a des lacunes au niveau entretien. Dommage car cet hôtel pourrait facilement mieux faire.

La regadera solo salía agua tibia no caliente y se inunda mucho el área de regadera. La chica que nos hizo check out no fue muy amable.

Our room was exceptionally cool and clean, with sheets and towels changed daily. The cleaning staff was highly efficient, and the area provided a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The beauty and cleanliness of the hotel are commendable. I will return to the Grand Marlon and confidently recommend it to my friends and family. It is essential to include a microwave oven and a small refrigerator in the room for guests on extended stays

• Paula (7/5): Bueno, pero mucho que mejorar. - El check-in fue muy rápido y eficiente, las habitaciones tal cual se muestran en las fotos, buena limpieza. La televisión es muy antigua, deberían pensar en actualizar sus habitaciones. Modernizar el baño y los muebles haría que resaltaran más. El gym lo cierran temprano y hay mucho ruido, tanto de las otras habitaciones como de la calle. El día que fui llovió fuerte, todos los pasillos inundados, las escaleras chorreando agua y se pone muy resbaloso.

Requested to move to a closer room but was said no because the other rooms are already reserved which was not true it was available online that moment. The upper floor was not ready either and could not wait until later. The Bathroom have no kind of Safety Bar for Elders is very Dangerous for them because if they fall can cause injuries or even death. I would not stay again . I felt, I was not given a better customer service. No alternatives or suggestions for my and my mother.

• Edward (5/5): I enjoyed the stay somewhat, I hoped to have gotten more for the money I spent on the room. - The location was great, the staff were okay, the elevator worked and the bed size was okay. I did not like the noise around from the other rooms, I did not like the old furniture, I did not like the internet connection very very poor, I thought we would have gotten complimentary breakfast or at least have coffee in the room. I think the age of your guess should be considered when placing them.

• Anthony (4/5): - Arrived early (45 minutes) and understandably our rooms were not ready so we sat and relaxed in the hotel bar/restaurant and waited until our scheduled check in time and were told our rooms were now ready. We received our keys and remotes and went to our room. We walked into a room that hadn’t even been touched by anyone except the last guests! We informed front desk staff and were told they would get the room ready for us. Luckily we were able to leave our baggage in another room we had reserved that actually was ready and we came back a few hours later and the room was ready. The website states there is a hot tub which is not true! This was one of the main reasons why we chose to stay there instead of other much nicer hotels in the area that we have previously stayed at. It’s simply a small portion of the pool that resembles a hot tub. The restaurant/bar was nice and the food and selections were reasonably priced and the meals we had were good. Waiters and bartenders were very friendly and efficient with exception of the person who ran the register and she was terrible! I had to insist on running my payment repeatedly and once I showed her how to use their own credit card machine it cleared perfectly. When we returned later that evening for dinner and drinks once again she was unable to process the payment and was very abrupt and argumentative and they had to transfer our bill to the front desk and yes the payment was processed flawlessly on their first attempt.

• Olivia (1/5): - The room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. But they was about it. This spot is VERY remote and the restaurant is dirty and limited in options. The breakfast is included however if you are late they will charge you. The area is so dirty and poorly managed that you don't want to eat there. The swimming is great but what is the point if you cannot stay and enjoy? You are not allowed to have your drinks on the pier so that sucked too. The staff seems to be very stuck to rules rather than making your stay comfortable. The hotel beside this location uses an extremely LOUD generator that disturbs the peace!
• Oscar Manuel (7/5): - Lo único que me gustó fue su ubicación de lo demás nada La verdad ,no ofrecen lo que promocionan,las habitaciones son muy pequeñas,su piscina que ofrecen en las fotos se ve grande pero en la realidad es una piscina de 3x 5 metros y sus instalaciones no están limpias ,le falta mucha atención,las ,las toallas se ven muy usadas desgastadas y rotas,el primer baño me lo di con agua bien fría, aparte no tiene suficiente lugar para estacionarse y otras cosas mas
