joey (1/5): - The staff have poor attitude. We go to first room that have mouldy odour. Then request operator to settle and the operator only spilt perfume. After 5mins, the room has occur mouldy odour. Then request change to second room, we still smell have mouldy odour. Then request change again. Then counter service let us wait so long time, we direct ask counter is it can update room. The counter staff have said to All twin room without window are ' standard ' have mouldy odour.

Zeenath (4/5): Like I say it a budget hotel if you are on a short trip or looking for a temporary place like 1 or 2 days is okay. Don&# - Nothing, it's just a normal budget hotel. You got what you paid for. Is not a clean hotel. Housekeeping needs to clean it seriously it is very dirty that I have to clean the bathroom myself for me to use it. The bed sheet is not even clean. I have to put my own towel on top just to lie down.

Rafik (1/5): Inacceptable - Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel le 31 décembre à 21h après un très long vol, accompagnés de nos enfants extrêmement fatigués. Malgré une réservation confirmée, on nous a affirmé pendant des heures que l’hôtel était complet et qu’aucune chambre n’était disponible. Nous avons attendu toute la nuit, sans explication claire ni solution. Le personnel ne nous répondait pas, personne ne prenait ses responsabilités, et nous avons été laissés sans assistance. Nos enfants ont dû dormir à la réception, ce qui est absolument inadmissible. Finalement, vers 4 heures du matin, une chambre nous a été proposée, ce qui prouve que l’hôtel nous a menti sur la disponibilité. Cette chambre ne nous a été donnée qu’à condition de payer un pourboire à un homme de ménage, ce que nous avons trouvé choquant et inacceptable. Nous avons raté notre nuit du 31, n’avons pratiquement pas dormi après un voyage épuisant, et cette situation a été extrêmement éprouvante, en particulier avec des enfants Nous avons également contacté Booking, qui malheureusement n’a pas apporté de solution immédiate ni pris ses responsabilités malgré nos diffèrent appel Cette expérience révèle un manque total de professionnalisme et d’éthique. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.

The bathroom in the room leaked, and the floor was constantly wet. The room key was initially difficult to use; the front desk staff reluctantly gave me a new one. The promised housekeeping service was not performed at the scheduled time.
Raymond (7/5): - Location 本来下午3点就可以入住，我到的时候已经六点多了，却被告知房间还没被清理，让我在大厅等二十分钟。等了超过半小时也没有人来告知是否准备好了，去柜台问时才知道已经准备好了。当时是交班时间，就是说上一班的员工没有交代给刚进班的员工，非常不负责任。而且清洁工做完工作也没有及时在系统内更新，导致夜班员工找不到已经清洁的房间。下班的员工不止没交代，也没有完成交班前应该做完的系统更新，导致接班员工不知所措，非常不负责任。

The location is excellent—just a short 200m walk from Hoi An Old Town—making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Martin, Tai, and Yen, who made my stay even more enjoyable with their warm hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the spa services were truly outstanding—very relaxing and professionally done.

Nixon T (9/5): A Timeless Classic That Still Delivers - This place feels like that familiar corner café — a little worn, but always there when you need it. Rooms are tidy, Wi-Fi strong, and staff genuine. Ideal for short or backup stays when reliability matters more than style. Old but gold. Can't exactly describe it as clean but the rooms are tidy, functional, and well-maintained — nothing fancy, but everything works just as it should.
Sheree (4/5): Would never stay there again. - Amazing view out to Kuala Lumpur city. Was not what was advertised for a deluxe room. One pillow each? There was a jug and two cups in the room. No tea or coffee, no spoons, no milk to actually make a hot drink. The fridge was bearly working. We had to keep buying milk every other day as it wasn’t cold enough. The hotel stunk of cigarettes and I often heard other visitors complaining about people smoking in the room next to them. I paid for breakfast in my package but when we went to the “cafe” at 9 am (breakfast finished at 10) only to find a conference room with a buffet half empty with cold food, revolting coffee and no staff. We had to call out to the kitchen after waiting, to find a staff member. We never went back there for the rest of our stay.

The facility is much improved compared with the previous facility with the carpet. And omg, the night shift guy was amazing — he even let me borrow his phone charger 'cause mine wasn’t working, and the next morning he gave me a bunch of tips and answered all my questions. The breakfast and cleaning staff are super kind too. The room was not only spacious and clean, but also really comfortable. I’d definitely come back!
