• Amanda (9/5): Lovely staff, clean room, decent size, slightly inconvenient lift not working. - The staff were very polite, professional and attentive. Warmly welcomed to the property and on check out. The room was clean and decently sized space. The soap in bathroom smelled particularly nice! The location was a little noisy being on a main road but obviously there isn’t an easy fix for that. The lift didn’t appear to be working on arrival. Not a deal breaker but a little inconvenient with luggage.

• Simon (8/5): Great stay - The rooms were clean and quiet. WiFi was great for conducting business meetings and training. Although others have complained about noise this was one of the best insulated rooms for sound I have been in.

• Muhammad Usman (7/5): It is a pleasant stay location is very nice - Easy to find very friendly staff There is a elevator, but it’s not working. The bed size is also small for two persons, and the comfort level is also not too high.

• Mariela (7/5): Overall, although I found it slightly expensive I thought the hotel was a great stay. I would repeat - The room was cosy and very clean. I was attendded to very kindly by staff and I found the location great. It was central with a bus stop right outside with buses to more central locations like Oxford Circus. There were lots of restaurants and bars in the area which made it feel lively. Although the room was very clean and had good facilities, I felt it was overpriced. Although I did not mind since I was there for work and my only priority was sleep, the views were not the best. Lastly, the bed was comfortable, but I wish the pillows had been a little softer and there had been a cover sheet apart from the duvet.

I was in a difficult situation with the booking and the hotel staff were very understanding and helpful with it. It was greatly appreciated. Sheets were just slightly stained.

Con un bambino piccolo e passeggino non era molto comodo comunque ci siamo adattati.

• Garrett (8/5): The perfect stay for budgets - Great location 5 mins from oval station. Really friendly welcome. Helpful staff and very comfortable mattresses. Lovely shower quick hot water. Working kettle and supplies with clean cups. And working TV and power sockets. And plenty of soap for hand and body wash. Only minor gripes with TV remote being hard to read due to a lot of use. Door not locking immediately it only needed to be pulled hard to lock it but wasnt obvious, the staff were very helpful and did assist.

• FF (7/5): Comfortable budget hotel - The staff is super nice and friendly and made us feel welcome. I had to call the reception in advance for a special request and they were able to solve the problem in no time. My son and I had a twin room with 2 single beds. We are not very large persons and found the room and the beds suitable and comfortable. Super new and shiny bathroom installations. We requested the house-keeping only once and everything was cleaned thoroughly. The hotel is close to Oval Tube Station, several bus stops and nice restaurants just around the corner. We stayed there for a week and would stay there again. For us everything was fine.

• Suárez (7/5): ok for a simple night or two stay. - I liked that the hotel is close enough to the underground station which makes it easy to travel into the city. If you´re visiting the Cricket stadium, the location is great as it´s only a 5 min walk to the main gates. The 24 hour reception is also a good thing considering it is nice to have someone vigilant at the door and to receive guests no matter what the time is. The rooms are very out dated and the windows did not close properly. In the hotel, the only access to any snacks or water is via a vending machine in reception which can only be paid with in cash (no cards accepted). If you need to get water during nighttime hours, you must go cross the street to a kebab shop. The area doesn´t seem very safe at night.
• Chris (10/5): - Very good location, in a nice neighborhood, a few steps away from a 24 hour shop, a couple of pubs, Morleys chicken (try the chicken strips!), and most important of all, the Oval Underground station. The room had everything we needed (even a heater tile on the bathroom which was really nice). A pesar de haber realizado una reserva con diez días de antelación, el servicio recibido fue, por decir lo menos, deplorable. 1. Incumplimiento de Información y Accesibilidad. A nuestra llegada, se nos asignó una habitación en la tercera planta, omitiendo deliberadamente, antes de nuestra llegada, informarnos que el ascensor se encontraba fuera de servicio. La presencia de elementos decorativos obstruyendo las puertas del elevador en cada planta sugiere una avería prolongada o una falta de voluntad para repararlo, obligando a los huéspedes a cargar equipaje pesado por las escaleras sin previo aviso. 2. Condiciones Habitacionales Inaceptables. La primera habitación asignada carecía de las dimensiones mínimas para una estancia digna: • Espacio físico: El margen lateral de la cama era de apenas 20 cm, imposibilitando el acceso normal y obligando a entrar por los pies de la misma. • Higiene y Ergonomía: El cuarto de baño resultaba impracticable; la disposición del sanitario impedía su uso frontal incluso para una persona de complexión delgada. 3. I was only going to be sleeping in the room so I didn't require any facilities in the hotel. For me the hotel was fine, cheap and clean. Good shower and a comfortable bed. The room was small, for my needs not an issue but you would not want to spend a lot of time in the room. The hotel was noisy, the rattle of the tube, traffic and plumbing. Fortunately I was drunk when I went to bed so that masked most of that. Y
• Allan (2/5): The tiniest hotel room i have seen - Location was good The room was smaller than a prison cell, it felt claustrophobic being in there, even for a single room, I could only open my small suitcase on the bed or into room and bathroom, I couldn't sit on the toilet properly, had to be side on. The room itself could use renovations due to lots of marks on the wall, wires and other things im not sure i should be able to see, the fire door out side my room had no handles on the door and the self closing bracket was broken.

La posizione era ottima vicino alla metro e a due passi dalla fermata del bus, in 20min si arriva in centro. la stanza piccola ma disponeva di tutti i comfort. • Rebolledo Góngora (10/5): Excelente estadía - La ubicación es excelente, el autobús te deja justo afuera y en la esquina está el underground. La habitación tenía hervidor, café, azúcar, té y leche, lo cuál nos ayudó un montón, sobre todo a despertar bien y tomar algo caliente antes de dormir Lo único malo es que no dan desayuno. Se suple con una máquina expendedora que está en recepción. El ascensor estaba malo, pero fue un detalle menor para nosotros.
