• Sarah (9/5): - Great value for money and location was very close to the train station making it easy to get into the CBD. Great pub menu in the bistro with kids play area, a win as a mum of 3. Some people might be bothered by the noise as the facility is open until 4am, and being on the landing flight path. That didn't bother us though, and my kids loved watching the planes.

• Vesna (8/5): Just what we needed. Would stay here again. - The apartment was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was surprisingly quiet. I was a little worried about the function space and bar being so close, but we could not hear anything. All the windows looked out onto a walled garden, so all noises are kept out. We couldn't even hear the traffic from the street. Yes, the airport is close, and we could hear some planes after about 7am, but at a reasonable level. The windows could do with a bit of cleaning. The car park has some big potholes, so just be careful if arriving by car.

• Bruce (9/5): 2 night bender away from the missus. - Pretty much everything.Staff food facilities sports bar and my room where I stayed for 2 nights were all very enjoyable and comfortable. Nothing really. Every time I had an issue the staff went above and beyond to make my stay very pleasant.

• Andrea (9/5): Bien como hotel de paso, no para estancia larga - Nos dieron un apartamento súper amplio. Tiene parking gratuito en la puerta. Solo usamos este hotel por su ubicación relativamente cerca del aeropuerto y fue un acierto. Descansamos muy bien en esas camas. Silencioso. Un hotel un poco 'desangelado', tipo hostal de carretera en las afueras. Por lo demás, muy bien.

• Daniela (1/5): Pretty rough looking crowd / guests. More of a one night stand motel joint. Did not feel comfortable at all. Checkou - The room was terribly small and very stuffy. No opening windows. Three people crammed in one room with absolutely no room to move at all!! Bistro was closed over Christmas.
• Donna (6/5): A Comfortable Stay - Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Best shower I have had in any motel (except no hairdryer). Very quiet, considering it is open to 4am in the club area. I was most impressed with the complimentary drink coupon upon arrival. However, the restaurant was closed, so had to sit in the bar/pokies area to enjoy this. Advertised restaurant to be open on the website (part of why we booked here). Only to find out (after check-in, dressed and ready to enjoy a lovely meal), that the restaurant closes over Christmas/New Year. I was not impressed as this was NOT stated on the website. In fact, I opened the website page and it still had 'Restaurant open'. I suggested that the management change this for future travellers to know. I also was unimpressed that the room did not have a hairdryer. I couldn't ask at reception as they did not open until 10am so couldn't get in. Might sound like a simple thing, but I don't know many motel rooms without a hairdryer. Most women, myself included, don't want to carry excess bulky luggage which is why having hairdryers in motel rooms is always well received. I would strongly suggest add hairdryers in the rooms. I would also suggest add complimentary biscuit packs ( like all other motels) to the Teabags and coffee. Simple thing to do, but makes a HUGE difference.

Das ganze Zimmer hat noch Bleach/ Chlor Reiniger gestunken und man kann kein Fenster in den Zimmern öffnen. Außerdem war mir nicht klar das bei dem Motel direkt ein Gaming room / Mini Casino ist. Dementsprechend auch das Publikum. Es roch auch noch nach Zigarettenrauch.

Reception was very friendly, rooms very clean, beds super comfortable and the food very nice. The area was not flash, but we had no problems.

• Linda (1/5): Shit - We had room 1 and the night door is next to the room, everyone who came in and out constantly slammed the door. We had no sleep got woken up all hours of the night/morning. I would recommend fixing the door so it doesn’t slam and bang every time it’s opened. Very disappointing

I think found a pen in the room with 'Stolen from Nightcap' on it. Exactly what the book was talking about and gave me a giggle! Keycard was not set up for both nights so we had to come back to have it re-programed.
