- LUCILE (9/5): Parfait - vue superbe, place parfaite, chambre parfaite une fois que l'on a demandé à en changer ! car au départ l'une de nous 3 aurait sinon dormi sur un matelas au sol... Une fois la modification de chambre appliquée c'était parfait ! Restaurant super avec vue parfaite. Piscine top. Sur le côté familial oui on a bien noté qu'il y avait des familles avec enfants car pour les massages juste à côté c'était un peu bof d'entendre les cris et sauts et jeux des enfants dans la piscine. Seul bémol au séjour qui avait pour but de se reposer entre soeurs justement SANS enfants ! Mais cela ne concerne pas l'établissement ou son personnel qui n'en est pas tributaire puisque ce sont les clients. Le sol vaseux de la plage dans l'eau.

- Julia (9/5): Super Unterkunft1 8 - Nettes Personal. Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht und geputzt. Der Pool ist ausreichend für die Kinder. Leider war meistens Ebbe, so dass wir den Strand mit Meer nicht so richtig genießen konnten. Das ist ja aber je nach Jahreszeit.. unterschiedlich.
- Anouk (9/5): Amazingly sweet staff and a beautiful hotel. - Beautiful room with beautiful bay view. The staff was incredibly kind and especially the taxi driver was the sweetest! When we arrived late by ferry he offered for us to make a pitstop at the 7/11 for us to get some food, very kind! The breakfast was very nice as well as lunch we had. The location is great. You walk right onto the beach from the pool and can do a nice beach walk where theres multiple bars and restaurants at the beach. There were a lot of families staying at the hotel when we were there. This is something that I did not think about and therefore it was a bit unexpected. Of course something that is not with the hotel, but rather something i should have looked out for.

- Benkö (10/5): Erholung in Koh Phangan - Es war sehr urig, mitten im Dschungel mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Bucht. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität eher nicht zu empfehlen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Abseits vom Trubel Der Strand ist zum schwimmen nicht geeignet, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür. Im Hotel hat uns alles gefallen. - Ruken (1/5): Achtung! Erst lesen, bevor ihr bucht! - Wir haben 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Zunächst einmal war das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Im Kleiderschrank fanden wir schmutzige Unterwäsche und unter dem Nachttisch eine leere Milchpackung. Das Zimmer war überall staubig. Der Kissenbezug war schimmelig und das Fußhandtuch war schmutzig und sehr alt, mit Bleichflecken. Wir mussten das Zimmer selbst reinigen. Auch das Wassersystem im Zimmer war sehr schlecht. Im Waschbecken gab es einen alten Druckknopf-Wasserhahn, bei dem das Wasser nach 4–5 Sekunden stoppt – richtiges Händewaschen war kaum möglich. Es ist kaum zu glauben, dass so etwas noch verwendet wird. Wenigstens ein Sensor-Wasserhahn wäre angebracht gewesen. Auch aus der Dusche kam das Wasser nicht richtig, alles wirkte alt und abgenutzt. Das Personal war unprofessionell und desinteressiert. An der Rezeption war eine junge und unerfahrene Person, und es wirkte, als wäre das Hotel ihr überlassen worden. Fast niemand sprach richtig Englisch. Die einzige freundliche und hilfsbereite Person war der Fahrer des Hotels. Gegenüber der Rezeption gibt es zudem einen Motorroller-Verleih, der offenbar zum Hotel gehört. Am 2. Mai zwischen 11:30 und 12:00 haben wir gesehen, wie ein Mitarbeiter dort gegen die Wand urinierte. Das war schockierend und absolut inakzeptabel. Dies kann wahrscheinlich durch die Überwachungskameras bestätigt werden. Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen. Ohne einen Roller zu mieten kommt man nirgendwo hin. Taxis sind teuer und unzuverlässig – viele sind nicht erschienen oder haben auf Nachrichten nicht geantwortet, obwohl sie sie gelesen haben. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Es bestand nur aus Ei, Butter und Brot und wurde in kleinen Portionen serviert. Erwarten Sie kein Buffet. Außerdem wirbt das Hotel mit vielen Einrichtungen (Fitnessstudio, Spa, Umkleideräume, Wasserrutsche, Abendunterhaltung, internationales Frühstück), aber nichts davon existiert.

- Remco (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf met vriendelijke mensen - Het was een heerlijk verblijf met mooie accommodaties. Wij hadden het geluk om direct aan het zwembad (nr. 1) te krijgen. Dat was perfect met kinderen die het liefst de hele dag zwemmen. Het eten in het restaurant was ook goed. De locatie is met flinke hoogteverschillen, maar daarover waren we geïnformeerd. Ze helpen met je koffers omhoog of omlaag brengen. De locatie is verder ook vrij afgelegen, maar huur een scooter of een auto en je mist niets.

- Ellen (3/5): - Meine Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Das einzig positive waren die bequemen Matratzen und das freundliche Personal im Restaurant. Unser Bungalow war voller Ungeziefer. Vor allem Abends war der komplette Boden voller Ameisen. Da die Rezeption nur tagsüber besetzt ist, konnte uns auch keiner helfen. Beim Restaurant haben wir dann glücklicherweise noch ein Ameisenspray bekommen, ansonsten wüsste ich nicht wie wir die Nacht hätten schlafen können. Wir haben für unseren Sohn einen Doktor gebraucht und auch da hat uns die Rezeption nicht helfen können. Wie sich nachher herausstellte waren Bettwanzen der Grund für den schlimmen Ausschlag unseres Sohnes. Das Frühstück war okay, aber das weitere Essen war 3,4 Hotels weiter um einiges schmackhafter.

And there were resident cats that visits every once in a while. The sea view from our room was lovely! The resort is pretty steep. We have to do a mini hike everytime we want to go out. From our room until the parking lot. Also, the room we had didn’t really feel like there was privacy as we pass by other rooms on our floor. So we can basically see them if they’re hanging out on their porch as it’s just one big porch for all 4 rooms.

Schön war auch das es eine Strandtasche inklusive Handtücher gab. Leider sind im Zimmer keine Vorhänge zum abdunkeln . Es ist wirklich sehr hell sobald die Sonne aufgeht. - Painfreeze (9/5): Traumhafte Unterkunft - Die Lage zum Salad Beach war großartig. Sehr gut war, dass man direkt im Resort einen Scooter leihen kann. So erspart man sich eine extra Fahrt zum nächsten Verleiher. Obwohl der Preis jetzt nicht super günstig ist. Die Bungalows hatten einen traumhaften Ausblick und die Terrasse war einfach nur cool mit Couch und Hängematte.

- Miriam (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Aussicht - Es ist ein wirklich süßes Hotel. Direkt am Hang. Wir hatten eine kleine Villa direkt unten, daher ist uns das kaum aufgefallene, da Pool , Strand und auch Restaurant fast auf einer Ebene lag. Ansonsten wurden wir aber auch mit dem Golfcart gefahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Egal ob man einen Fahrer brauchte oder die Wäsche gewaschen werden musste, es wurde sofort geholfen. Wir waren nur vier Nächte da und unsere Bettwäsche wurde einmal gewechselt. Das Essen war lecker und das Frühstück ist in einer Mischung aus Buffet und Bestellung. Die Betten (besonders für die Kinder) waren sehr hart. Und man muss sich bewusst sein, dass ma schon abgelegen ist. Ohne Taxi oder Roller kommt man nicht weg. Es gibt zwar ein paar Restaurants am Strand aber der nächste 7Eleven ist nicht fußläufig erreichbar.

Vi brugte stranden om formiddagen (eller tog taxa - Hyggeligt og fredfyldt sted med fantastisk udsigt over Salad Beach. Alle var søde og hjælpsomme, og maden var rigtig god. Vi kommer germe igen. Trapperne var lidt stejle, men det var godt med lidt motion.

Ich würde gerne wieder kommen, hadere jedoch weil das Bett wirklich steinhart war. Leider haben auch die Bemühungen des Personals nicht geholfen, die mir eine Decke auf die Matratze gelegt haben um es vergeblich weicher zu machen. Bitte legt euch doch vernünftige, richtige Topper zu, die man beii Bedarf auf die Matratzen legen kann. Es gibt so viele Thailandreisende die davon profitieren würden. Der Erholungseffekt wäre so viel größer im Urlaub. Und dann komme ich gerne wieder ins Cookies. Ohne Rückenschmerzen und mit erholsamem Schlaf.
- Jasmin (9/5): Sehr schön aber Dusche gibt Minuspunkt - Wir fanden die Lage am Hang und am ruhigen Salad Beach ausgezeichnet. Unser Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig mit schöner Terrasse und großen Betten. Die Stufen bzw der Aufstieg haben uns nichts ausgemacht trotz Kleinkind das wir tragen mussten. Der Ausblick war auf jeden Fall super sowohl vom Zimmer als auch vom Restaurant. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Es gibt am Hotel direkt Liegen am Pool und am Strand aber wir sind immer etwas weiter gelaufen da man direkt am Hotel nicht gut schwimmen konnte. Sofort am Hotel gibt es auch Massagen. Die Auswahl an Restaurants und beach bars am Strand war sehr gut und auch familienfreundlich. Man müsste eigentlich gar nicht woanders hin fahren. Das Restaurant hätte etwas besser sein können. Und die Duschen waren fast immer kalt oder wenn es warmes Wasser gab dann direkt zu heiß und der Strahl war auch zu hart. Das hat uns besonders gestört weil wir unser Kleinkind duschen mussten.
- Peter (9/5): Good - Great room large clean and comfortable. We had a great view from our large balcony. Great spot nice chill beach area surrounded with other resorts' restaurants' bars. If you leave the beach there are other nice places around with a short walk or quick scooter ride if you rent one. Like pure pure kitchen nicest thai food we found in the area. They had a personal taxi service with private driver nana. Book it in for any day too go anywhere on the island. Good pricing compared too local taxi service. Also an air-conditioned car or van over the back of a Ute. Nana is a lovely guy also. On our drive too the ferry office too check in for the ferry off the island. He offered too take us too 7'11 or a cafe and then too the ferry also at no extra charge as he didn't have another booking for awhile. Note the beach is rocky especially at the cookies end if you go up the other end it gets better but still not great also alot of sea cucumbers. But there are better areas too swim close drive away. But not as nice too stay inn. Like chaloklum or haad yao. The pool area. The staff delivered food and drink too the pool but didn't remove plates and cups from past orders so was left a mess and no towel bin like everywhere else we stayed so used towels all over beds and lounges. Also the pool is definitely more kid friendly so definitely not a place too stay as a couple!

- Volker (8/5): - Wir hatten einmal die Zimmerreinigung durchführen lassen, war unter aller Sau keine Bettwäsche gewechselt obwohl schmutzig ,Handtücher wurden getauscht teilweise waren sie entweder nicht gewaschen oder schmutzig.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon . Il y’a également des masseuses au pied de l’hôtel sur la plage qui font d’excellents massages !

Everyone seems happy to work there. Food was very good, huge delicious breakfast. Room was very clean. All this on a perfect beach. Our kids age 9&10 had a blast! Nothing!
- Rūta (10/5): - The resort is located right on the beachfront, and from the bungalow terrace you get a beautiful view of the sea. The beach itself is really nice and cozy, with just a few restaurants nearby, which makes it feel peaceful and not overcrowded. The bungalow is spacious and perfect for two people, with a big comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was also very nice. One thing to keep in mind is that if you want to explore the island or even buy groceries, you will need a motorbike, as the location is a bit remote.

- Melanie (8/5): Schöne ruhige Bucht. Für uns etwas zu ruhig - Tolles Hotel in einer schönen Bucht. Das Hotel liegt jedoch sehr sehr steil an einem Hang. Da wir mit 2 kleinen Kindern gereist sind wurden wir glücklicherweise in einem anderen Zimmer untergebracht, sonst wäre der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr mühsam gewesen. Vielen Dank für die Flexibilität an das Personal! Die View ist wirklich atemberaubend schön und man tolle Sonnenuntergänge Man sollte wissen, es gibt nicht viel drum herum. Wir waren abends am Strand essen aber sonst ist dort leider nichts. Der nächste 7/11 ist leider zu Fuß schwer erreichbar. Man bekommt das aller nötigste in einem kleinen minimaler. Der Strand ist sehr steinig und es hat viele Algen- Wasserschuhe empfehlenswert.
