• Lisa (9/5): Pleasant stay. Not far from the airport. Parking was easy. - Plenty of room and it was warm. Beds very comfortable and clean. A proper kind size bed. Good sized living room in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was a little old but they had done up the bathrooms.

Great location. Very quiet. Quite a few internal steps to rooms may be a problem to some people but no problem for us.

• Tiff (9/5): just what i needed! clean, comfy and central to my needs - i liked how central it was to everything i needed, i enjoyed the room space itself, the bed was super comfortable and the staff were lovely. i did have one meal there which was well cooked and tasty. it felt like a comfy local pub from home, i enjoyed the vibes. room service wasn’t the most accessible process, the website said i should be able to order online via a me&u beacon (which my room didn’t have) so i was advised i’d need to call reception from my own phone (as obviously my room had no landline) to access room services. i have anxiety and don’t like calling (especially when i don’t have access to the menu readily, the room had no menu in it either.) i ended up using doordash to order meals as it was easier & more convenient for my anxiety, which was disappointing because i would’ve loved to support the Carlyle more but their process just didn’t work for me.

• robyn (8/5): - I chose Nightcap ar Carlyle for the location as I was working nearby. It was safe, clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The free wifi was great. I arrived late and appreciated a staff member waiting after close to let me in. The vanity in the room was strange but ok. The view from the room to the service yard was ordinary and shower curtains creep me out.

• Nicole (10/5): Great place for a long weekend - Nice and close to a bus stop and the meto shop to get the card. Accom is on level 1 up a stair case. Cleaning staff recommended the rug when the donna was too warm which turned out just right. No noise from the pub down stairs I had not taken in the only sink was in the bedroom not the bathroom but I got used to it

• kathryn (9/5): Great night . - Our tea was amazing . Great food cooked my steak just spot on . Was very generous meal. I was unaware of the stairs. But managed. All staff were amazing.. So easy to check in… Thank you for a wonderful stay🤩 Was un aware of stairs. But managed them. Did not have to pay for parking.

• Donna (6/5): I was a little uncomfortable, felt a bit uneasy with the location but overall had a good stay. - Location close to the my state bank arena. Beds extra comfortable. Staff going out of their way to accommodate request for single beds. Complimentary water. The bathroom set up in the room. Noisy could hear the shower ans toilet in the next room and the road noise. Check in at the bar was uncomfortable with others ordering drinks etc (I had my underage daughter with me). Upstairs room with no lift, lugging bags up. Not much in the way of tea, coffee, etc.

• Katie (9/5): Great venue to stay and will definitely book again. - Great family room. Met our needs well The main light in bedroom was not working and maintenance were not available. But regardless there wasn’t any follow up until we followed it up. So communication would have helped. There was another light so we were not too worried but didn’t know what they were doing or if they attended to it or not.

Should have done more research on the area as I didn't realise it was in a rough, industrial area and above a bar. Not a great location for holiday-makers passing through. Small room, noisy area.
