- Dawn (4/5): Best off staying somewhere else - Honestly there was not 1 good thing to say On arrival the underneath carpark was disgusting dirty like a dungeon & a drunk asleep on the ground at 2pm in the afternoon, the TV didn't work so we moved next door.we have stayed a couple of times Xmas was the last time it seems like in this last few months really gone down hill, food was crap will not be staying there again when visiting family

- Kate (5/5): - homeless person in carpark, at 4pm in afternoon sleeping, quite unsettling for me and my children, no staff at reception when arrived, did not answer phone. Had to go to bar to find anyone, then told to wait until they could come down as they were short staffed.
- Shirly (8/5): -
- John (10/5): - very comfortable
- Kylie (9/5): -
- Hunter (5/5): - The location was good. I had booked 2 nights and on the second day someone else had been given keycards to my room and entered.. no toaster, no microwave, room was damp and facility was dirty and full of rubbish and dirt in hallways and carpark.. k8ng bed was two singles that kept separating and exhaust fan in bedroom wouldn't turn off. Staff were helpful and cleaners were trying their best but obviously understaffed.
- Graham (9/5): - Great facilities and access to the adjoining inn. As above we stayed on a Friday night and the locals enjoyed themselves until late, it was to be expected so we are okay with that.
- Jesse (7/5): -
- Tanner (7/5): -
- Katie Jane x (1/5): - Being locked into my hotel room and can't go to the bar cuz my boyfriend got kicked out because he smacked a glass. I liked being kept prisoner in this hotel room, nearly jumped out the window EVERYTHING! WASTE OF MONEY TO SPEND 200 DOLLARS TO BE KEPT IN THE ROOM ALL BY MYSELF AND NOT ABLE TO GO TO THE BAR
- charleneveverka (8/5): Nightcap At Hinterland - Clean and fresh rooms - very well renovated.
The shower was amazing and the overall setup of the room was very practical and convenient.
Staff were very attentive and willing to help. The wifi was very poor - it kept dropping in and out.
Could not find the DND sign - would have preferred to have saved the housekeeping the effort of having the service the room so I could be enviro friendly.
- GARCHA (1/5): - Very bad experience and rude staff We booked this motel in one booking but they gave us 3 rooms on different levels
- Julianna (10/5): -
- jet aero (10/5): - Everything No comment
- Darryl (8/5): -
- Anasitasia (8/5): Comfortable - Convenient location next to shops. Made easy for family with little children. Discounts provided with stay for bistro No clear direction for office and parking
- Jeanne (9/5): -
- Gerald (9/5): Most comfy bed in QLD?? - The bed. That has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at any hotel, motel or any other paid accommodation. It certainly exceeded my expectations. Bathroom layout, seemed a bit odd.
Hot water control, difficult to get a good mix out of the shower head.
- Sondra (8/5): -
- Brendan (8/5): - Comfy beds , & great facilities The stairs
- Nyssa (7/5): - Nice meal and an easy walk through to the bar a bistro areas. There is not much parking and if you open the curtains people on the pub balcony can see into your room.
- Scott (8/5): -
- Holly (7/5): The bed and pillows were very comfy. It was easy to check in. Loved how the room was spacious and how quiet it was. Didn - The location was wonderful, the room felt spacious and loved how there were biscuits. The soundproof walls. The stairs. Hard to walk up with a pram and no access to elevators. The dried small blood stains on the sheets and doona.
- Sam (8/5): Great overall thank you. A few things as above to sort however overall good - Location and bed was super comfy When booking was made a mover a week ago I requested a cot but no one responded, and had to chase a portacot when arrived. Portacot was found quickly so thank you.
Key cards had not been coded properly so did not work and had to have reception record them again. This was done without hesitation, just a delay with a 5mo baby after 6 hours of travel was annoying
Dinner at the pub was less than ideal, run by the same people. Very poor options for coeliac. Lack of knowledge from staff regarding their food. Very slow bar service and no orange juice (with Woolies next door and orange juice a staple in many alcoholic drinks but also one of the most common juices, very dissapointing).
Was thankful for the free water bottles and one drink voucher each for the pub.
- luckyguest (4/5): Budget Hotel in Gold Coast, in good location in Gold Coast. Families should avoid this Hotel. - The WiFi was great. There was Fridge, Kettle and Coffee Tea making facilities in the room. We were given free Drink vouchers to use at the bar in the Hinterland Hotel. The Location was not bad and was next door to Coles and other shops and restaurants. Free Parking is available at this Hotel. There is no swimming pool or gym at this hotel. The Hotel provided free bottles of Water, which is really nice. No breakfast available at this hotel. There was no manned reception. You had to call a number and wait for someone to come and open the reception for assistance. The Rooms were not being cleaned properly and had to complain a few times to get a good room cleaning service. One of the single beds were broken and the beds were very uncomfortable. If you are a family, avoid this Hotel. The Aircon was noisy and needed maintenance.
- David (7/5): -
- Gil Austrália (9/5): agradável - Tudo limpo e estado de novo. Estacionamento
- Emma (7/5): - Dining within Hotel close to mall The people next door that didnt go to sleep till 6.30am

- Rachel (10/5): -
- Leanne (10/5): - Location. Clean. Really friendly and helpful staff
- Claudia (1/5): - noisy and rowdy
- Rebecca (5/5): - Is close to theme parks and general stores Photos don't provide true reflection of location
Balcony not clean, air con noisey
Sheets mostly clean but appeared to have staining so unclear if all fresh
Room tidy but not clean - dust on dining chairs and other surfaces, floor not properly cleaned
- Juli (10/5): A fantastic short stay - Fantastic views, plenty of room to move for a family. The two bathrooms was great There needs to be cloths to wipe the benches and tables down. A couple of board games or a jigsaw, even a pack of cards would be great. Instructions on how to use the oven would handy if it does work.
- Jill (9/5): Great - Close to shops and highway comfortable bed
- Guest (8/5): -
- Ian (10/5): -
- Phil (9/5): -
- Syed Hasan Askari (3/5): Don't be fooled by the stars and ratings - Location only No intercom or phone in the room, called the given number several times but no response, broken glass n plastic pieces on the carpet, webs on the walls n even the bed, towels with stains and the list goes on...
- Anne (8/5): - the reception staff were excellent and very helpful and delt with our needs well
- Coco (5/5): -
- Peng (9/5): - There was some stain on toilet when I just moved in
- Maria Mercid (8/5): -
- Stacey (10/5): -
- Sarah (9/5): - Beautiful place close to shops ?
- Hong (9/5): - The room smells bad
- Julianna (8/5): -
- Sarah (2/5): - I checked out a day early explaining to them I’d like a refund, was promised a manager would call me and they haven’t. I’d prefer to discuss directly with a manager
- Tumaki (10/5): - Everything excellent service
Quite good and no issues Wi fi keeps playing up
- Christie (10/5): -
- Dixon (7/5): - Location
Friendly staff Thought it was over priced
Property a bit dated
- ricky tumataiki (8/5): -
- Jason (6/5): Clean and affordable with friendly staff - Nice and simple with friendly staff Main light didn’t work in room leaving a shadow over the desk area where I was trying to work. I tried to raise with staff multiple times and despite promising to assist, they were unable to rectify.
I also requested a GST invoice which was not provided. The first invoice didn’t include GST. The second invoice included GST but was for 2 nights only (and didn’t match original booking amount). I’m still chasing invoice for original booking amount including GST (3 nights)
- Rebakkah (8/5): Comfortable, conveniently located close to shops. - Comfortable beds, rooms were dark making it good to sleep later in the morning. No breakfast option.
- Amanda (9/5): -
- Ilke (4/5): - cheap place to stay staff were distracted and talking when we checked in, took a few minutes for them to acknowledge us then when checking in had another conversation delaying us yet again. The rooms connect to the pub's outdoor area so people were talking and laughing loudly right outside the room late into the night. Bed was super uncomfortable and the wifi did not work.
- Julie (8/5): -
- Tumaki (10/5): - Everything, location, peaceful ✌️ and comfortable
- Julie (8/5): -

- Tanner (7/5): -
- Bing (7/5): - The staff very helpful and fiendly The room is very damp and has a musty smell. Luckily, we were only staying overnight while traveling, but the smell was really unpleasant.
- Greg (7/5): Bed was uncomfortable and the a/c remote wasn’t functioning - Neat and tidy It was adjoining a pub
- Chopsc (10/5): -
- Sylvia (8/5): - Friendly staff and quiet with no noise pollution There was nothing I disliked about my stay here
- Richard (7/5): -
- Georg (1/5): Terrible experience and nightmare - Room facing the river that was nice and central to town. Human feces was in the hallway close to the entrance door of room, I reported this but no action during the time I was there. My 4 year old grandson my wife and I had to confront this every time we open the door to our floor. Garbage and old leaves litter the parking area and balcony’s of the rooms. Check in was bad as I was there at 2 pm and had to wait 30 min for someone to come. The carpet in our room was filthy, overall this was a depressing experience. The hotel shows no interest in giving their guest a wonderful experience, they seem not to care about anything. Will not be coming again.
- Magner (3/5): - Nothing Drunken neighbours yelling for hours
- Andrews (8/5): - Rooms were great nice food upstairs The tv could of had Netflix, YouTube
- DAMIAN (10/5): - Everything Nothing

Check in was made easy, was late to check in but staff was so understanding, Clean, convenient and bed was great.
