• Evans (5/5): Ok, just a bit smelly - Easy to check-in. By the second night we could tell areas such as the bathroom had been cleaned, hand towels and bath mat changed. There is a plug and light for each bed. Everyday there was someone vacuuming the rooms etc. showers were also clean every use. It’s a bit like staying at a university house, lounge area smelt and looked like a teenagers bedroom. There were multiple smells throughout the property including the smell of weed multiple nights. Beds were also uncomfortable and very squeaky, felt like you were waking others up. Covers also smelt a bit funky. There are lots of dorm rooms and guests but limited toilets and showers.

• Or (7/5): I actually really enjoyed my stay here .price is very low and made good friends - Price is cheap, so expect to get what you pay for. The vibe there is super friendly, staff and guests are kind. This is a social type of hostel. Also the kitchen was an added bonus The rooms are stinky and dirty, a bit of a sketchy location in the nearby streets

Also talking loudly until late night without respect to people sleeping floor above. Very shady crowd. Avoid. Also, lost jumper and when located on camera suddenly supervisor got busy and couldn’t help further saying its my fault..?

• Javier (5/5): Buen precio pero no mucho mas.. - La cama y ducha esta OK y el personal es amable No me gusto el olor contante en las areas comunes, incomodidad para moverse, generalmente sucio y poco mantenido. En la zona se encuentran lugares por precio similar de mejor limpieza y privacidad.

• Emilio Joaquin (10/5): Bueno, bonito y barato - Todos los servicios y prestaciones para que el huésped pueda sentirse cómodo. Considero que la propiedad está muy bien mantenida y se nota el amor que los empleados transmiten, por lo cual no encontré nada que no me gustase.

• Florencia (8/5): - The staff was friendly and nice! The kitchen was quite big and the living room felt cozy. The beds were very squeaky, and not a lot of mattress so a bit uncomfortable.

• Nicolas (7/5): - even with an unimagineably low price, this space still offers clean hygiene facilities, shared space for cooking and gatherring, as well as useful information for tourists. the check-in process is easy and the air is sometimes too warm, compared to outside i think the downsides is that you will have almost no privacy with the bunk bed, as well as the curtain as the only seperation option. the hygiene facilites in floor 2 is also suck, nothing compare to floor 1's. There is also no washing and drying machine
• Lois (9/5): - Really enjoyed my stay here! The beds and blankets were great. Really appreciated all the kitchen equipment available. There were also various gaming consoles and manga to read in the common room. Near stations and close to the zoo, though a small commute to the centre of town. Not a big issue for me, but the communcal spaces can be quite cramped.

• Xiaoming (7/5): 不是家，却像家一般温暖 - 刚入住时，不觉得怎么样。房子旧，楼梯陡。睡了一觉，早上起来做早饭。厨房很舒服，看见工作的帅哥认认真真地清洁地面，非常喜欢。大阪朋友家的免费住宿都放弃了。值得。起居室非常热闹，温馨 。洗晒台可以改善一下。天气很好，但因为没有足够阳光，小衣服几天干不了。

• Shinji20030615 (10/5): 求めてたタイプのゲストハウス - いろんな国の人と話して楽しみたいという方にはピッタリです。リビングでの会話が盛り上がっているほうの良い感じのゲストハウスかと思います。
• Julian (1/5): Very cheap, but you'd have to pay me to stay there. Just do a capsule hotel. - Bathroom was in disrepair, rules forbidding talking at night or outside felt like the establishment wasn't even supposed to be there and that we were expected to hide. There was no staff uniform, name tags, or any way for me to know who actually worked there. Pictures don't do justice for just how packed the rooms were; it felt more like a prison than a share house. Finally, nowhere to securely keep our fairly minimal luggage had my friend and I feeling extremely uncomfortable (there were no locked doors, and anyone could just walk in and have access to a pile of stuff? really?) We arrived at night, stayed for 1 night of a planned 11, and spent the next day finding a different place to spend the rest of our trip. And of course they don't do refunds.

• Veta (6/5): - Japanese old house with tatami and shoji in a silent area and tiny udon restaurant (800¥ for bowl) nearby During my stay, the washing machine and dryer were not working. The blanket was small and kept bunching up into a lump that I had to constantly spread out. The staircase is very narrow, making it difficult to go up and down with a suitcase or bags, and all the rooms are located on the second floor. The nearest convenience store was a bit far.

It created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that made everyone feel valued and comfortable. - Thank you for setting such a high standard of hospitality and leadership. Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and they made a significant positive impact on the overall experience. In my observations - area was not comfortably big with limited washrooms which I found were not appropriately clean and the wife speed was not much higher than i was expected. But again it was a good and above is only my observations.
