• Régis (7/5): Bon séjour de détente. - Hôtel très propre et calme. Les cours de gym sont très bien avec des animateurs compétents. Le spa est très agréable ouvert de 8h à 20h. Merci pour la chambre avec vue piscine. Nous avions déjà séjourné l’année dernière dans cet hôtel et nous avons été déçus cette année par la nourriture tant au niveau qualité que choix. Il n’y a plus de buffet à thème. Je regrette que le hammam ne soit pas en fonction, déjà l’an passé.

• Dominika (8/5): Ganz nette Hotel - Der Raum war schön sauber, der Badezimmer war modern mit schöne Duschkabine. Essen war ganz gut man könnte immer was für sich finden (wir hatten halb-Pension). Der Pool war groß genug und relativ lange offen. Fitnessstudio war OK es war möglich ein einfaches Training da zu machen. Blick auf kleine See hat ein wenig kompensiert, dass man das Meer nicht sehen konnte. Es gab paar Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten wir Minigolf, dart, und mehrere Aktivitäten organisiert bei Animationsteam. Bett war gut bequem und groß. preise im Bar waren fair. Es war eine Möglichkeit nasse Sachen aufzuhängen auf dem Balkon was war sehr praktisch Unsere Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, der Schrank steht sehr nah am Bett was nicht ganz bequem war (schlechte Zugang). Keine entkoffeinierte Kaffee und kleine Auswahl an alkoholfreie Drinks (eigentlich nur 0% Beer, die "Koktails" waren einfach zwei gemischte Säfte). Ich fand es schade, dass Yoga und Pilates die jede morgen angeboten waren waren um 10.30 also direkt nach der Frühstück Zeit, ich hätte gerne teilgenommen aber vor der essen, mit vollem Bauch kann man weder Yoga noch Pilates gut machen. Sehr schwache Haartrockner um Raum (wenn man mehr Haare hat soll eigene mitbringen)

• Detlef (9/5): Perfekter Standort um den Norden und die Mitte der Insel zu erkunden. - Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze vor Ort. Das Frühstücksangebot war riesig. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist beim abräumen der gebrauchten Teller/Tassen sehr schnell. Das Licht im Zimmer war nicht dimmbar, bzw. Lampen waren nicht einzeln einstellbar/ abschaltbar und damit war es am Abend viel zu hell im Zimmer, oder viel zu dunkel. Der Lärm am Poolbereich ging jeden Tag durch die Gäste bis nach Mitternacht. Morgens um 7:00 wieder Lärm, durch, in die Gegend geschobenene Plastikstühle ( Mitarbeiter des Hotels, die aufräumten ).

L'espace sauna et hammam est très agréable - Pas d'accès à l'eau potable dans l'hôtel, dommage qu'une fontaine à eau ne soit pas à disposition, surtout pendant les repas ! Il faut être en All Inclusive pour avoir des bouteille d'eau c'est dommage ... - Le parking de l'hôtel doit être vite plein en forte saison

• Andreas (7/5): Ein solides Hotel mit schönen Außenanlagen und gutem Service, das besonders für Paare geeignet ist. Wer jedoch absolute - Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt gepflegt und sauber. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool und Poolbar ist ansprechend gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Atmosphäre ist eher auf Erwachsene bzw. Paare ausgelegt, was ich persönlich als angenehm empfunden habe. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, und auch die allgemeine Organisation im Hotel hat gut funktioniert. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Der Fahrradverleih ist gut ausgestattet, was gerade für aktive Gäste sehr attraktiv ist. Die Lage ist zwar O. K. in der dritten Reihe jedoch nicht ruhig. Die Straße in Richtung Fahrradverleih ist deutlich hörbar, was die Ruhe teilweise einschränkt. Bauart bedingt verstärkt sich bei den nach innen gerichteten Zimmern jedes Geräusch von Pool, Bar und nächtlichen Aktivitäten.

• Tiia (9/5): Good value for money - We enjoyed our stay at BG Rei del Mediterrani. Room was clean and spacious enough, pool area had lots of sun beds and the lounge bar was cozy and stylish. Hotel is very quiet during the days in the end of March because almost all guests are bikers and they are riding bikes the most of the time of the day. All inclusive -menu is really good and includes for example few different wine options (not just a house wine by the glass). Drinks that are not included in all inclusive are -50 % for all inc. guests (for example cocktails approx. 3,50 e and wine bottles approx 10 e). Very reasonable prices! Taxi to Alcúdia costs approx. 10-12 euros The other restaurant was closed for dinner during our stay in the off season. We also would have expected more from the "show cooking" - now it was basicly same chicken and fish every evening and lunch. But all in all we had very good customer experince and we enjoyed our holiday!

• Shivanna (9/5): - The staff was really nice and helpful. A good amount of activities (stretching, Dart, Cycling, Swimming, Sauna) as entertainment program. We looooved the food!! Breakfast and Dinner was 12 out of 10 points. I liked that there were some constant food elements, but some changes every day. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The whole hotel was very clean in general. Balcony (pool view) was worth the extra money. A plus was that parking was for free and the cycle rental was very close. I will for sure come back again! For the price it was absolutely worth the money. Of course if we pay for less than a 4 star hotel, I would not expect an excellent 4 star hotel. Some furniture and items could be exchanged, but they were all functional working. We stayed in another 4 star hotel after that (closer to Palma) and it did not fulfil closely what we received here in BG Rei del Mediterrani. What could be better: - Since the hotel in the spring season is mostly for biking clients with an active lifestyle, the gym shall be better maintained. The only item I used without a problem in the "gym" was a yoga mat for bodyweight exercises and stretching. - The smell in the hotel of some air refreshener or perfume was a bit too much for me. It is better to open windows more often than to override it with air refreshener. - Room and parking space was small, but it was sufficient.

• GRAHAM (10/5): Brilliant room and best breakfast - Staff were friendly and we got a free upgrade to a suite with a hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing The indoor pool needed to be a bit warmer

• ester (3/5): Descontentos - La habitación estaba bien. Cogimos una noche de hotel para despejarnos mi pareja y yo y pasar un rato tranquilo y relajado en el Spa y cual fue nuestra sorpresa, que el agua estaba súper fría y no pudimos meternos en ningún momento, fuimos a la recepción y no nos solucionaron nada. Lo podrían avisar antes de pagar y hubiésemos ido a otro hotel. Lo mejor el recepcionista Juan que fue súper amable. La comida, cena ...muy escasa y poca variedad. La verdad que muy descontentos.

• Laurent (8/5): Hôtel moderne et bien équipé, bon rapport qualité prix, personnel au top ! - L'hôtel est moderne, esthétique et bien équipé ! Le personnel est particulièrement serviable et agréable. Il est assez proche de la plage que l'on peut rejoindre à pied en 10 minutes. L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas terrible ! on entend le passage dans le couloir, les portes claquer, et les voisins depuis la salle de bain ...
• Yunia (8/5): Fue maravilloso. - Quedamos encantados con la arquitectura del hotel, las actividades, la disponibilidad de alimentos con el todo incluido y sobre todo el trato cálido por parte del personal de servicio. No me gustó que el tamaño de la habitación era más pequeña de lo que ponía en la reserva, solicitamos cama matrimonial y nos pusieron 2 camas individuales y que no hay iniciativa para parejas recién casadas o aniversario.

• Ismael (9/5): Perfecta - Nos encantó ,el encanto del hotel y la habitación que nos dieron ,si nos volvieran a dar la misma repetiríamos ya que somos residentes,los camareros muy majos muy serviciales y atentos,lo único que falló la piscina del spa que estaba muy fría por lo demás perfecto. El spa el agua fría ,todo lo demás nos encantó
