The hotel is incredibly baby- and kid-friendly, from the spacious family rooms equipped with cribs and menu options tailored for little ones. Pool is safe and fun, What truly stood out was the outstanding staff – warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile. The front desk team greeted us with smiles and personalized tips for family outings, housekeeping ensured everything was spotless and kid-ready daily, and the restaurant staff made meal times stress-free with high chairs, purees etc. ITC Shanti Morada feels like a home away from home for families. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with babies or kids – we’ll be back soon!

Its a small hotel and our first stay here...but the overall decor, vibe, hospitality of the hotel were fantastic. The rooms are also beautiful and everything looks out into the pool and jacuzzi! Oh, that open-air Jacuzzi was perhaps, the highlight for us. Just so refreshing and invigorating! The food in the hotel ( a la carte) is also great... they actually make great goan prawn curry! The breakfast is not the best. Dont go with expectations there. The spread is very limited and well, not the best. Perhaps, order in??

• thomas (10/5): The perfect place to relax - The room was very spacious and furnished with tasteful goan/portugues furniture, the two beds big and comfortable for a good night’s sleep, the bathroom was also very spacious, well set out with a rolled top bath shower and the usual amenities. Walking around the interior of the hotel is like a discovery, set in on old Portuguese colonial residence every space has memories and peculiarities from old India. The billiard room is a fun time to spend an hour, the dining room also carries the character of bygone days. The pool and jacuzzi bar and the rest of the outside garden areas are spotless clean along with the rest of the hotel with staff cleaning without being noticed. The food too is also very good, we had a variety of Indian dishes that were really tasty. The one thing that stands out about this hotel is the cleanliness and lovely staff. Would stay again and recommend. It was all great. A super place to unwind.

Every room is different and the hotel has a character. Nice breakfast as well. Servers were accommodating to your preference. Only gripe is it is out there by itself and sometimes getting a taxi to or from the hotel can be challenging. Otherwise a strong recommendation.

• Kishan (8/5): Nice hotel but to far from the beach and nothing for teenagers to do. - This is a small hotel; therefore, breakfast and dinner were made fresh and to order. Pool is delightful but small. Location - The beach is not within walking distance, so taxis are required to get around. No Uber, so the cost was high. If you book with the hotel, they add a percentage to that cost. The hotel does not cater for teenagers. Nothing in the hotel for them to do.

• Angela (10/5): Heerlijk kleinschalig boutiquehotelletje… - Alles was fijn! Het hotel is kleinschalig, authentiek en sfeervol. Personeel is supervriendelijk en erg behulpzaam om het je helemaal naar je zin te maken. Ontbijt was lekker en je kunt ‘s middags een lunch bestellen of ‘s avonds een diner. Het zwembad is mooi en via de tuin kun je een stukje naar boven lopen waar je rustig tussen de palmen naar de vogels kunt luisteren. Als ik dan iets moet noemen dan zou de waterpartij bij het zwembad af en toe uit mogen, dat was wel erg aanwezig.

The interiors were impeccably maintained and tastefully furnished, making our stay both comfortable and inspiring. We were equally impressed by the warm hospitality extended to us throughout. The reception staff, the chef, and especially the Hotel Manager, Mr. Arpit, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. The personalized attention we received made our stay even more special. The food was fantastic — we’re still reminiscing about the mutton biryani, which was simply exceptional. As biryani lovers, it was a delightful surprise! From service and staff to food and facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, we will be choosing Stori again for our next visit to Goa.

• Tushar (10/5): Best stay in Goa - felt like being at home! - There are a very few properties where you go and feel like at ‘home’. Shanti Morada is one of them! From the time we checked in to the time we check out, we felt we were looked after well. Arpit who is the general manager at the party along with the head chef Narendra, to all the support staff, they were EXCELLENT! The property itself is a boutique property that is now part of the ITC portfolio but it still has its charm of a place that can take care of your individual needs. The food was excellent and you can order off menu and the staff would make it for you. I happen to be there for my birthday and they make sure it was a special occasion by having the bed made up (as you can see in the pic) as well as a birthday cake cutting ceremony with the owners and the staff! Couldnt have asked for more - it really did feel special! One of the days, my kids feel ill and they organised a doctor to visit us middle of the night which helped us a lot as we didnt have to rush to a hospital and save some trauma! We were lucky that the owners Sanjana and Rajat were visiting at the same time and we got to know them and their journey of conversation the property to its current state. We would highly recommend Shanti Morada to anyone looking for a relaxed break in Goa and we will definitely be coming back again! Everything was perfect, they can add some board games in the lounge.

Nestled in the right space in North Goa, Storii, Shanti Morada radiates absolute lineage and passionate reincarnation of history. We stayed for about a week and enjoyed thoroughly, would definitely go back to the place. Their staff remains thier biggest strength. The hotel offers a complete package to explore Goa including information on where to go and how to get there. Very highly Recommended for your luxury stays

• NAMASIVAYAM (10/5): Hotel par Excellence - One of my best stays in recent times. I truly appreciate the hotel’s warm, homely touch. The biggest highlight is the staff, who are genuinely extraordinary. My special appreciation to Manager Jayavant for his exceptional assistance at every point. I also appreciated the beautiful atmosphere, especially the sit-out area right outside the room, which is conveniently close to the swimming pool.
