- Charlotte (10/5): Perfect stay! - After arriving at 0430 and finding I’d made a mistake with our booking, the night receptionist was more than accommodating and sorted us out with an early check out. Breakfast was delicious and 24/7 coffee and tea was the icing on the cake. The hotel is comfortable, affordable and in a great location to explore all of Colombo. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

- Bhupesh (2/5): Bed Bugs in the bed could not sleep - Had a terrible time as was bitten by bed bugs and even spotted a few and so can say please avoid this property. Yes the property is dated and serious needs some upgrades in terms of furniture. Only one towel - no face / hand towels Breakfast is basic water melon for fruits, Cornflakes, egg omlate bread with butter / Jam and tea coffee just basic .... Many better and new options in this area available but somehow I saw earlier revies and booked this property and regretted it. May be a good option for backpackers and dorm users but not for someone looking for some basic comforts Don't expect anything great here Since the room was already paid for and it was raining heavily that night else i would have seriously moved out in the middle of the night...

Basic,clean,neat room with air conditioning and fresh linen. Simply breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Located on main road, one street from the ocean,easy to get transport. Illuminated galaxy painted foyer/staircase which created a funky glow at night:)

- ぐねこ (8/5): ガールロード沿いの便利なホテル - 最近は南アジアの若い旅行者も増え、多国籍な宿です。ドミには泊まったことはありませんがシングルルームよりも少しだけ高くなるけどダブルルームの方が綺麗だったように思いますが、、シングルルームも費用対効果を考えると良いと思います。2度目の宿泊でしたが、スタッフが覚えていてくれました。

Great place to stay if you plan on touring Colombo and Sri Lanka. They also let me keep my luggage in storage when I arrived early and when I had to check out but had a later timeline for my train departure.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Okay. - We stayed in Colombo over a national holiday and there was not much to do or see around clock inn. The service was good, breakfast was average and location not great. Overall, you get what you pay for.
- Tim (4/5): Wanted to give a better review, but... - There's a pleasant reception area and a large seating area, all done out in a modern and quirky style, which I liked. The hotel has a good look, but the service doesn't live up to this. Some of the staff were polite and helpful, others over-casual and could not really be bothered. I am saying this on the basis of a stay of 5 nights. The breakfast was minimal for a buffet - only just acceptable. No real coffee - in Sri Lanka, where they grow it. The 'high speed' internet was nowhere near high speed. I could not access the internet in my room because of the poor connection (this is something I always look for and which was promised) and when I complained, the staff member just said "It's slow" and that I should access it in the seating area. There is a big difference between making personal calls or doing work in the privacy of your own room and in a shared space, but the staff couldn't see the problem. They didn't care. I needed to have some clothes washed and there is no laundry service. These issues make me think the hotel is not good for people on business, just holiday makers. Also, some of the time, several young guys were hanging around, making quite a noise - some were off-duty staff and others seemed to be friends of theirs. It was as though the place belonged to them and not to paying guests, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable. The room itself was fine - a bit on the small side, but clean with a good mattress.

- Alexander (8/5): Recomendable - Compare with the rest or the city the hotel si very nice! They helped us with tours and other recomendations. Is comfortable and warm. You can see the sea from windows. The breakfast was a little poor, but be cause i dont eat eggs or corn flakes.... And the Deluxe room small for my preferences. The rest very good and we spent really good time there.

- Charles (8/5): Clean, nice, modern and great helpful staff - Recommend this clean neat and nice hotel with great staff strongly but avoid booking more transportation via the hotel more than required, even though airport pickup worked great and was worth paying extra for. Their Car service felt quite overcharged, so if you are doing a day trip, try finding other car service options. Within Colombo, tuk tuks work fine ( cheap) and are always accessible quickly outside the hotel. Always request meter or agree on price upfront to not get ripped off. Worth paying a visit to the cricket club nearby for dinner/ lunch and beers :) Ask reception for directions (walking distance). The trains works well but it's worth paying for 1st class for comfort if available to not having to rush onto the train to find 2nd class seating. If you are polite and don't push you'll get on last and won't get a seat often, even though paid for...

- Jim (8/5): Cleanest hostel ever - Never in my years of traveling have I seen a hostel this impossibly clean that wasn't brand new. I don't know how they do it even considering that this was cleaner than some guest houses and hotels we stayed in in SL (and we only paid $8US/nt).
