The room was exceptionally clean. And the beds were sooo comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, sausage,gravy,biscuits, eggs, cereal,muffins, waffles,juice, and the best coffee. The hotel is under renovation but don’t let that stop you from staying there. There was no noise or inconvenience because of the renovations. And a big thank you to Shelly. She’s the best to come to your aid if you need anything and a very thorough housekeeper
- LynDee (6/5): - We booked two rooms with two adults and 3 children, it listed the children’s ages at the time so I thought that would put us in an adjoining room situation. Nope. The staff was cold and the hotel was a mess, construction everywhere. I would not stay here again, unfortunately this used to be a favorite spot for our family.

- Trevor (5/5): It worked but way over priced - The room its self was pretty clean bed was comfy I didn’t like the halls all looked like they started to remodel and forgot what they was doing the in case of fire use stairs signs was laying on the floor walls where just mudded not painted bout a foot down wall paper was just like ripped in spots a lot of the plug outlets on walls didn’t have cover. Just looked ran down figured around the front desk would look presentable but nope walls looked horrible. And the breakfast was terrible a lot of even the yogurt looked bad didn’t dare feed to my son.

- Cortney (6/5): Good for a small town - The hotel is pretty good, for a small town. There was almost never anyone at the reception desk. I always saw people there waiting for someone to show up when they needed help. The breakfast was okay, but did not have a ton of variety, there was a spot for fruit but there was never any fruit in it which was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were nice, but my kids were sad it was getting refilled the first night, so we didn’t get to swim that day. The rooms were clean and comfortable though.

The bed sheets, the fabric was balled up near my feet and was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not real clean and had water damage in the shower area. the room had a Smokey smell too.

The breakfast was great on Friday 9/30, but the one on Saturday 9/3/24 was. Short on the breakfast items and just three apples put out! Two one the juices were empty with only water coming out. It was obvious that the breakfast staff was shorting the breakfast items. I stayed two days a the Comfort Inn in Keystone, SD, two days before and they had ample breakfast items. Thank you

I usually leave very early (3am - 5am) and I can’t get a copy of my bill before I leave. This trip the young lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Nice clean place to stay but not really guest friendly.

Very comfortable we have extended our stay because we can’t find housing yet. Oil field men have ruined the laundry room. Can not wash clothes in there a feel like they will not get ruined.

We were only there for a quick overnight, so did not enjoy breakfast or utilize any of the amenities. Our room and the property as a whole were clean, the staff was friendly, and we felt very welcome and safe. Roosevelt is a cute town. The only thing we noticed not being available was USB ports in the rooms. Our own fault for not traveling with the outlet piece! I didn't ask at the front desk - they may have had some to lend. There were plenty of outlets, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and microwave and refrigerator in the room.

- John (4/5): - You have about two choices if you HAVE to stay in Roosevelt. Supposedly, this one is the better. Disorganized, and not the cleanest.
- Annaese (6/5): - There were 4 couples traveling together. We had 4 rooms. We stayed 2 nights. 3 of three of the rooms were cleaned and new towels. My room was not cleaned and no new towels. Tried to contact the front desk, which was not maned by could not get an answer. Called the hotel on my cell and got an answer. Was told they only clean every third day and only bring towels on request. Guess it depends on the room.

Pool and hot tub looked nice, but we didn’t get a chance to use them due to our short stay. Would definitely stay here again. The shell station down the street also has a EV charging station.

The coffee was very good as well. Everything was clean, modern & pleasant. This was our second stay here, & we will be back when we visit relatives in the area.
