Jennifer (8/5): Overall, I would book this place again, just beware the photos don't match the rooms... - Great hot tub! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. The room definitely looked different than the pictures provided. I booked a room with what looked like there would be a divider between the couch and bed, however, upon check in, the room did not look like that. When I asked the front desk, they informed me that none of the rooms look like the pictures on the website. The room still wasn't terrible though! Just beware of this.

Brenda (10/5): Wonderful stay and will visit again!!! - The suite was so nice and fully stocked. We could have gotten by with just bringing a toothbrush. The staff was exceptionally friendly from the moment we arrived and everyone we met afterwards. So accommodating and helpful. The only thing wrong was a spotlight right outside our window while we were trying to get to sleep. I think we were on the front of the hotel and the light was on the canopy over the front entrance.

Room was not very clean, crumbs on floor in kitchen area, not clean in kitchen area, someone’s long hair was still on the bathroom floor and I would recommend staying on 4th floor so you didn’t hear people stomping on floor above you.

Upstairs guests made quite a bit of noise which kept us awake till midnight! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Noisy guests in the room above us. Could never get Netflix to work. Dishwasher would not start

With going to medical appointments it was so nice to be able to cook at the hotel. The hotel breakfast was great too with several options. The bed was firm. Although we slept soundly all night we did wake with our lower backs aching. This might just be us. Even with this issue we’ll stay here in the future.

Lighting could be a bit brighter, especially in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No problems with noise. Breakfast was the usual Hilton buffet fare, which seems to be the same across brands. Good coffee.

Elgin (10/5): A Great lOne-Night Stopover - Absolutely the most personable and professional front desk staff we have ever encountered. Eileen provided us with an introduction to University of Virginia and Monticello and seemed eager to assist us in any way possible. She then reached out later by text, as did Marcus. Exceptional service for a family friendly suite type hotel. The room is designed to provide for longer stay with a kitchenette (full size refrigerator, cooktop, etc.), which we didn't need for an overnight stay. The sofa bed provided a comfortable seat and theking bed slept really well. We haven't had breakfast yet, but I am sure it will be fine. A great stopover experience! Thank you.

Great thanks to Keysha, April, Arian, Isiah and all of the staff that helped ensure that my grandkids could have a wonderful swimming day and fun start to their winter break. Clean, well kept, and professional!
MominVA (10/5): Spacious, clean, comfortable, EV charging, pets welcome - The entire property is extremely clean. Our spacious room seemed very newly renovated, and the bed was comfortable. There is a kitchen stocked with cooking and eating utensils, a microwave, full fridge/ freezer, and a 2 burner cooktop. There was also a small table/desk and pullout sofa for a 3rd guest. The EV charger is a level 2 (J1772) on the EVGateway system. There are 2, but it appeared only one was operational when we stayed. Max speed is 7.0kw, but charging is complementary for hotel guests. There is a fenced pet “exercise” area with pet waste bags provided. I would definitely choose this location again.
csarchibald (10/5): Great Accomodations in Charlottesville - Great location to stay in the Charlottesville Area. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We were here to Visit Thomas Jefferson's Monticello and James Madison's Montpelier Estates. Monticello is close by and the drive to Montpelier was not bad being less than an hour away. The hotel staff were wonderul, courteous and the facility was clean and well maintained. I would hoighly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Linda (8/5): Other than the elevator breaking down and having to walk up the the 4th floor at age 87 it was ok. - Spacious suite with good configuration. The decor of the suite itself was rather drab. Muddy brown and green with gray. Not good. Actually somewhat off putting. Consequently our quarters were not welcoming.

Extraordinary765790 (10/5): Comfortable hotel - Room was spacious. Hotel is off the beaten path so walking is limited to shops however the hotel itself was nice and staff were helpful. They also allowed me to shop my Amazon packages in advance and had them waiting for me. The free breakfast was delicious as well!
peterpV9371LT (4/5): Disappointing October Visit - Disappointing Hilton Honors stay. Walls are thin and hallways noisy. Room cleaning was not performed as requested. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Management did make an adjustment for inconvenience and noise. Hotel location was good to Monticello and Blue Ridge.

Z7427OJpaulo (10/5): Good hotel, nice kitchen, a door separating the bedroom from the living area is a nice feature - Nice hotel, predictable, no surprises. Clean & comfortable. Stayed three nights while visiting Presidential sites in the region. Kitchen counter area a bit small compared to Marriott Residence Inn’s but we liked having a sit down table for meals…MRI’s locations typically do not but rather have a pull out table on wheels near the TV. We very much liked the bedroom with a door so someone can rest or sleep while the other is cooking or watching the television…MRI’s units are one big room. Staff friendly and helpful. Tried the free breakfast downstairs one morning…we’ll cook our own from now on.

Jeffrey (4/5): - This property is poorly constructed. I was awakened at 5:15 AM two mornings in a row with the noise of the guests in the room above me walking around. The noise was not slightly irritating but very noticeable. Sleep was not possible. The food was below average. We have stayed in Homewood Suites before and had a great experience. Food and quality of the building and accommodations were great. Not this time. We would not stay here again.

Debra (10/5): Hi I m - The breakfast had everything you could possibly want bacon eggs, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, waffles,etc. Honestly, I can only say that it was very clean a great layout in the room I had including silverware and a microwave. I came in a little late at night. I was super excited to see that you had frozen Amy food that I could put in the microwave so I could have something to eat before I went to bed, that was amazing! So when I came in, there were two staff people at the desk, super helpful, great personalities and answered all my questions even called me back from the phone upstairs cause I had a question Seriously, you want those two ladies at that desk don’t let them go. They were personal they knew what they were doing. They were funny. They were helpful and I’m talking around 9:30 at night.

andrewoE1517AY (10/5): Great if no University events. - You would be hard pressed to find a better hotel. The staff were great. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. Pool was nice. Breakfast had good choices. One warning - if the university as any kind of event avoid the city period. The Hotel was great but university visitors were noisy and rude to say the lease.
