- Chad (10/5): I will be going back, loved it. - The building is place perfectly on Venice Beach. The rooms are done nicely. The building still has its lovely old charm. Right on the beach. Quiet at night, busy path during the day. Just what you should expect from Venice Beach.
- ELISE (1/5): L'accueil a été horrible, nous avons attendu des heures avant de rentrer dans l'établissement - Trop long à expliquer, mais je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement pour passer de bonnes vacances. Hormis la vue sur mer, il n’y a rien d'autre. Attention : il n’y a pas d’accueil ouvert au public. Sans le code d’accès (que nous n’avions pas reçu) et avec un service téléphonique qui ne répond pas, vous restez simplement dehors. L'attente peut être très longue... Pour couronner le tout, la réceptionniste a été odieuse. Elle a terrorisé mon séjour.

- Maciej (5/5): - Ocean front. Clean room. The bed was very uncomfortable—every movement made noise and woke the other person. The floors were very thin, and we could clearly hear the neighbors upstairs walking, as if they were stomping or dropping things.
- Justas (4/5): Great location but a dissappointing building - As advertised you can see the water if you look through the window at an angle and room is spacious AFTER paying for the room, I got a message saying there is NO air conditioning. The building is pretty old: the elevator is slow and manual, the floors squeak and the carpet is dirty. The bed was surprisingly short and flimsy.

- Kat (10/5): 10 Stars!! - I LOVE this place. The biggest thing to know: This is a quality hotel run by honest people. I forgot my iPad there and didn't figure it out until a week later. The cleaners had safely turned it in to Lost & Found, where it was stored safely and securely for an entire week. When I figured it out and had to send a TaskRabbit to pick it up and ship it back to me, the staff was helpful and cooperative; and they responsibly checked her ID before releasing it to her. They were helpful at every step of the process even across multiple shift changes with different staff working. I have it back now which is a huge relief. I will always recommend this place. I also loved our room and the location can't be beat. Only flaw: They could pay a little more attention to making sure the previous guests' DNA is fully removed from the sheets/blankets, but maybe this was just a one time fluke/oversight.

- Jesselen (6/5): Not Recommended - The location was great and the staff were helpful. The kitchenette is nice and the room is spacious. The fact that they do not have an entrance at the back( which had fewer stairs). The front entrance had so many steps and we had big luggages. Good thing someone from the office helped us. Also the phone was not working and couldn’t be repaired. The kitchen had leaks from upstairs at first slow then after 2 days it poured and we had to be transferred to another room.

The staff onsite were friendly and helpful and they offered beach toys for the children to use at the beach. Only issue is parking but otherwise

Directly on Venice beach with a few restaurants nearby and great walking and hired bike riding although watch out for fast electric scooters shooting by. Although spacious and clean the rooms are shabby and tired far from 'modern luxury and gourmet kitchen' as in the hotel description . The hallway carpet is old and smelly and the lift is historic. There was no water, coffee or tea in the room and the parking is so expensive. $40 next door and $20 if you walk ten minutes away. The was no servicing of room during our stay. It is expensive and far from value for money

- Sachie (9/5): また、利用したい！ - ビーチフロントでロケーションが良かった！ホテルの駐車場も20ドルで宿泊中は出入り自由で、とても便利！ピアから離れているから静か。数年前まではいたビーチ沿いのホームレスが減っていた。 2ブロック離れたところに、めちゃくちゃオシャレなリカーandフードショップがあるので便利。 夜9時のチェックイン、外で待っててくれたフロントのおじさんがとても親切だった！ 土日は賑わうので、週末の滞在がおすすめです！ バスルーム（トイレ）清掃が完璧じゃなかった。

- Lidia (8/5): Repetiria - Ens ha agradat molt l'apartament a Venice Beach. És just al passeig marítim. Molt acollidor. El personal molt amable. No us perdeu les vistes des de la terrassa de dalt. Feia fred a la nit i no sabíem com posar la calefacció. Tampoc hi havia manta extra. Creiem que no n'hi havia calefacció. Si hi havia aparells per refrigerar però no per escalfar. Tampoc hi havia plats gots i coberts a la cuina. Si olles i paelles, cafetera, nevera, mini forn, renta vaixelles i microones però ho vam trobar inutil sense plats i gots ni utencilis per cuinar. Vam fer cafè però no el vam poder pendre sense gots. El parking és a uns 5 carrers del hotel i val 20$ el dia, això està bé, però et donen una targeta per accedir-hi que en cas de pèrdua val 200$ de penalització.

- Paul (1/5): Upset hotel guests - The room was clean and comfortable. I did not sleep for 3 nights but a few hours, because the young people that they let stay with no adults above us. Were making noise, pounding on floors, very rude. Went to management and nothing was really done. Cuz we were woken up every night!! They said they would refund half of our money. So hopefully they will be honest about that. Otherwise we will be contacting our credit card company. We are very upset about this! Never stay at this hotel if u wanna get any sleep!

Upper floors deliver crispy Pacific breeze :) - The staff was great, the location is phenomenal, sunsets at the rooftop are unbeatable and the relic, unique elevator is super cool! On our first night we were given a first floor, south side of the building room. It was HOT and noisy. Honestly, if they at least added AC to the first floor, nobody would ever experience this. On the second night we were moved to the third floor and it was wonderful.

- Natalie (5/5): Great location. Property not what you'd expect for price. - Location - right on beach Awful smell. Property/facilities tired and not what you'd expect paying this much money. You can stay in a 4 star hotel down the road for the same amount. Also noted that after about 9pm it's totally dead on the seafront (just noting for solo travellers). Apparently it's because of the homeless and security but there are no bars or anything open - you have to go to santa monica or elsewhere for any life. Such a shame as Venice paseo is so cool during the day but just turns into a graveyard at night.

- Michael (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Venice Beach - Right at fhe beach in the heart of Venice! Spacious apartment, comfy and really nice staff. The rooftop terrace is gold! So beautiful!
- Nick (6/5): Overall, for the price v location, well worth it. - Great location on Venice Beach. Probably not quite what it is made out to be by the photos, but for the price, it was a great option. Not a fan of having to request that rooms are cleaned, and the bathroom wasn't great.

- Veronika (9/5): - Апартаменты в очень симпатичном домике в викторианском стиле прямо на первой линии. Старинный лифт в доме - отдельная любовь. На крыше оборудована зона с диванчиками, столиками и барбекю. В квартире нет кондиционера. На кухне не было разделочной доски, миски для салата, не говоря уже про бокалы для вина) Апартаменты расположены на первом этаже прямо на уровне глаз прохожих оживленной пешеходной улицы. Поэтому сложно наслаждаться видом на море - все время хочется закрыть жалюзи.

- Dianike (10/5): - Die Lage der Anlage ist großartig! Sehr nettes Personal hilft bei allen Belangen gerne weiter. Die Parkoption ist super und für die Verhältnisse in LA günstig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Die Dachterrasse ist der Wahnsinn!
