Da wir nur wir Nacht da waren, war es aber kein großes Problem und haben es beim Auschecken gemeldet.

- konstantinos (1/5): εμεινα εξω στο κρυο την νυχτα. λυπαμαι πολυ. δεν μου επεστρεψαν τα χρηματα μου - πολυ κακό, δεν μου δοθηκε η δυνατοτητα να μπω μεσα. δεν υπηρχε καποιος να μου ανοιξει την πορτα με αποτελεσμα να μην εχω δωματιο. μεγαλη απογοητευση θα επρεπε να υπαρχει καποιος τροπος να μπώ στο ξενοδοχειο αργα την νυχτα που εφτασα εκει. τους ειχα ενημερώσει και δεν εκαναν κατι για αυτο.

- Vasil (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt und tolle Lage - Die Lage ist optimal, nahe dem Bahnhof. Das Zentrum ist in nur 2-3 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Parken kostet 15 € pro Tag. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Par contre, j'ai déjà oublié le code du coffre... Heureusement, la réceptionniste a été super réactive : elle est montée m’aider tout de suite avec le sourire. On aurait dit une hackeuse éthique ! 😂

- OLEKSANDR (10/5): - Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Alles ist sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer ist es trocken und sauber, es gibt keine Anzeichen von Schimmel. Das Bett ist groß und bequem, die Bettwäsche ist frisch und sauber. Im Zimmer gibt es alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Der Preis ist deutlich niedriger als die gebotene Qualität. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel.

- mariusdoru (8/5): Raport calitate/pret excelent, localizare foarte buna - Hotel e destul de aproape de gara centrala (cam 10 minute de mers pe jos) si de statiile de UBahn. Receptia e deschisa doar pana la ora 22:00, dar se poate intra in hotel folosind cardul de access. In general, hotelul e foarte curat, camera e spatioasa, baia la fel si se face curat in fiecare zi in camera. Micul dejun e destul de variat, dar sunt exact aceleasi optiuni in fiecare zi Am fost cazat la etajul 6. Personal nu am vazut niciun aparat de aer conditionat si chiar in Aprilie cand am stat eu, camera se incalzea destul de bine. Ma gandesc ca vara e o adevarata problema cu AC-ul.

- Reineke (4/5): - Das Hotel punktet definitiv mit seiner zentralen Lage mitten in Dortmund – ideal, um die Stadt bequem zu erkunden. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: Es war absolut ausreichend, liebevoll angerichtet und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Frühstücksraum war zudem angenehm und einladend gestaltet. Weniger überzeugend waren allerdings die Parkmöglichkeiten. Direkt am Hotel gibt es keine Stellplätze, und die verfügbare Garage ist begrenzt, sodass man sich zusätzlich um Alternativen kümmern muss. Leider war das größte Manko für mich das Zimmer. Der Teppichboden wirkte stark verschmutzt und insgesamt sehr unhygienisch – so sehr, dass ich mich nicht wohlgefühlt habe, ohne Schuhe durch das Zimmer zu laufen. Besonders im Bereich am Bett befanden sich Flecken oder Rückstände, die einen sehr unangenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen haben. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht dringender Verbesserungsbedarf, beispielsweise durch eine gründliche Reinigung oder den Austausch des Teppichs. Das Badezimmer war zwar klein, aber funktional und in Ordnung. Positiv war auch das bequeme Bett, in dem ich gut schlafen konnte. Fazit: Trotz guter Lage und freundlichem Service würde ich das Hotel aufgrund der Sauberkeit im Zimmer und der schwierigen Parksituation nicht noch einmal buchen.

Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, und im Badezimmer gab es Probleme mit der Wassertemperatur – warmes und kaltes Wasser waren schwer zu regulieren.

Wir haben alle kein Auge zugemacht Bei Ankunft bekamen wir mitgeteilt, daß unsere Buchung eigentlich storniert sei, weil das Hotel in den nächsten Tagen schließen wird. Nach ein wenig Diskussion bekamen wir dann doch das Appartement, was dann aber erst noch geputzt werden musste.
