Not the safest place I have stayed. I see marks of someone trying to break into my vehicle. Shady, trash, ghetto people walking around at night, and n-word yelling at each other at times when you feel like sleeping. Excessive airplane noise, since the motel is located very close to the ORD runway. No room service has ever knocked on the door to get the clean towels or toilet paper. Waste your money somewhere else. Skip this place.

Real professional, huh? The room itself was a dumpâcockroaches crawling around, AC vent busted, and the damn thing wasnât even cooling. Bedsheets and blanket? Covered in stains of God-knows-whatâlooked nasty enough that I didnât even want to guess. My key card stopped working on second day.So I went down, and it did not work, so, went back again, and the genius at the desk actually says, âI said 321, not 221.â Lady, are you high? There isnât even a damn third floor in this dump for a â321â to exist. I wanted to ask if sheâs brain-dead, cross-eyed, or just plain useless, but Iâd just had surgery and didnât have the energy to argue with a walking headache. Bottom line: that lady shouldnât be anywhere near a front desk. Sheâs the last person who should be representing any kind of hotel/motel.

Depends on the room, ours was busted, the HDMI cable was frayed and beyond repair. It's right next to a lovely Dennys though and not too far away from the shuttle, there is a Shell across the street that costs wayyy too much. But was still helpful despite the cost. It is worth it if you're not expecting a lot. Overall satisfied with my visit.

Cheap, and I got what I paid for. But I did have to assert myself that they were not going to be putting windows while we were in the room.

However the non smoking rooms still smelled of cigarettes and marijuana because the open courtyards are right outside the rooms. We saw many people just standing in their room doorways smoking and tossing butts on the gound in front. So if you have a problem with cigarette smoke, this is not the place for you.

Exterior of hotel under construction with smears of (dried fortunately) cement and stucco everywhere, two massive foul and full dumpsters in the parking lot. Was an alarming pipe labeled âsupplementary drainâ (with levers to activate on it) running above the first floor. Refrigerator very uneven, rocked when touched. Only âamenityâ was two bars of soap. Bed was good though.

Yet, not all of my windows could even be locked shut. The motel is directly underneath the flight path of planes. So expect regular plane noise.

Also there's no cable tv, prior to this stay there was no TV and they explained there was something wrong with the connection, few months later , still no cable channels , they explained because of the storm the connection was on and off, but they advertise the cable channels and tv. Motel seems to be downgrading. Staff is friendly but I won't be staying there anymore.

- Kimberly (2/5): - Arrived to the property and immediately noticed it did not resemble the online pictures. Went to check in desk and Haylah was very kind and friendly. Got to our room and the outside of the windows were caked in dust and dirt. There was a bad smell in the room. There was something stuck in the shower drain and I pulled it out with a pen and there was.a long dark curly hair in it. Shower was old and grimey. Was totally catfished as the pictures online was NOT at all what we arrived to. Did not feel safe and was not an inviting property to stay at with a child. Mattresses were old and stained. Would not recommend this property. We checked out immediately and was still charged a 1 night fee which I will be disputing. Haylah was very kind and understanding when we wanted to leave.
- Deb (2/5): - The staff was rude and unprofessional when I asked for a refund due to Expedia lying about the so called premium room I booked. No microwave but they charged extra for it. NONE of the rooms have microwaves. The motel knows this is happening and they told me since I booked thru Expedia theyâd have to refund and Expedia says motel have to refund. I called motel 6 three days after visit to ask about refund again and I asked the person what their name was. She said she said it when she answered phone. I asked what it was because I didnât catch it . She refused to tell me, I called back a short while later and she didnât use her name and when I called her out on it she said said âI could see it was your number calling so I didnât say my nameâ. How rude, unprofessional and juvenile is that? Avoid this motel at all costs. Youâll pay for amenities you donât receive and nobody will refund you and at least one staff member who I am working on identifying will treat you like s**t. Itâs not worth saving a few dollars. Go to Super 8 they are cheap too and much better than that crappy motel, and donât use Expedia! They falsely advertise and admit it yet only offer you key points which expire in a few months so I wonât be able to use them. I am working with the BBB to get a refund still.
- Amanda M (4/5): I should have paid more for a better place - I made a huge mistake. I confused this Motel 6 with another one a few miles away. I had no idea this one was so close to the airport. It is directly under a landing flight path and that runway is 24-7. The planes are VERY loud. I could barely sleep. I cheaped out and I paid the price. However there were other things I could not have anticipated. There was construction going on in about quarter of the motel, including one morning where they were working on outside walls in the unit right next to mine. The first room they gave me had a continuously running toilet (I checked the tank and it was running but empty). They moved me to another room *after* sending a maintenance guy who said this was a known issue with this room. So why was it even available? The water pressure in the shower was so minimal I felt like I could never get clean. It was a struggle to reach the level of a drip. I don't ask much of motels but this one was in bad shape. If I could have afforded to take the loss and go to another place I totally would have done that.

They really need to take the pictures down they have for their rooms as advertisement as they are completely false. None of the rooms have microwave or mini fridges. The tvs werenât working due to some outage or something. The doors to the rooms slam shut so hard that it will wake you up. Rooms could use some updating, fresh paint, new mattress as they were not very comfy. If things like the tv not working, no microwave, and mini fridge as advertise are not actually available, then we should get a discount or be able to stay longer than normal check out times.

The mini fridge was very broken and didn't even work although plugged in. Something was wrong w the A/C, you couldn't read what temperature you were setting it at so it wasn't easy to get it to a comfortable temperature. The stairs of the outside entrance areas were crumbling as well as some of the walkways. The staff was the best thing the property had to offer.

- Edwin (2/5): Avoid at all cost!!! - Absolutely Disgusting and Unsafe â Avoid! This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy and reeked of urine. The bed wasn't made, the sheets were dirty, and the towels were used. The neighborhood was terrible, and there were drug addicts everywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Donât be fooled by the pictures

- Anna Liza (2/5): - The place and room is very dirty. They donât change the sheets. Thereâs hair in bathroom and curtains are falling apart. The photos they put here are deceiving. They arenât actually what it looks.

- Neal (2/5): - Had to be moved rooms because my drain wasnât working in my first room. After repeated attempts at simply getting a receipt, still have not been able to.
- cookie (6/5): - There motel was run down and a bit grimy, there was mold in the shower, I could see dirt on the floor, the tv didnât work, there was no real amenities that I noticed, the pictures didnât look like the rooms at all⌠the staff when checking in was great the staff checking out not the best not the worst overall it was a place for the night didnât end up staying the full two days left early⌠bit disappointing

- audrey (6/5): - Paid for a two bed room with a fridge for 70. Received that. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room had a desk but there were no chairs, a furniture item you do not know to miss until you don't have it. Room appeared to have been cleaned but had cracked paint and leaking showerhead. there were some stains and dust missed in our of the way areas. Smelled like smoke.
- Yvonne (10/5): Motel 6 Stay - My stay was excellent. The only downside was that someone broke the Microwave.
