Alexander_Kudrin (10/5): Good hotel near the railway station - The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of 5-7 minutes from the Railway Station. There is a private parking. There are several cafes nearby, near the station. The rooms are very cramped and seem to be some of the smallest Hampton I have ever visited. In general, the comort and service are good, meeting the standards of this hotel chain. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: thermometry at the entrance, the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, hand sanitizers on the tables, employees in masks. Aleksandr (8/5): Годная трёшка - В целом добротная трёшка. Завтрак очень простой для Хилтона, даже глазунью не жарят. На завтраке иногда заканчиваются блюда или приборы - нужно сказать персоналу, чтоб принесли, сами не замечают. В баре отеля довольно скудное меню , но готовят неплохо. На ресепшн сотрудники разные - есть адекватные, есть не очень. Один пытался взять с меня лишние 1500р, хотя должен был наоборот вернуть 1500 из залога. Пока не пришёл менеджер, разобраться не удалось. В остальном все хорошо - чисто, уютно, комфортно. Но обычно отели этой сети производят лучшее впечатление.
Viacheslav (10/5): Отличный отель в центре города - Останавливался в отеле второй раз за месяц.Понравилось все.Заселение,как и выезд занимает 1-2 минуты.Персонал дружелюбный.Номер отличный,очень хорошая кровать.Температуру в номере можно отрегулировать на свое предпочтение,в номере чайник,чай кофе,вода( пополняется ежедневно),есть утюг с доской,будильник с радио.Душ совмещен с туалетом,есть шампунь,кондиционер для волос,гель для душа,лосьон для тела,тапочки,все чисто.Завтраки разнообразные,меню меняется ежедневно.Расположение отличное,все в шаговой доступности.

The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and very organized. I have been to many hotels around the world . This Hampton is definitely on my list of 5 best hotels i have ever been to.

VictoriaL2842 (10/5): So good - Last time I was staying in Holiday Inn and despite that fact that everyone adore it in Samara I liked Hilton more. Hotel rooms are soooo tiny, be ready that you will have no chance to fully open your luggage. Staff is very helpful and if you are the member of loyalty programme you will even have a chance to get a late check-out (nice bonus isn't it?). Location is more than great. I was totally satisfied.

Dmitry07 (10/5): Hilton Samara - Good place, quiet, cozy and comfortable. One thing wasn’t good. We were planning make check out in early morning (at 5 am) and staff denied to takeaway the breakfast. Although we told about it at 2 am, 3 hours before our arriving.

GrahamS756 (6/5): hmmmmmmm ? - To be honest not much in Samara, had to walk 20 minutes for nearest restaurants, bars and shops but you need to know where to go. A few good quality restaurants around ( use trip advisor) Many places were closed and many roads around the city and near the World Cup fans festival were closed. Hotel is close to main station but a long way from the stadium and airport. Didn’t find hotel staff helpful at check in but after that were ok. Room was a little small but ok

Katesgrove (6/5): Disappointing - Most Russian hotels provide large rooms together with usual facilities for a 3 or 4 star standard. Hampton is an American chain and sadly the size of the room is being squeezed. Our room in Samara was so small that it was single file around the comfortable bed! The quality in other respects was very good and the staff very helpful. Location was within 5 minutes walk of the station.

More than warm staff, helpful and great service in general. So tasty national dish during breakfast (Kurnik) never eat so good before))). The highest level of hospitality.
P_Bednar (8/5): Standard - The hotel is in the old part of the city. It is in a walking distance from Volga embankment - the most beautiful part of the city. The hotel itself is a standard that Hampton provides in other towns and cities. Personal nice and polite. Rooms clean, but a bit small. Breakfast was a standard one for a hotel of this kind. There is nothing I can complain about and there is nothing to accentuate in positive way. It is a standard that you expect from such hotels. Recommendation? Yes, I recommend!

georgebaz (10/5): Small Room, Rather Quiet, Convenient, Affordable - For the rate we paid, this hotel was brilliant – close to the railway station, not too far from the city attractions, free buffet breakfast, hot shower with good water pressure, plenty of thick soft towels, room slippers, bath robes. (Well, we passed on the bath robes as the room was tiny and there wouldn't be enough space to keep them anyway, but we were grateful for the offer.) Street noise wasn't a problem, but there were some sounds from an adjacent room during the day, probably vacuuming, otherwise the hotel was very quiet.
simonfI2062VX (10/5): Good Business Hotel in the center of samara - We needed to stay in samara for some business reasons. The hotel is in close proximity to the railway station, and you can reach most parts of the city easy with either taxis or the public transport. The rooms are nice, clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is small, but you will find all you need for a good start. The staff was nice and very helpful. UFMS registration for foreigners is being done as well, and they also hand you the registration slip. Considering the price, the hotel is great value for money.

Vladimir (10/5): Современно и вкусно :) - Отель современный. Девочки приветливые, подарили ребенку сладкий подарок на Новый Год. Расположение рядом с вокзалом, остановками, своя охраняемая парковка. Но и пешком до набережной и площадей недалеко. Номер с доп. раскладным диваном явно маленький. При разложенном диване и большой кровати пройти к окну нельзя. Ванная комната оборудована хорошо, мыло-гели-шампуни. Номера убирают и меняют полотенца каждый день. Не хватает холодильника, да и некуда его поставить. А учитывая отличнейший шведский завтрак может и не нужен он :) Каждый день новые мясные блюда на выбор и выпечка, кофе, соки, свежие овощи и пр. Все оооочень вкусно! Спасибо!
Voyage_harbours (10/5): Good service. Great treatment of Hilton HHonors members. - The hotel is modern and in good condition (having opened in March 2014). We were allocated a very spacious, clean and comfortable twin room. Service was great. As a Diamond member, the front desk associate proactively offered complimentary 8pm late check-out. We were also offered a free drink and snack from the bar (apparently this is a benefit offered to all Hilton HHonors members). The breakfast buffet (available free of charge for all guests) was good both in terms of quality and variety. There is a gym on the ground floor of the hotel. PCs are available on the ground floor in a work area next to the front desk. Free printing is provided. The hotel is very conveniently located. Samara railway station (the terminus of the Aeroexpress train to/from Samara airport) is just a few minutes' walk away. The official Samara tourist information centre has a counter inside Samara railway station. The hotel is also within close walking distance of the Leningradskaya pedestrian walking street and the Volga river embankment (around 15-20 minutes' walk away).

Very comfortable, silent, clean room, with perfect air conditioning (good working and silent) and free and good working WiFi. The breakfast is good.
eesti79 (10/5): Quiet heaven in he middle of the city - Had a very short stay in the hotel due to business-related issues. Everything was perfect from the very beginning till the last moment. I was met by hotel head of Operations with minimum paperwork required for registration, given a very comfortable room. Room looked immaculate and well-equipped, nothing to complaint about. Hope to come back in the near future to enjoy th service again :))
Nikolay (10/5): One of the best options out there - The hotel is 3 minutes walking from train station, recently the city started train shuttle to Kurumoch airport which is only 150 rubles ~2$ and can take you to the airport in 1h 15 minutes. There are Uber, Gett, Yandex Taxi available to pick you up from the hotel to bars, restaurants or somewhere else. The hotel offer free breakfast which is quite good.

The light availability of a simply but tasty meal and a cold beer was a convenience in a comfortable setting. This allowed to do the last few emails without having to miss dinner or a chat with the colleagues.

Roman (8/5): "Хороший отель для краткосрочных рабочих поездок." - Ездил по делам в Самару, захватил супругу и ребёнка, совместив с отдыхом. В отеле всё хорошо, внимательный персонал, которого незаметно, новое здание, постель, мебель, сантехника в отличном состоянии, уборка номера, чистота без нареканий. Приятная внутренняя парковка. Удивило отсутствие ресторана, поэтому для ужина пришлось искать другие места. Меню завтрака на 4 дня хватило, но для более длительного пребывания маловат ассортимент. Резюме:

Все вкусное полезное, в приятной обстановке. Завтракал с удовольствием.

Verified traveler (10/5): Прекрасный выбор! Часть вторая. - Это снова я. Ну что Вам еще добавить кроме потрясающе непередаваемо удобных кроватей? Да - они замечательные! Еще отмечу хороший завтрак. Разнообразный, аппетитный и сытный. Все что нужно есть и даже более. В номерах все удобно и хорошо, но не помешало бы наличие холодильника. Телевизор широкоэкранный современный, но каналов мало - и многие идут с большими помехами - очень не комфортно смотреть. Думаю, стоит подключить кабель или хотя бы цифровое эфирное ТВ и не будет этих ужасных помех. Далее. В очень просторной (даже чересчур - можно было бы сделать гардеробный шкаф побольше) ванной комнате настенные дозаторы с шампунем и гелем в душевой, и с мылом и лосьоном для тела около раковины. Так вот что я вам скажу - это очень замечательный лосьон - прекрасно увлажняет все тело. Не поленитесь - натритесь полностью или попросите кого-нибудь натереть там, где сами не достанете. Такого увлажнения у меня никогда в жизни не было. В завершение хочу сказать еще раз о кроватях. Они самые обычные - все дело в высоком матрасе, поэтому лежишь выше, чем привычно. И это конечно очень удобно. Всем рекомендую.

Nurbek (10/5): Хэмптон - Отель новый, чистый. Номера маленькие, но все что нужно есть. Продумано все до мелочей, не хватало только средств для чистки обуви. Питание отличное. Хорошая охраняемая парковка
Edward (10/5): Terrific hotel at a modest cost. - This was a seven day stay that cost just 408$ Cdn. And included two sumptuous breakfasts each day. I never had any trouble communicating with front desk staff as I spoke no Russian. I would reay recommend this to all travellors. I'm already planning an October return
Duncan (8/5): Good value city hotel in Samara - We needed a pleasant hotel in central Samara - close to the Opera House - for a short stay. Front desk staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean, and all facilities worked. The big disappointment was that, as non-Russian speakers, we were relying on the hotel's promise of light meals being available. The menus were on show - but very limited food was available (i.e. chicken nuggets). So (as vegetarians - with nothing suitable offered though there was plenty on the menu that was not available!) we made a spectacle of ourselves and managed to scrape by with a minimal meal in a local restaurant. There had never been great hopes of the breakfast included in the rates, but it was edible and it was breakfast. Luckily a Russian speaking friend joined us for our second day so we didn't lose too much weight!
InessaIr (10/5): Excellent experience - The staff was very friendly, and the room was nice. But the most of all I liked the bed and pillows - they were super comfortable!
