Colin (9/5): Wonderful place with great views. - Close to every thing we wanted to do. Loved the views. Was close enough to walk to all of the attractions but far enough away that it was quiet at night A small concern was when we used an outlet to charge a phone or used the microwave and a light was on either in the living room, bedroom or bathroom the lights would flicker. The flickering did not last long but concerned about the electrical. The only other small problem was the shower head which fell twice in the tub (scared us the first time) and one time it hit me in the head while in the shower.

Также в ней был не такой хороший ремонт, как в комнате, в котором нас пересели впоследствии.

The pool water temperature was excellent. If we had any issues in our room, the issue was addressed appropriately. We saw dolphins, a sea turtle, and herons on the bay.

Would come back. - Just a perfect location—about a 7–8 minute walk to the beach in a quiet area, yet still close to many restaurants and bars. Lovely docks in the back, great for fishing or simply relaxing. Everything was clean, and the people at the property were very friendly. There were enough plates and glasses, and both the air conditioner and fans worked well. Plenty of towels were provided for our 5-night stay, and free parking was included. Knowing all this, I would definitely come back. Overall a good stay, but a few things could be improved. We rent apartments mainly to have easy breakfasts, and while the kitchen was well-equipped for that and more, the frying pans weren’t great, very hard to clean after anything fried. A simple nonstick pan would easily fix this. It would also be helpful to have a few pantry basics like pepper and salt. The shower head was set very low; if you’re around 5’7”, you’ll have to squat to rinse your face. Replacing it with a handheld shower on a hose would make a big difference. No shampoo was provided, just bar soap—which was fine for us since I brought my own, but just an FYI. The air conditioner worked well, though it was quite loud, so we turned it off at night to avoid being woken up. A small drying rack for beach towels and swimsuits would be a helpful addition.

Kelly (8/5): Excellent value for money - Lovely big rooms, well furnished, good Aircon. Loved sitting by the water with a tea in the morning, we saw loads of wildlife. Pool was nice, and not at all busy. Friendly place. Although very good proximity to the beach and restaurants the road was a bit quiet / didn't look like the nicest of neighbourhoods, however we didn't see or have any issues. Some bits of communal areas were tired / in need of a refresh. We were informed that all of Clearwater had flooded last year, so it may have been related to that. Overall very positive and we would stay there again.

Cleaners didn't come at all during our 10 day stay..A key safe would have been handy. Wouldn't stop us coming back.

Tammie (9/5): I would definitely come back to stay here again. - We love the location and the view of the bay! It’s very quiet here. This location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. I love the owner and the quick responsiveness to accommodate us on our needs. When we arrived the first day our unit did not have a dresser. We were staying nine days and really needed someplace to store our clothes. I reached out to her and let her know our concerns and she quickly responded and was able to provide us another unit with a dresser. We are very thankful. The cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly. The only thing I noticed was the plumbing could probably be updated. The sink in the bathroom did not drain very well.

We were comfortable and relaxed as the location was really quiet, with facilities right on the water, which was tranquil, with the occasional boat or dolphin passing by. Perfect location for getting into the main shopping and eating area, and the beach.
James (9/5): Great property for a vacation - The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is perfect , on the Bay , short walk to the beach and shops. They have done a fantastic job recovering from the hurricane. Merrick is a wonderful owner , personable and attentive to the guests needs. The pool was clean and relaxing. And the daily dolphins visit was a treat.

Longboard (6/5): Adequate and fair price. - I like this location. I stay nearby often. It was easy to set up. Parking was adequate. The bathroom had two sinks. The bed was comfortable. The dining area and kitchen were a really nice size. The photos show that well. The general area is seemingly designed for people that stay for longer. Laundry hanging on the railings??? The shades didn't prevent people from being able to look in if they wanted to. The lock was adequate but not super secure. The bath again was adequate as a shower tub combo but if you were an unstable person could have been safer.

Gordon (10/5): When you find a place where the owners really care and are on site making sure that your holiday is perfect, you are in - The location is perfect. The apartments are well appointed for anyone who prefers to cook their own meals. The view of the intercostal waterway is peaceful and calming. Sitting by the pool reading a good book, is good for the soul. The damage to this property from the hurricanes was extensive, as it was to the entire area. The property owners have and are working tirelessly, bringing the property back to its original state, and make it even better.

Malcolm (9/5): Wonderful few days in Clearwater. - Property was comfortable and clean. Overlooking the boardwalk and only a 5 minute walk to Clearwater beach at the North End. Close to restaurants and a 25 minute walk to Pier 60 or you can catch the Dolly Trolley which runs in the area. Nothing to dislike.
Philip (10/5): Excellent Mom and Pop property. - Quiet, on the water, saw the dolphins 🐬. Clean, excellent room with kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Family working so hard to clean up after the hurricanes. 2nd floor terrace was perfect to chill out. Leaving was the only negative, without a doubt will be back to see the property back to it's best when all ground floor repairs are completed.

Large rooms, very clean, quiet, small nice pool, we could even observe dolphins in front of the room, the beach and a lot of restaurants within walking distance, the owners are very friendly and helpful nothing, all was perfect! we will come back on our next holiday at clearwater beach !

The views across the Bay are outstanding, the apartment has everything you need for a home from home experience. The location is perfect, the hosts are helpful, accommodating and just lovely to liaise with. Location was amazing seeing the sun rise from your bed over the bay was the best Nothing we didn’t like but they were still recovering from the Hurricane which by what we saw caused overwhelming amount of damage

We had an end unit overlooking the inter-coastal. It was beautiful. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was clean and the water wonderful. There were beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. You could walk to the beach and the shops if you chose. The owners were very accomodating. My only issue, and it's a small one, was the bed in the master bedroom. It was comfortable enough, but any time you moved, your partner was bounced around.

Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved the property. We walked to several restaurants and bars. The view was wonderful. The unit was so big and clean. We will defiantly going to be staying there in the future. No ice machine. When you are staying for a couple days, that is a must.

Thanks for everything! - The condo was spacious, a great 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, with showers; so I had a lot of privacy with my two teenagers. The distance to the beach and the restaurants and shops was perfect. Very quiet place right on the Bay. The pool was my kids favorite, Great size and very refreshing after a day on the beach, The king bed was a little hard, Maybe adding a little cushion will help.

Brittany (9/5): Would stay here again - The space was clean. Each bed had a fluffy blanket. Plenty of tv channels. Perfect location to the beach and food and stores. Clear check-in/out instructions. Good communication. A little run down-mainly on the exterior. Strange/inconvenient that the only bathroom could only be accessed by walking through the main bedroom.

St (7/5): Good - The unit was very clean and well stocked. We loved the location and view. The pool was well maintained and refreshing. Bathroom was dated and difficult for my handicapped husband (low toilet, bath tub rather than shower). Frankly it was slippery for even an agile person. It could really use a grab bar. Also TV did not get basic cable for news.

Right on the bay where you can see dolphins and manatees. Nice heated pool. The hosts are always working on improvements to the property. We really liked the upgrades.

Robert (9/5): Superb - The room was immaculately clean with all the facilities you need for a self contaned holiday.. The bed was very comfortable. There is a nice view across the water where dolphins occasionally pass and a safe pool area. The location was perfect for us. Just a few minutes from the beach and set back just a little to ensure a peaceful time. About 15 minutes from Pier 60 with bars and restaurants in easy reach. The hosts were very attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed. It was noticeable that the building had been tastefully refurbished, and this was virtually completed. We had an excellent stay and I would recommend and stay again. Nothing....
Bonita (10/5): We had a great stay and the hosts were great - The rooms looked to be newly remodeled. Spent a lot of time in the pool. Was close to everything The hosts were very accommodating. There was an AC issue the day before and they called me and gave us 2 rooms instead in the one which worked out better in the long run. You could always communicate with them at any time
Olena (10/5): Beautiful week in a beautiful place - Beautiful apartment right on the water. Beautiful view, great pool. It is very clean, and a/c is working very well. First night we spent a couple of hours just lying on the chairs under the beautiful night sky! It is so peaceful and quiet, and close to everything, beach and grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were very responsive. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this place to stay! Would be great if they offered beach umbrellas or beach chairs, and shampoo, but not really a deal-breaker

Tamera (9/5): It's a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Clearwater Beach - We loved sitting on the bay side watching the fish and boats going back and forth. Every morning there was a beautiful sun rise to get the day started. Everything was within walking distance. We ate great food at several locations. The Gulf was only about a 4 minute walk and was as beautiful as I remember it. Thank you for the very nice place to stay. We had no complaints at all. It was perfect!
