Katja (8/5): Prima kamer op een goede locatie maar niet klantvriendelijk - Mooi oud pand op een goede locatie. Rustige kamer Er was geen personeel. Ze waren alleen per mail bereikbaar met de boodschap dat ze in het weekend gesloten zijn. En op de foto’s staat bij de keuken een klein eethoekje; maar dat was er niet. We hebben weinig klantvriendelijkheid ervaren.

Henk (10/5): Super Lage- super sauber. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir wieder unsere Tochter besuchen. - Das Zimmer war in Richtung Hinterhof und daher himmlisch ruhig und das mitten in der Stadt. Die Lage ist toll und die Altbau- Etage wunderschön saniert. Es hat alles gestimmt und war super sauber! Toll war der kleinere Kücheneneinbau mit Nespressomaschine. Schade, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, das Gepäck bei einer früheren Anreise als 15 Uhr irgendwo zu deponieren. Die Kopfkissen im Bett waren bisschen nieder- fein wäre noch ein zusätzliches Kissen für Jeden- dann liest sichs im Bett besser.

Sylvia (10/5): Stilvolle Unterbringung, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sehr zentral, fußläufige Sehenswürdigkeiten. - Der Stil der Ausstattung und das Apartment insgesamt mit den zusätzlichen Räumen, Küche und Living Room waren ein wunderbarer Zusatznutzen. Alles sauber, gemütlich und wirklich in attraktivem, modernen Stil eingerichtet, in einem sehr schönen Altbauhaus gelegen.

Donna (8/5): - I stayed here because of the location. I always stay in this part of Berlin when I visit and I decided to try the ipartment because it is on Wielandstraße. My room at the back of the building was very quiet, so it was relaxing to stay there. The room was a lot smaller than one I stayed in nearby at the Numa/Novela but it was fine. The keypads on the front door, ipartment complex door, and room door are all a bit different, which was slightly confusing on arrival (not helped by my jetlag, perhaps) but not a problem once I figured it out. In the code sent for arrival instructions, the series the letters and symbols after the numbers may not be found on any particular keypad, so what you have to do is enter the numeric part of the code, then one of the letters or symbols (or whatever appears to be most similar to a symbol) indicated in the info provided, depending on the keypad. Perhaps this could be made more clear in the instructions sent with the code?

Reinhild (7/5): Spartanische Unterkunft in bester Lage - Lage, Lage, Lage … und die tolle Bausubstanz des Gebäudes. Schöne Türen, alter Aufzug … Es war alles da, was man zum Übernachten braucht, aber sehr spartanisch. Sehr sauber, gutes Bad. Schlechte Beschilderung (keine Angabe im Aufzug, in welchen Stock man muss) Die Bettdecke war zu dünn. Das 2. OG ist ein Labyrinth und ich hatte das Gefühl, ich bin da ganz alleine … irgendwie unheimlich.
Natascha (9/5): Stattmittig, stylisch, dennoch ruhig - Super zentrale Lage, ruhig, trotz Nähe zum Ku-Damm. Tolle Restaurants und Bars in direkter Nähe. Das Appartement selbst ist in einem wunderbar restaurierten Altbau mit hohen Decken untergebracht und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile mit allem Equipment, das es braucht, eine große Dusche sowie ein sehr komfortables Bett. Auf jeden Fall eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft! Eine kleine Empfehlung: Innerhalb des Hauses ist es nicht auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich, wo sich die Appartements befinden. Es wäre daher hilfreich, in der Beschreibung, die man am Anfahrtstag erhält, das Stockwerk zu nennen. Durch eine Eingangstür gelangt man in einen separaten Trakt, in dem sich die Zimmer befinden. Die telefonische Kommunikation selbst war aber super und half umgehend.

Studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, heerlijke douche met goede waterdruk en zeepjes van Rituals, goed matras. Er is ook een gemeenschappelijke chill ruimte en keuken ter beschikking, alsmede een wasmachine en droger. Dus ideaal voor een wat langer verblijf. Het bedframe is erg laag, dus wellicht niet ideaal voor mensen met slechtere mobiliteit

Marc (10/5): An awesome stay from start to finish — I couldn’t have asked for a better place in Berlin. - I was traveling solo for business, and this place was just perfect. The location is awesome — super central and convenient for everything. The building has that classic Berlin charm on the outside, but the apartments and common areas have been beautifully renovated, which makes it even more awesome. The shared spaces are great, with free coffee and a relaxing lounge area. Everything feels new, clean, and well designed. There’s even a fantastic laundry room (didn’t use it this time, but it looked top-notch). Overall, the whole experience was awesome — one of those stays where everything just clicks. Highly recommend! Nothing at all — everything was just perfect.

Yasemin (8/5): Top Lage, sehr sauber, gemütliches Zimmer - Die Lage war top, das Zimmer groß und mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Einen größeren Ganzkörper Spiegel hätte ich mir gewünscht. Das Bett sehr gemütlich, es war sehr sauber. Anfangs war die Kommunikation ein wenig mühsam. E-Mails kamen nicht an, der Code für das Zimmer wollte nicht funktionieren. Aber telefonisch konnte man alles recht zügig erledigen. Ich finde den Zugang zu den Zimmer mit einem Code etwas nervig, aber das scheint die heutige Zeit zu bringen. Zumal man Den Code insgesamt 3x eingeben muss, um in sein Zimmer zu gelangen.

Ausstattung der Küchenzeile für mich mehr als in Ordnung. Cool war der Aufzug ... ein echtes Hightlight! Apartment war eher Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Kleiderschrank für 2 Pers. echt winzig. Vorm Sofa fehlte ein Tisch. Leider habe ich auf dem Teppich eine Tablette von Vorgänger gefunden und die schwarzen Fliesen müssten mal mit Kalkreiniger behandelt werden.

Demetrios (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend it. The people operating it are not in Berlin and nobody actually helps you out - The location and the architecture of the building. The communication with the host was awful. I booked the apartment for my 70 year old mother after specifically asking if there is a working elevator in the building. When I arrived at the apartment I noticed that the elevator door on the floor of the apartment wouldn’t open so there was no access to it from the floor where my mother was staying. I specifically told them that she needs the elevator, at least on the day of departure so that she can get her luggage to the the ground floor. The receptionist who isn’t in Berlin but in Cologne told me they would take care of it. 4 days later they did nothing and the worst part is that they didn’t communicate with the people in charge. My mother had to move to another hotel for her last night in Berlin.

Khunsuvit (9/5): Spacious apartment in Ku'damm - The property is very quiet and conveniently located just off Ku'damm. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with the kitchenette and coffee capsules. The pantry and washing machines adjacent to the large living area add to comfort. It was not convenient as I could not enter to at least leave my luggage on arrival in the morning even if I didn't mind being able to check-in to the room after 3 p.m. It was written in the message sent to me that there would be someone waiting at the property at the arrival time I advised when making the booking. Nobody read or replied my message for over an hour that late morning I arrived. I had the overseas data SIM card on my cell phone so could not make a call to your operator. Finally, had to call my Network Service Provider in Bangkok to activate my overseas roaming call spending another Euro 50 just to do this in order to be able to get in touch with your Operator. Had someone replied to my message, I wouldn't have to pay extra for this. Also, had someone met me at the property as suggested, I could have left my luggage and wandered about in Berlin before checking in later. As a result, I had to lug all my luggage (2 pieces) all the way to the restaurant some 800 meters away to wait for check-in time as your Operator advised that the property staff was at another property that day and that the door code would only be available and send to me between 2 and 3 p.m. Finally, they did give me a one-time passcode to enter the property (not the room) shortly after lunch. Your property is nice. The price I paid was high but understood the peak period of ITB at Messe Berlin where most hotels were pretty full and also charged 3 times higher than normal. The apartment is spacious. A shower cube, not just a bathtub would be a nice addition. Shower in the bathtub is always cumbersome!

Warm & Understanding Staff – Although there is no traditional reception, the team communicates efficiently via email and is always kind, warm, and incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Edyta, the housekeeping team, and the male employees who went above and beyond to assist me as a foreigner. They truly understand the challenges international guests might face and provide help whenever possible. 2. Fluent English-Speaking Team – One of the rare gems in Germany! The entire team speaks excellent English, which is a huge plus for international travelers. It makes communication seamless and enhances the brand’s global, welcoming, and polished image. 3. Culturally Inclusive Environment – I appreciate that the hotel hires staff from diverse cultural backgrounds. This inclusivity not only enriches the guest experience but also reflects a modern and international hospitality approach. 4. Allergy-Free & Immaculate Cleanliness – I often experience allergies in hotels, but ipartment Berlin was one of the few places where I had no allergic reactions. The sheets, pillowcases, and overall hygiene were impeccable, ensuring I slept peacefully every night—something I can’t say for some big-brand hotels I’ve stayed at. 5. Unbeatable Location – The location is beyond perfect! With Prada downstairs and Louis Vuitton across the street, staying here felt like a Gossip Girl dream. Everything is within reach—grocery stores, drugstores, cosmetics, mid to high-end brands, and shopping malls. You truly have everything you need at your doorstep! 6.

Ugur (7/5): Good! - Its Internal Design, Nobody was in the Office during the Working Hours! I wanted to see XS Room I was rejected it was available though. Because I have an Intention to rent it for at least 1 Year! I called the Center, nevertheless the Center backed up the Office Manager by saying that she is very Busy with Other Things / Other Ipartment. I stayed in Ipartment in Frankfurt for 1 Year and in Hamburg for 1 Year. To be Honest, Facility Managements were the Reason to rent the Ipartment once more … but not sure any longer,

Oriol (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place in Berlin. - Everything went as expected. The apartment was easy to find and was easy to access. Overall it was a super nice expirience as the neighberhood where the apartment is situated is really nice and quiet. We only had a problem with the shower, as the water was not draining properly, and it was causing a wet situation in the bathroom. Apart from that, the rest was wonderful, and we had a great time there.

I wasn’t only guest affected. Still chip worked. Lost an item in elevator. Staff never was able to get my item retrieved through building maintenance. Was not a cheep walking stick. Had to buy new.

Rae (9/5): Bright, clean, high-quality apartment. - Here for 6 weeks and had a wonderful stay - pefect for digital nomads. It's a spotlessly clean apartment, with high-quality finishes. Tonnes of gorgeous light and enough space for two people to do yoga. It's a really good location too (quite a few S and U bahn stations close by). Fully serviced so it was wonderful to get a clean and new sheets and towels every week. I was under the impression that we'd have to work from the room but there's a really nice communal workspace in the building which was fantastic. Communication could have been a little better (eg, would have been nice to know when we were getting a clean so we could tidy our belongings first). A fan would be nice too in summer :)
Rian (2/5): No balcony. Overpriced, considering that vital detail. - It’s clean and classy. The advertised room had a balcony. I only book rooms with balconies. The customer service was poor and unconcerned about this issue.
