• Esteban (6/5): Gran atención humana en instalaciones que no corresponden a un 4 estrellas - Lo mejor del hotel es su excelente ubicación, situado en una zona muy segura y rodeada de una magnífica oferta gastronómica. Sin embargo, lo que realmente inclina la balanza hacia una experiencia satisfactoria es la amabilidad y la gran predisposición de todo el personal. Su atención humana fue excepcional y compensó las notables deficiencias edilicias del establecimiento. Es necesario señalar, de manera firme y categórica, que las instalaciones no corresponden a la categoría de un hotel de 4 estrellas. La calidad de la habitación es deficiente; la iluminación nocturna es tan paupérrima que el espacio queda prácticamente en penumbras. Además, la puerta del baño está mal encuadrada, lo que impide dejarla abierta y obliga a mantenerla cerrada constantemente de forma incómoda. Por otra parte, el desayuno, aunque presenta algo de variedad, se queda muy corto para el estándar esperado, y el televisor de la habitación es un modelo obsoleto y de muy mal funcionamiento.

• travel (8/5): - Zona sicura e vicino ai servizi di cui avevo bisogno. Personale gentile, colazione anche dolce. Ho soggiornato due volte qui, la prima ho prenotato direttamente con hotel. La prima volta era al 7 piano lontano dell'ascensore, la seconda al 14 vicino ascensore. La stanza al 14 piano è più rumorosa, si sente la strada ed i bar vicini , in più di sente l'ascensore quando viene chiamato. Molto meglio la 703.

Las almohadas son bastante malas. Un día no me hicieron la habitación a pesar de que había colgado el cartel indicando que lo hicieran, y otro día tuve que reclamar que lo hicieran porque se demoraron hasta bien tarde.

• Lina (3/5): Very disappointed. - The Location, breakfast and the staff. Nothing, everything was damaged in bad condition. The floor, the doors were all broken, the phones didn’t work to call the front desk. There were no wifi available( none of the 3 different ones worked). The sink was clotted. There is not enough tv channels only, local channels. I’ ve been a customer for many years and I used to love everything about the Inntu hotel until now. I probably won’t come back it is pretty sad,

• juanbQ8512DW (2/5): A trrible experience - This is a terrible hotel. I needed permanent Wi-Fi internet for work and it wasn't working in my room. I tried contacting reception, and the intercom wasn't working either. I was on the 10th floor, so any dealings with reception required me to walk all ten floors. Without an intercom, there's no room service either. The worst part: the indifference of the management, who didn't care at all about my problem. In the three days I was there, I never got internet access, and no employee did anything to help me. It's one of the worst hotels you could find.

• Richard (7/5): 🙏👍 - Kan niet Kalgan uitstekende service van het personeel, ontbijt was heel goed en de lokatie is ideal. Ik denk dat de kamer aan een vernieuwing aantoe zit. Deur van de bad is verse ten. Vloerpanelen zijn niet meer netjes.

• Lidieth (6/5): Cero planeacion del spa - El desayuno estuvo muy bueno Habia solicitado spa para mis 2 empleadas y le habia dicho a la del spa que ellas llegaban a las 3 pm y las hicieran pasar a las 4 porque era una sorpresa. A las 3 pm Le escribí a la muchacha recordando la cita de las 4. Y que era sorpresa para ellas. a las 420 me escribio mi empleada y me sorprendió porque no estaba en el spa y me dijeron ellas que no sabían nada de ningun spa. Tuve que decirles que fueran a preguntar x su sesion de spa y toda la planeación que fuera sorpresa para ellas para nada. Hasta las 430 las pasaron y fue xq llame y me queje, para que se hace todo el proceso de sorpresa si no van hacerlo. Y luego todo a la carrera. Nunca mas programaria algo con uds en ese spa. Solo quieren la plata y luego lo hacen xq tienen. El servicio del.spa cero.

• Ricardo (10/5): Inntu tu mejor lugar en Laureles!!! - Todo, hoteles como este hacen que me olvide de volver a un Airbnb ( hemos tenido en estas vacaciones 2 eventos frustrantes con esa opción) Todo es bueno en el Inntu, la infraestructura, el personal, el aseo, la seguridad, la atención en todas las áreas, parqueadero atento y amplio. El desayuno incluido, las habitaciones limpias y toallas dan gusto. Son súper atentos y desde ahí te movilizas gratamente a toda la oferta gastronómica disponible. Es un hotel regio, para volver siempre!!☺️ Nada que mencionar.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no tenia potencia.. y difícil graduar la temperatura del grifo de la ducha...el agua salía muy caliente... intente e intente y no se pudo graduar a mas fría.
• juanca_lb (9/5): Buena ubicación en Medellín - La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, con muchas opciones gastronómicas cercanas así como facilidad de movilizarse. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, el personal es muy amable. Todo bien. Mi única "queja" es que uno no puede bañarse con agua fría si lo quiere. El sistema calienta automáticamente el agua cuando uno abre la ducha. Además, desde el punto de vista ecológico hay varias mejoras que se podrían hacer: el cambio de los paños diariamente podría ser opcional. El tema del agua caliente también reduciría mucho consumo de energía.

Some higher floor rooms are suite like and recommended for an extended stay.

• hanijkim (6/5): Great value and location; rooms were mediocre. - The hotel's location is great - it's in a cute, safe, walkable part of Medellin called Laureles. Tons of restaurants and shops around - including one right at the base of the hotel. The breakfast was decent (coffee and made-to-order omelets were great) and the breakfast room is nice and airy. The man who brought up our luggage to our room was super nice. The room was pretty quiet and had a great view. But otherwise meh: -There isn't enough lighting at night (the bathroom is dark, the room is dark - they need more lamps) -The floors and walls appear tired and worn (but clean) -The bathroom door doesn't stay open - it springs closed. -The beds are on wheels so they move when you sit on them. -The blackout blinds leave gaps on each side so that in the morning, slivers of light shine right into your eyes in bed (we fixed it by strategically hanging a long shirt on one of the spokes on the sheer blinds to cover a portion of the gap). -There's no coffee maker in the room -When we were there, they didn't have enough towels... they couldn't provide any extra towels when we asked for another one because they had "run out." When they provided new towels the next day they were damp. -No tissue box in the room - just little, personal-sized tissue pockets -The shower was spacious and the water pressure was great. But what's up with the little plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner and little bars of soap? Please get with the times and get large bottles of soap / shampoo that are refillable. -The value was good for what we paid.

The staff tries to resolve the many issues of this hotel Well lets start with the internet, although they know that there were doing changes in the network. No one tells you anything, only if you complain. There is not router in the room, so the lady came to install it, it did not work and left the room before it did. Very disappointing this hotel.How is possible got so many stars. Beside you need to ask for everything to be provided, there was not iron, there were not clothing hangers. And none of the three phone of the room worked. So if yoy need something you need to come down to reception to get it.

La 70 is also not too far away if you're looking for a fun night out. Loved invigorating morning walks in the quiet and nice neighborhood around the hotel. It felt it was a great spot from where to explore the Laureles neighborhood Breakfast options were very limited and quality was not that great, but you have to keep in mind its not a top end hotel, so you can't be expecting great culinary experiences. I thought it was decent enough for what you're paying and if you prefer something different there were a few great breakfast spots within walking distance
