• James (8/5): Overall, my stay was enjoyable, with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and a convenient location. - The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. My room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. While the hotel had some positive aspects, several issues made the overall experience disappointing. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, could have been improved, as certain areas appeared to be overlooked. Noise from neighboring rooms and hallways was noticeable at times, making it difficult to fully relax.

• Nathan (7/5): - The property was nice and clean. The only main draw back is that you have to deal with going thru security every time you go into the casino. Sometimes they check your ID and sometimes they don’t. They could definitely find a better system for this.

Since we were here during the week, a lot of things we would have liked to do were closed. Understandable since it was not crowded at all.

• Tammy (10/5): Our stay at Mohegan is always absolute perfection!! - We having been traveling to Mohegan for the past several years on Christmas day. Are children are grown, so we spend a bit of time with them and the grands and then head off to Mohegan for our Merry Christmas to one another. My husband and I both always look forward to our time there, the accommodations are always perfect, no matter where we choose to eat, it is superb ( Our favorite is Molly O'Sheas) and we just have so very much fun playing the slots. Thank you for always being great ! Not one thing.

They don't have enough help at check in on a Friday & it wasn't as nice as the location in CT. A little run down & the smell of smoke throughout the casino was gross.
