• Ivett (9/5): - A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, nagyon egyszerű volt a check-in és a check-out is. Bár nem használtuk ki az edzőterem lehetőségeit, de igényes gépekkel volt berendezve. Az ételek is finomak voltak a bisztróban. Túl kicsi a szoba, bár ha valaki csak átutazóban van és 1 éjszakát szállna meg, teljesen rendben van. Én a 4 csillaghoz képest kicsit többet vártam volna el. Reggeli az nagyon alap svédasztalos volt. A matrac nagyon puha volt.

• Veronica (10/5): Clean and great space to relax after long driving. Breakfast buffet was a great treat! - Hot tub and sauna were a great addition! Place was clean and breakfast buffet was well stocked and staff was quick to refill trays. Wish we could’ve stayed longer Only downside was the curtains in the bedroom did not cover entire window. Visiting in the summer time, the sun shined through quite a lot. (I forgot to bring my eye mask to help sleep). Unfortunately during our visit, the second sauna was not working, but no big deal as we were able to share with some locals

• Andrej (8/5): Perfektná lokalita pre pozorovanie polárnej žiary - Pekný hotel, všetky izby na prízemí. Asi 200 metrov za hotelom sa nachádza perfektné miesto pre pozorovanie polárnej žiary bez pouličných lámp a teda s menším svetelným smogom. Potešil nás v noci otvorený bar, takže sme sa mohli po pozorovaní ísť zohriať na čaj. Personál kuchyne počas raňajok absolútne nezvládal situáciu. Chýbali príbory, hrnčeky na čaj/kávu a na stoloch sa hromadili nezozbierané použité taniere. V požiadavkách sme vopred uviedli, že potrebujeme na raňajky bezlepkové pečivo (celiakia) - to sme dostali, avšak bolo kompletne zamrznuté a personál nám odporučil, aby sme použili toastovač - tam kde sa toastuje bežné, lepkové pečivo.

• Heidy (9/5): Hotel con encanto y excelente desayuno - Es un hotel muy confortable. Las instalaciones son bonitas y modernas. El hotel cuenta con dos jacuzzis y saunas de uso para sus huespedes. El desayuno es muy bueno, el personal amable. Estando en el jacuzzi logramos ver las auroras boreales , lo cual fue mágico!! Sin duda volvería.

• dancD8807YT (4/5): Disappointing - We were really looking forward to our stay here having been recommended by friends who stayed a couple of years ago. Sadly however, this stay hasn’t been great. I had messaged the hotel about a month before we arrived because I ways planning to propose and had asked if the hotel could arrange some chocolates and champagne etc for the room. They never got back to me so I asked when I arrived, which was hard as I I needed to do it in secret. They thought at first I wanted it for free and seemed quite put out, I said I’m happy to pay etc just couldn’t sort it myself. After the proposal I asked for the drink to be dropped off. After that, there was no congratulations from any of the staff or even a message on the bed etc. The facilities were also past their best, with the two hot tubs not being up to temperature all week and the saunas also being cold unless you huddled around the heater. The breakfast was sub par, there were items missing after 0900 never to be replaced so unless you got there very early, hard if you’re up chasing the aurora most of the night. You had to make do cold with odds and ends. All in all a really disappointing stay.

A good location for exploring the southern area without going to far from Reykjavik. Excellent rooms, bar and social spaces, plus a good quality restaurant. Was there primarily for the aurora experience which was good on both nights of the stay and the telephone warning system worked well.

The hotel rooms were spacious and great comfortable mattresses. There was a lounge area that had windows surrounding for views and relaxation. Shower was small and door easily let the water out onto the bathroom floors.
• Wendy (3/5): Overpriced and Not Worth It! - 24 hour staff, can do late check in, breakfast was good Bathroom smelled like urine, two small rips in the sheet that we slept on, very small room where we had to move a chair to get into bed, window overlooked parking lot so it was loud. I’m a thin, petite female and I felt claustrophobic in the shower. Way overpriced for what is offered!

Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. La colazione varia e di buona qualità. Consigliato per chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e senza pensieri. Nulla tutto ottimo

• FULVIO (7/5): Punto di appoggio dalle poche pretese - Stanza piccola. La piscina con acqua non funzionante e delle due saune solo una era attiva, ma non particolarmente manutenute con spifferi di aria fredda e assi di legno rotte. Colazione non sufficiente, poca offerta di prodotti dolci e la qualità di quanto offerta era medio/bassa. Il prezzo non vale il soggiorno avuto.
• Trausti Már (3/5): - I called before I booked to check if the restaurants and hot tubs and sauna was available. When I arrived the bistro was only open not the italian place wich we had planned on eating at. This was frustrating. Then the recptionist informed us that the hot tubs were out of order so another dissapointment. Specially since I called a head to double check that it was open. I did book a superior room but got a standard. It was also like the walls were made out of paper and when people walked past the room it sounded like people were walking inside the room. Over all would not recomend.

The room is cozy (and the bed is on the smaller side too), but it’s super clean and even has a handy kettle for making hot drinks—just what you need after a night out under the stars! 🌌

• Karen (9/5): - The place is very well located for day trips around the south of Iceland. The hotel has everything you could need, including a restaurant, bar, 2 hot tubs and sauna. The breakfast buffet is basic but more than enough to start your day (eggs, ham, cheese, bacon, bread, some fruit, etc.). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall a good quality/price ratio! Not a big deal but there is no available food, or snacks, after 21h. They could add a vending machine or some basic sandwiches :)

Bathroom was so small that shower stall folds to wall so you can turn around. Sauna and hot tub were not warm enough.
