- HAEMI (10/5): - We stayed at this accommodation before heading to Switzerland from Malpensa. The location was perfect, as it was right in front of the station and very convenient. The room was clean, and all the staff were very kind. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the owner seemed to genuinely care for the guests and treated us very warmly. It was a wonderful place to start our trip.

- tea_barry (10/5): - The hotel is small, clean and in an excellent location- right in front of the train stop (which is about 15-20 minutes ride to Malpensa airport). We used it for an overnight stay between flights and it was a perfect experience. First, the room was very clean, nice and had all necessities. Staff was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. We went for a dinner and found a wonderful pizzeria about 5 minute walk from the hotel. The area is safe and 5 minute walk to the small city center. Highly recommend the hotel in case you need to rest between flights.

L’hotel, pur non essendo particolarmente moderno, è accogliente e dotato dei principali comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente la gestione: la signora che ci ha accolto è stata super gentile, professionale e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Più attenzione alla pulizia delle camere

All the staff were great, having a manned reception 24/7 was reassuring when I arrived late and left early for a flight. The staff was very nice. Liked that the reception is open 24/7 and loved the vending machine on the 3rd floor. Would have loved breakfast time to be extended at least until 10:00. It would have been great if the rooms had a fridge and if the televisions were connected to a wifi.

The location was a bit sketchy as it was right next to train station but the security is good and you can park your car across the road for free at night. Room was basic and breakfast was good.
