• Fereshteh (2/5): Horrible - I am not happy the room I read information the website , write ( the air conditioner has working) but my room didn’t working and not to lower the temperature of the air conditioner.
• Dmytro (2/5): - Несмотря на то, что цена не велика, но ваш отдых может быть испорчен неработающим кондиционером, отдаленностью от центра, старым жильём, комарами. Не рекомендую. Не понравилось. Опишу детальнее: Во-первых, инструкции по заселению были предоставлены после того как мы прибыли на место. Пришлось специально уточнять порядок заселения и ждать. Во-вторых, кондиционер не включается при помощи пульта. В 11 вечера мы обратились к администратору с жалобой по этому поводу и каким-то чудесным образом в 3 часа ночи кондиционер включился на пару часов. На второй день было тоже самое. Без кондиционера в такую жару находиться в помещении находиться очень тяжело, а спать тес более, так как единственное окно выходит на оживленную дорогу, которая очень шумная даже ночью. Кроме того, сетка от комаров и мошек дырявая, мы были очень сильно покусаны. В третьих, вечером добраться на автобусе из центра проблематично, поскольку автобусы не всегда по графику ходят. Интервалы могут достигать 30-40 минут.

The room was too hot and there was no airflow from the window. “Breakfast” is packaged pastries and crackers. Nothing substantial. Everything could use an update.

• Laura (8/5): - La verdad es que pasamos solo una noche allí, pero el alojamiento estaba muy bien para pasar más días, tenía cocina y desayuno incluido. La cama era enorme, podrían caber hasta 3 personas, nosotras éramos dos y no nos tocábamos. Nos proporcionó toallas y en los baños había gel. Tuvimos un imprevisto al entrar ya que la llave no se encontraba donde decía el dueño pero enseguida vino y nos ayudó, incluso siendo las 12 de la noche.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap but for a reason - I was in room #5: The pro: - it's CHEAP. Like only slightly more expensive than a decent hostel dorm bed. You can't take that out of context given the rest of this review. The cons: - the towel I was given was damp (might have been washed though) - the bed smells like sweat - the bed had crumbs on/in it - the communal bathroom can enter my room through a hatch, and my room can see into the communal bathroom through a hole where there used to be a light. This means you can hear everything in the toilet (farting, shaving, flushing etc) - many people in the hotel seem to be migrant labourers, which makes sense as it's cheap temporary accomodation - the "key" to my room doesn't have any teeth on it so I imagine it's not very secure

But by having a remote control, didnt know to which air conditioning would work. However i made a comment about the air conditioning, i suddenly got this text saying thatvit worked, i was rude about because i didnt not ask! How can someone judge a guest by that!! So the hospitality wadnt vety welcoming! Most of the time there was no-one there to ask anything! So never again!😐

• RaulB (8/5): - La verdad el lugar estaba bien, la seguridad no tanto, eran puertas de madera muy vieja con un cerrojo, sumando de que se compartía baño y la gente no es que sea muy considerada con los demás, ya que no tiraban de la cadena y demás( todos problemas de convivencia) por otra parte ninguno de los propietarios estaba en la casa o en el hostal, se notaba mucha dejadez con la limpieza y no estaba todo limpio. Para solo dormir esta bien.

• Khurshid (2/5): - Wir sind nach dem Einchecken sofort damit angefangen, anderes Hotel zu suchen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und voll Ameisen. Die Küche war voll mit Fliegen, nicht hygienisch. Vor Ort gab es niemanden anzusprechen. Ich würde es niemanden empfehlen.
• Cristian (2/5): - Te ponen fotos bonitas de habitaciones impecables y cuando llegas no es la misma es otra sucia con un olor insoportable las sábanas sucias menos mal q dormimos sobre las toallas no está desinfectada me picaron unos bichos por la noche al estar tan sucio se esconderian bajo la cama y para colmo te cobran 15 euros más por retrasarte 10min fatal en mi vida eh visto un alojamiento tan malo

• Herve (2/5): - Terrible place, hygiene very poor, room stuffy and smelly as mentioned on Google comments already, maybe bugs, management rude. Place is far from everything with poor transportation if you don’t have a car.
• Jade (6/5): - The host was brilliant, welcoming and helpful. We wasn’t expecting to be sharing a bathroom with other guests but it was ok. The area is quite expensive to get to/from via taxi so your best bet is to buy bus tickets from the train station/tobacco shops. There was a selection of grab and go breakfast snacks for us if we needed them. Air con was abit temperamental but worked in the end. All in all not a bad stay for the price and a good budget option if you’re staying in Pisa for a couple days like we did

• solange (4/5): - Limpeza muito boa. Localização ruim, porém tem ponto de ônibus na porta, isso ajuda. Por ser uma cidade pequena compensa ficar mais perto do centro pra evitar o transporte. O anfitrião é bem rude, com assistência quase zero. Enfim, não gostei. Acho q se tivesse pego outro local mesmo que mais caro teria feito mais vantagem.

Letto comodo cuscini inesistenti, temperatura standard a "20°" , puzza di chiuso e muri sporchi ( muffa , insetti schiacciati e polvere fossilizzata 😅) Bagni!! Ne sono due con vasca ( ma non ti puoi fare il bagno solo doccia) , per la pulizia hai tutti i detersivi ma conviene che pulite voi perché igiene zero! ( Scarico non funziona bene e doccia esce poca acqua) Personale inesistente, fatica a contattarli , ritardo per il check-in ( perché hanno varie strutture e un solo ragazzo " cosi dicono") Lato positivo: ti danno le chiavi in mano e sei libero con gli orari !. Prezzo 70€ per due notti conveniente fino ad un certo punto ! Ps. Un messaggio di saluti a fine soggiorno sarebbe stato gradito ( perché fate vedere il vostro interesse nei confronti del cliente) , ma è solo un nostro punto di vista . Comunque buon proseguimento!!

But in reality it was a little dirty and it smelled like it had always been closed, something that I didn’t like. Our room was near the kitchen so if someone cooked the smell entered in the room. The b&b is an old establishment, so we heard every noise. One night (3/4am) a lady forgot her keys inside and she rang the bell persistently and knocked on the door equally. The 2 bathrooms weren’t clean enough in my opinion. The ladies that work there arrive at 8 am, they do a lot of rumors and they just watch the phone. The kitchen isn’t separated from the owner’s office. I didn’t like it.

• Marcin (8/5): Nice hosts - Good for the price, very well equipped and nice hosts. There was intense smell of damp throughout B&B - mainly bathroom and bedroom. Room was cold at night. Very nice area and only 15mins walk to town. Would recommend for a weekend away in Pisa. Thanks.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Myself and my wife arrived around 10pm and Simone was able to pick us up from the train station. When we arrived he explained everything about breakfast, the bathrooms, and the apartment itself. He gave us information on the best way for us to get around Pisa and what we should do during our stay. When we were leaving Pisa, we left our bags at the B&B so that we could tour Pisa without carrying extra weight. Our bags were delivered to us at the train station. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with no problems and I want to thank Simone and his family for their hospitality and generosity.
• Jetty (8/5): Cosy and friendly - It is comfortable despite the bathrooms being shared. The communal kitchen means we got to meet the other guests. Parking is easy.
• Fariba (10/5): Nice B&B in the beautiful Pisa - Simone is very nice and helpful! Even though we didn't stay there long but he made sure everything was arranged correctly.
