• Lyman (2/5): Skip staying here - Clear that the cleaning staff did the best with what they had Old falling apart. Room had obvious damage from age and previous guests. I booked a queen and the room had a full size bed. Also no human at check in. A virtual check in kiosk.
• Martha (1/5): - Nothing, horrible experience! This was the worst experience ever. I've stayed he a couple of times in the past. I booked for my son and his family. They accommodated my request to change check in day and late check in. Unfortunately, when they arrived they were told the reservation was canceled because they didn't show up. They were notified multiple times they would be arriving late because it was a long drive from San Diego, they assured me it was not a problem. They were told they had a room available (the one they canceled) but it would be more money. At this point they don't have an option but to pay since it's the middle of the night and they have my 6 year old grandson. I called to speak to someone and was told it's their policy to cancel if they don't show, even when they had been notified they would arrive late. We called an hour or so before they arrived and they said not to worry. Which is why I don't understand why they would cancel without calling. They said they did but no calls were received. I mentioned we called minutes before they arrived but no one answered. Her response was she was busy checking walk in customers and couldn't answer. So she was too busy to answer and was with customer but had the time to cancel the reservation? The difference in cost was significant, $88. Unbelievable that we had to pay walk in price with an active reservation. The reservation was never cancelled on booking.com. At time of their arrival it continued to show confirmed. It now shows as completed, when it never was, never shows as cancelled. I have reached out to booking.com since dealing with mylo hotel directly was useless. I will never stay here again nor recommend anyone to this place.

• Wallace (3/5): Beds were very hard. Don't waste your money on this hotel - This place charged more than laquinta inn. No breakfast offered at mylo Inn. The microwave in my room was broken and blowed sparks when I tried to heat up my coffee. Also the ai computer that took my deposit charged me 2 times for my deposit. Overall I was very disappointed with this place. Offering a breakfast.

• Jose (1/5): Pésima elección y no recomendable para ninguna persona - Nada Trato impersonal para la atención al cliente. No hay control de calidad. Sus cojines son un asco de sucios. La cafetera no funciona. Permiten que los consumidores de drogas utilicen sus habitaciones para fumar y tener encendida la TV toda la noche. La habitación no tenía piso, las cortinas no sirven para nada, no ponen jabón ni shampoo en la bañera. La puerta no se podía cerrar con el lock, con gente fumando marijuana al lado y estando a la orilla de la calle nos sentimos inseguros todo el tiempo. No deberían tener ni una estrella. Nunca regresaremos!

• Washington (10/5): - I really enjoyed the new kiosk it was amazing how quickly we got checked in. We talked through the computer screen slid my card showed my identity on the glass seen and signed my signature and then my room key was printed and that fast I got my rest on . Unbelievably satisfied with this STAY thank you Mylo . All hands down your one of the best place to stay in the bay. I be sure to everyone how wonderful your place is. Surely u will have more customers coming ur way . #0 "TEAM MYLO 4 $ho" Mylo Hotel is that # in the beginning of número uno ! Three thumbs up. • Rebecca (3/5): - The parking was an extra $12 then you had a certain spot they assigned you when I left for a little while and came back. My spot was taken, and they told me to take another spot.. I asked to be on the bottom floor. They assured me I was when I had two huge suitcases. I had to carry up a flight of stairs not happy.

• Sherri (8/5): - Very affordable for the area, quiet clean, nice people at the desk, walking distance to the Cow Palace and to the 7 Mile restaurant which has amazing phillapeno food and fun atmosphere. You have to pay for parking but only 10.00
• RUSSELL (6/5): The…”I need to get-away”… Place to-go! - This is a no frills property but it’s a great place to get-away if you’re looking for a place to escape! My room was clean and spacious with a microwave and micro fridge. The only drawback was the fact that my room was next to the Ice machine room.

• Villarreal (1/5): Didn’t like the whole experience - Nice rooms The housekeeper cam in my room without knocking or asking if anyone was in the room when I checked out I told the manager and he didn’t say anything not even acknowledging what I said I booked the room only cause it said no cancellation fee after I booked it a cancellation fee

• RUSSELL (10/5): My “Go-To” Hotel to Escape From Reality - The most important thing to me about the Mylo Hotel is location x 3. Sometimes it helps with my mental health to get away from the home I share with others and luckily the Mylo is a short distance away. I like the fact they are pet friendly too. My KG bedroom includes a sml fridge, microwave oven, WiFi, flat screen, keurig coffee, & shower stall. The only thing that is slightly off beat is that my room is next to the ice machine room so the noise of hotel guests getting ice is a bit annoying but I eventually have tuned out the noise factor. The Mylo Hotel team from the front desk to the house keeping are friendly people who are willing to help me with my questions and need of room supplies. Overall, the Mylo Hotel is a great location for a bit of peace & quiet giving me some comfort while I’m there to relax and have a nice evening.

The presence of environmental factors, specifically the odor of weeding emanating from the adjacent room and the street, resulted in adverse effects. These conditions led to headaches and sleep disturbances for all individuals involved.
