- Erika (5/5): We couldn’t be comfortable in the room. Staff needs to pay closer attention to detail when cleaning. - Location was great we have been staying there for years. Location was great we have been staying there for years. Unfortunately this last stay our first room we got set up with as not clean. Toenails on the floor hair in the bathroom and did not looked like it was cleaned. Wine corkscrew on the floor. It didn’t look clean rather than touched up. Front desk moved us to a room down the hall. It appeared clean. Until our baby found wrappers to feminine products and old candy. We also found Pubic hair all along the tub and toilet. There were food crumbs all along the bed.

- Jessica (1/5): Poor - We had no water at all for the first 36 hours of our stay , hot water only for one day of our 3 day stay & given we were bringing a baby home from the hospital this made things incredibly hard . There was also no pots / pans / kettle to boil water - I had to ask staff repeatedly . The water was again shut off completely (no flushing toilets /taps/ showers ) for the last day of our stay so there were no showers etc able to be had before we got on the road .

- Kristen (5/5): Probably will not stay again unless it is for a short period of time. - The hotel itself was gorgeous. The room was nice and clean and we felt very much at home. For as much money as it cost to stay here, the elevator was down most of the time. There were only two rooms that had one washer and dryer each. One was occupied most of the time and the one on the third floor did not have a cover on it. It cost way too much money to stay here. Do not be able to have a working washer and dryer accessible. You should not have to go to a laundromat when you stay in $1200 a week hotel.

Our original room was directly over a meeting room hosting an anniversary party. We could hear the music so the staff kindly and immediately changed our room. Must be a great manager because that kind of smiles and service comes from the top.

It was a little off the interstate and not much for restaurants. Given all the sports areas around, it is likely used by soccer and baseball teams a lot.

Frayed and dirty carpet and sticky floors. Torn fabric on the sofa. The towel bars by the kitchen and bath had been removed. The smell is not pleasant, like a mildew bath curtain or cheap cleaner. Housekeeping came to re mop which helped in the kitchen. Furniture was rusted or broken. Breakfast was OK at best. Actually had the room that was on the review when I finally read it.

- Albert (2/5): Horrible Stay - The hotel was kind enough to let us check-in at 2pm. Very appreciative of that. They put us in a hearing impaired room first off, which was not request. We did bring our little fur baby with us on this trip. So entering our room there was a funny odor that was overwhelming. It smelt musky and like pet urine in some areas of the room that had not been cleaned at all. Mostly the corners of the room had that strong nasty smell. The toliet seat had not been cleaned well and had some brown residue on the front of it and the seat itself was very loose and coming off. My husband was nice enough to fix it for me. The corners of the bathroom had this dark orangish color along with dirt and some human hairs. There was smeared stains all along the bottom portion of the walls left of the toliet that had not been cleaned either. The bathtub had green soap scum all along the faucet, which was so disgusting. The corners of the shower wall had a good size gap that was not filled with any caulking. The bathroom was in horrendous shape. So later in the evening we go to pull out the hide-a-bed couch and the couch is broken from the hinge. At this point I am so frustrated with the quality of this room I had my husband call down to the front desk and let them know that the couch was broken from the hinges so they didn’t think that we had damaged it. For what we paid for the room for 1 night was not at all worth it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They said the hotel was full so another room was not an option.

We were there for 8 nights and had to ask to get bed changed and trash removed . Will never stay here again

- Oscar (8/5): - The only thing i would recommend iis a slip pad for the shower. Our shower was very slippery. Also we asked for an exrtra towel and a plunger because the toilet was clogged when we got in. Welll they made us go to the front to get them. Even motel 6 brings them to your room. And we had to unclog the toilet ourselves. We also had a shampoo and conditioner that were empty. I did not want to ask for refills because I didn't want to have to go get them myself . I was done after all that, and we checked in late, around 10pm so we were tired.
- Scenic215439 (8/5): Good, solid, pleasant, clean place - All one could want for an overnight stay while traveling. The suite was clean, cozy, and quiet. Good firm bed for sleeping. Cable TV work and we caught a wonderful comedy. Bathroom shower, sink and toilet were all clean and functional work reliably warm water. While all these should be taken for granted one would think, there were Hilton properties we stayed during this trip that didn't meet those bars. We truly appreciated the kitchen that let us put together a simple Christmas-night meal when, we imaged, just about every good restaurant in Midland would be closed. If in Midland again, this is where I'd stay.

- Lisa (8/5): - The hotel staff was great! It was over Christmas and everyone was very friendly and in the spirit. This hotel is in an oilfield town, so the facilities do get a lot of wear and tear. The bed was very comfortable, but the sofa could use cleaning or replacement. The kitchen. Had everything we needed and the daily breakfast was good. My only complaint was the $7/night parking fee that was not disclosed on Expedia’s site. I’ve never paid for parking and I’ve stayed at several hotels in this area. The parking fee would be enough for me to not stay here again.

- mwU7205LM (2/5): Stay away from this hotel - This dirty, unkempt, and poorly managed hotel lives down to the horrible reputation of its owner, Hilton Hotels. The lobby and breakfast area are uninviting and cold; likewise the room which has the add features of badly frayed carpet, furniture so damaged it appears a hard-partying rock star was the previous occupant, and a couch in need of a hazmat unit. A surly check-in clerk was made up for by a charming and cherry staffer at checkout. She deserves to work at a better hotel.
- murphy469 (4/5): In need of a DEEP clean and maintenance overhaul - Our first room smelled of vomit and wet dog, and the carpet was torn throughout with what seemed to be dog scratches. When my son opened the sofa bed, the linens were still there from the previous guests and were stained with blood. As a Hilton Diamond member, I would have expected at minimum a clean room. We were given another room which fortunately didn’t smell of vomit, but the fan on the temp controls wouldn’t shut off. It was an incredibly poor experience at this hotel. We’ve usually had good experiences with Homewood Suites, but this was definitely an exception. In fact, it was the worst Hilton brand hotel experience we’ve ever had.

- Amelia (10/5): Great stay!!! - Definitely one of the best hotels in Midland that we have stayed in. We were greeted right away with check-in being quick and easy. The hotel itself was very clean and the beds were so comfortable it made it hard to get up. Although we were there for a short time and didn't get to enjoy, there was a beautiful patio area and basketball court our boys would have loved! Pool and fitness center looked great as well! We will definitely be booking here again!

- Alexandra (2/5): - Blood stains in the room. On the side of the bed and on the bathroom wall, with toothpaste smeared on the couch and other random dirt throughout the room. Loud banging above us all night. Called the front desk 3-4 times to ask for help and no one answered. Went to the front desk and no one was there until someone one arrived a few minutes later. She was sassy and not the most polite, considering how frustrated we were and she would not put us in another room. Inexpensive stay, but don’t recommend with the terrible customer service and lack of cleaning services.

- Vanessa (6/5): - The hotel is in great condition given the fact that Midland/Odessa is pretty busy. Room was very well cleaned and updated. Breakfast: potatoes weren’t cooked throughly and cold. Oatmeal was cold, would recommend investing in another waffle maker-was a long line if you wanted to make a waffle. Pool temperature was too cold! Towels smelled odd. But overall staff was friendly, hotel was properly managed and maintained. I would stay here again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - I go to Midland every few months. This was the WORST experience we have ever had. I was SHOCKED that this is a Hilton property. When we arrived, we were kept waiting by a single person at the front desk who couldn’t check in the people ahead of us. While he searched through the computer, he couldn’t tell which rooms were clean, empty, or being used. He ended up leaving all of us standing there while he went to check the rooms himself (not a single other staff member to go check the rooms, or help those of us waiting. When he got back- he knew which room he could use, but the computer wouldn’t let him check them in. We have still not even been acknowledged. When he got to us, he couldn’t tell us which of our two rooms was suite style and which was not. He then insinuated that it was our fault due to how we made the reservation. This morning we got to breakfast at 8:15. The trash can (only one) was overflowing, there were no eggs (empty, dirty steam pans), no butter, no milk, no cream cheese. Plain bagels and white bread with peanut butter, cold cereal, waffle batter and a SINGLE sausage patty. I assumed there was only one person working until we heard the laughing and joking from the kitchen. We asked if there would be more food and were told they were working on more eggs. Twenty minutes later we had finished our coffee, took the paper cups with us to throw away outside and never got any warm food. We will be returning to a non-Hilton chain from now on.
