- Verified traveler (2/5): - 暖房が壊れていた。シャワーヘッドが取れて落ちた。気温マイナス10度とかの日に、少ししか出ないお湯がシャンプーの途中から水になって、氷水で全身をすすいだ。鍵の立て付けが悪いのか、鍵がスムーズにかからない。2月のウラジオストックなのに掛け布団が綿のもので薄くてペラペラで寒い。物凄く広い部屋で二人宿泊と間違えていたので、一人宿泊に変えてくださいと事前にメールしたが、ダメだと言われ、二人分払った。コンフォート何とかルームに泊まった。 あんまり酷すぎて、かえって可笑しくなって笑えた。 サバイバルゲームみたいだった。 2日泊まって14000円強。朝食なし。笑笑 また泊まりますかと聞かれたら、泊まりたい！ まさにロシアのホテル！あり得ない事を経験したい方は 泊まってみてください。 お部屋はアンティークでとっても素敵な外観と内装。

- Yuto (8/5): 4泊5日 友人と宿泊 - 2月に4泊5日で利用しました。 部屋は広く、快適に利用することができました。 何も言わずとも勝手に部屋をクリーニングしてくれてとても良かったのですが、 トイレは紙が流せず使用した紙を捨てるゴミ箱も蓋が付いていないので少し臭いがキツかったです。

- kenken (8/5): - 他の予約サイトもほぼ同じ写真（ホテル外観等）を使っているようですが、この写真の外観をイメージしてホテルを探すと所在地の近くまで来ても直ぐに見つけられず戸惑う方が多いのではないかと思います。ホテル自体は写真の通りヨーロッパ調の可愛いデザインのホテルですが、所在地に建つ大きな建物の中庭（？）のようなところにありますので、通りからは建物自体が見えません。私も事前にGoogle Earthで事前検索したのですが、Google Earth上ではこの写真の建物を見つけられず当日も少し戸惑いました。設備及び備品に関しては他のホテルでもよくあるペットボトルのミネラルウオーターサービスは無く代わりに廊下にウオーターサーバーが設置されていました。歯ブラシや櫛等も無くアメニティ関連がもう少し充実していればと思った事と、シャワールームが特殊な設備で使用する際に少し戸惑いましたので、事前にスタッフの方に使い方を確認しておくことをお薦めします。11月中旬の宿泊で最低気温は既に氷点下を下回っていましたが、室内は暖かくエアコンで暖気しなくても快適に過ごせました。ホテルスタッフはチェックイン時もチェックアウト時もとても親切で当たり前と言えばそれまでですが、早朝のチェックアウトも快く対応頂きとても好感が持てました。近くにコンビニと惣菜等を品揃えしているミニスーパーのような商業施設もありますので便利かと思います。夜9時位の買物でしたが治安も問題なく感じました。朝食は別館となりますのでホテル内での移動に効率の悪さは感じましたが、この価格で豊富とまではいかないもののそれなりの品揃えとなっていましたので個人的には総合的に見てコスパのいいホテルではないかと思います。
- ve ra (8/5): - 리셉션에 있던 직원들은 별로 친절하지 않았습니다. 기본적인 서비스 정신은 없는것처럼 보였습니다. 엘리베이터가 없이 짐을 셀프로 들고 나르는데도 문조차 잡아주지 않던 첫인상이 그리 좋지 않아요. 방은 따듯하지는 않았으나 그렇다고 춥지도 않고 딱 적당했어요. 2박동안 조식은 1번 먹었고, 먹을게 없어서 2번째날은 먹지 않았어요. 매우 별로였어요. 방을 보고 예약한거라서 큰 불만없이 잘 쉬다

- R (10/5): - 다들 말씀하신대로 로비의 고양이가 너무 귀여워요 ㅋㅋ 이름이 부샤인거같더라고요. 직원분 영어 잘하시고, 영어는 간단한 것만 알아듣고 러시아어는 하나도 모르는 저도 쉽게 체크인, 체크아웃 할 수 있을 정도로 의사소통에는 문제가 없었습니다. 숙소 평을 보면 온수 잘 안나온다는 분들이 많은데, 러시아 호텔들은 뜨거운물을 일정 양 받아두었다가 쓰는 식이라 물을 많이 쓰면 온수가 안나올 수 있어요. 여러명이 간다면 한명은 저녁에 씻고 한명은 아침에 씻고 하는 식으로 이용하시면 따뜻하게 사용하실 수 있습니다. 샤워부스는 생각보다 좁지 않았구요. 수압도 잘 나왔습니다. 와이파이가 약하긴한데 인터넷이나 sns이용하는 데는 문제 없고, 사진을 업로드 할 때는 좀 느려서 LTE 썼습니다. 호텔은 첫날엔 추웠는데 둘째날부터는 따뜻하더라고요. 나가실때 히터 끄지말고 계속 틀어두고 가시는 거 추천드립니다. 무엇보다 이 호텔 위치가 정말 최고에요^^ 아르바트 모든 곳을 걸어서 다니실 수 있습니다 ㅋㅋ 숙소로 돌아오는 길이 오르막길이라 조~금 힘들수는 있는데, 운동부족인 저도 잘 다닐정도로 크게 무리는 없었습니다. 다음에 또 블라디보스톡 오면 여기 묵고싶네요^^

- YUNJI (2/5): - 블라디보스톡 다른숙소들에 비해 넓어서 선택하게되었는데 딱 그거뿐이었네요 화장실 문이 안닫혀서 이용하는 내내 불편했고 난방을 해주는듯하나 자는데 조금 추웠네요 냉장고에는 기본적인 물도없네요 거실쪽에 정수기가 있는데 물맛이 뭔가 이상했어요 조식은 왠만하면 신청하지않으시길 바랍니다 먹을게 없네요 하루 먹어보고 다 패스했습니다 그리고 무엇보다 수건 더럽게 썼다고 체크아웃 하는데 900루블을 요구하더군요 가기전에도 후기로 보긴했지만 설마설마 했는데 매일매일 청소하시면서 객실마다 더러운 수건을 찾아서 모아두시는건지 어떤봉지에서 꺼내서 더럽게 썻다면서 추가비용을 요구하시더군요 말이 안통해서 뭐라 말도 못하고 항의하는 제스처를 하니 책자를 펼치면서 다 나와있다고 보여주시네요 그냥 두말하기싫어 돈내고 나왔습니다 다음에 간다면 절대 이용하지않을것 같네요

- HANA (8/5): 저는 좋은 숙소였어요 ;) - 초등학생 딸아이와 함께 한 여행이엿습니다. 아이와 지내기에 더할나위없이 좋았습니다. 시설도 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있고, 청결했습니다. 목욕시 샤워부스안 샤워기수압은 워낙 후기가 약하다는 글이 있어서 감안해서 인지, 사용할만 했습니다. 10월중하순 여행길이라 난방이 되지 않는 컨디션이라기에 1인용 전기매트를 침대 가운데 두고 잤는데 딱 좋았습니다. 위치적으로도, 호텔 도로를 따라 쭉 내려가면 아르바트거리가 있고, 또 내려가면 혁명광장이 나오고~ 다니기 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 굉장히 친절했어서 소통의 문제나 어려움없이 번역앱으로도 충분했구요, 마지막날 택시를 불러 달라는 요청에도 신속히 처리해주셨어요~ 입구 굴을 들어가고 나올때 계시는 경비아저씨가 있어 인사를 나눴구요, 딸아이와의 여행길이였지만, 안전하다는 생각을 갖을수 있었습니다. 호텔안 검은고양이도 너무 예뻤어요! 조식 먹으러 가는것도 어렵지 않았구요, 음식은 쏘쏘~ 커피와 빵 과일 정도는 먹을만 했어요~

- Oh (8/5): 블라디보스톡에서는 전반적으로 좋은 호텔 - 호텔이 다른 블라디보스톡 호텔들에 비해 위치적으로 조금 위쪽에 있어도, 아르바트 거리도 다른 중심가도 전부 걸어서 5~10분 안에 해결됩니다. 일단, 너무 관광객 북적이는 곳도 아니고 분위기도 좋고 예뻐요.. 다만, 저희랑 같이 간 친구 부부는 저희랑 똑같이 돈 냈는데 더 좋은 방 주고 저희는 좀 더 후진 방 줬다는...ㅠㅠ... 고의는.. 아니셨겠지만, 그거 아쉬운 건 빼고 나머진 괜찮았어요. 가성비 좋고 편합니다. 다만.., 옆방 소음이 너무 잘 들려요...

- RINA (10/5): 外見◎、立地◎、女子旅にぴったり - 確かに大通りに面した入口はゲートになっていて、入りにくい雰囲気ではありましたがゲートに英語で名前が書いてあるのでそこまで迷いませんでした。 チェックイン後、階段の多い部屋まで男性の方がキャリーを運んでくれて助かりました。 部屋は一人でも十分広い部屋でした。ポットあり、ドライヤーあり、アメニティあり。 ただ、窓がない部屋だったので薄暗く、シャワーはお湯が不安定で急に熱くなったり冷たくなったりして快適とは言えませんでした。。 17時頃に部屋で休んでいたらベッドメイク来て掃除を始めたので、掃除の時間はまちまちなのかと思います。 Wi－Fiは場所によって繋がったり繋がらなかったりしました。 アパートホテルなので部屋の鍵はただの鍵ですが、建物に入る前にタッチ式の鍵があり、セキュリティは二重となっていて安心できました。 朝食はホテル隣の建物でおいしかったです。コーヒーはぬるかったです。 内装も外見も可愛く、立地も良く、女子旅にぴったりだと思います！

- TateZen (2/5): Don't expect refunds when promised - Greediness of the hotel management ruined my overall impression. I had to check out one day earlier due to medical reasons and they promised a refund and then refused it. Checking in was stressful, especially after 9 h flight. I had to wait in the lobby for hours only to be woken up as soon as I fell asleep by a cleaning lady who barged into my room when I was asleep. The shower was across the hall and the water was dripping either too hot or too cold. In spite of all this the greediness of the hotel manager prevents me from returning and recommending it to colleagues. Promised refund and then changed their mind! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as the management lacks integrity and is dishonest.
- Tate (2/5): Refused one night refund after promising it - I had to check out one day earlier due to medical reasons and the hotel manager agreed to a refund. Yet, when hotels.com contacted Siberian compound ,the hotel refused. Bad business not honoring promises. Checking in was stressful as the room was not ready even though I arrived after a 9h flight. Then, the cleaning lady walked into my room when I was asleep. Greediness of the hotel manager ruined the relationship and further stay.
- AJ (10/5): Clean, Spacious Hotel Close to City Center - Spacious rooms, friendly staff and good location! The room was on the second floor without elevators (quite normal for Vladivostok) but a staff member helped carry our bags upstairs when we arrived. We had a small issue with our shower, but they fixed it right away when we notified them. It was a really good value hotel and I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Vladivostok.

- Leopard154 (6/5): OK, but I would go elsewhere next time - Good location, friendly staff. The internet works very well. Breakfast is ok, but not more than ok. We booked a tour (3 hours Russkyi Island) which was good, with a nice guide. The rest is so-so: one lamp in the bathroom was broken, there was no drinking water in the room (which is not great if you just arrived from Europe). Get a room on the second floor, because you will hear footsteps above you if you are in a room on the first floor. Room #8: if you have a walking disability, it would be difficult to get out of the shower safely, because you need to take a big step down.
- MarcMcE (8/5): A Good Value - I was even a bit surprised by how nice it was. Very clean, daily bedding and towel changing (Rather rare in the affordable hotel world in Russia). It's tucked inside a courtyard, very cosy. We had a nice balcony. The furniture is basic "ikea style" so anyone who wants to feel pampered might come up short, but I was overall impressed. The breakfast was a decent little spread, not amazing, but good enough. A good value.

- ucheang (8/5): Excellent Location, Clean and Warm - Conveniently located right near the city center, just few minutes walk to get to the stores and amazing restaurants. The receptionists do not speak too much English but fairly helpful. Cozy and warm room with very efficient cleaning service. I absolutely enjoyed my stay though please do not expect the fanciness of a chain hotel. I surely will recommend the place to all my friends visiting Vladivostok. *bring your own toothbrush and amenities *equipped with mini fridge, kettle, towels and ask for hairdryer from the front desk

- MatthewABC (10/5): Best service you'll find in Vladivostok! - This hotel is not cheap, but is not expensive either. It's not luxurious, but it is functional and central. We took the most expensive room in the hotel (about £60 a night), which was worth it for the aircon alone. Where the hotel really stands out is the friendly and helpful service: we missed breakfast twice (once because of jet-lag, once because of an early flight) so they provided lunchboxes, the staff ordered taxis, provided candles when the power on the block went out, recommended places to visit etc. Compared to our other experiences with service in Vladivostok, this was welcome. Thank you! Don't miss the friendly cat at reception :)

- James (10/5): Nice and quiet while centrally located - Very nicely located in town, but still secluded and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is at the restaurant next door and was a simple buffet with the standard fare of bleeni, meats, bread, and a few other items. The only downside is that they don't register foreign passports.

- Susan (6/5): Very good location but more of an apartment - The room was very nice, quite well appointed with an excellent bathroom and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, this is really an apartment hotel rather than an hotel, with none of the buzz of an hotel. You have to go outside a couple of doors up the street for breakfast to a restaurant with a surly youth in charge who wasn't happy to make a fresh pot of coffee (the pot was empty) even though it was more than an hour before the end of service. It does have a good location though.
- putneyhouse (8/5): Comfortable, central hotel if a little quirky - The hotel is spread out so after checking in you may have to walk through a courtyard and then up a couple of flights of stairs to find your room. Our room was very comfortable and clean. There was a walk in wardrobe and a massive bathroom which had a high tech shower in one corner, the lavatory in another and the sink in splendid isolation on a wall some ten feet from the shower, there was room to swing an incredibly large cat. The very good breakfast is taken just outside the hotel in a restaurant next door.
