• Rodrigo (10/5): Stellar staff and a super location easily overshadow the busy breakfast and slow internet - Absolutely perfect stay! The location in Salcedo Village is incredibly convenient, putting you right in the heart of Makati with everything you need nearby. But what really made this stay a 10/10 was the staff. They are truly exceptional and go far above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Their hospitality is unmatched. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Manila! The WiFi is on the slower side (only 20 Mbps), which isn't great if you need high speeds. Also, the breakfast restaurant is quite small and gets so crowded during the morning rush that I actually had to share a table with other guests just to have a place to sit.

The room was spacious and came with a small, fully equipped kitchen – very convenient and comfortable. The staff was extremely customer-oriented, friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Breakfast is served at the restaurant Manifesto located downstairs. It was fine overall; the breakfast buffet deserves a solid 3/5 in my opinion. The location is a big highlight – I would rate it 9/10. Right in the heart of Makati, with a Starbucks just around the corner and a 7-Eleven directly across the street. Very practical and central.

• Paul (10/5): Refreshed, reinvigorated and looking to come back again! - Having stayed at this property during the summer of 22, I decided to stay once more because of the impression it had left me. This hotel/condotel is amazing. The facitilites were spotless, the staff were very professional and never failed to wear smiles upon greeting guests, breakfast at manifesto is stellar - one of the reasons I also looked forward to this stay. This whole trip for me was worth it thanks to gems like these tucked away in the heart of the Makati district. Looking forward to coming back in the near future! Kudos to Cetadines Salcedo and team. Didn’t find anything to point out, overall one happy camper here.

Также легко найти продуктовые магазинчики, прачечные, парикмахерские и прочие нужные пункты бытового обслуживания. В номере пахнет сыростью. Кондиционер расположен прямо над кроватью, когда он работает - элементарно заболеть. А без кондиционера - душно. Мы с женой, собственно, уже второй день мучаемся кашлем после проживания в этом отеле. Кондиционер должен дуть мимо кровати! Не очень понравилась система завтраков: она здесь по меню, но в тариф проживания с завтраком включено лишь одно блюдо, второе, третье и т.д. - за дополнительную плату 😏 .

• Monique (9/5): “Excellent welcoming atmosphere - One of the true strengths of this hotel is its doormen. From the very first moment, they make you feel genuinely welcome. They are consistently warm, polite, and attentive, always ready to help. In particular, I would like to mention Melja, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made every arrival and departure a pleasant experience. Their presence adds a special touch to the hotel and makes a real difference in the overall stay. The omelette station offers very good service, however the breakfast could be improved. Adding natural yogurt would be a nice enhancement, and the current glass bottle for milk placed in water is not very practical.

• 2600Venus (10/5): Great Stay at Citadines Salcedo During PACU Conference 2025 - Stayed at Citadines Salcedo with my team for the PACU Conference 2025. We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and 3 days and had a really good experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful, the rooms and common areas were super clean, and the location is convenient yet peaceful. Breakfast at Manifesto was also a highlight—great food selection every morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!

• steph (8/5): Cozy and Convenient - Location is good, near the Salcedo Weekend market, several good restaurants and cafes, as well as walking distance to Greenbelt shopping area. Staff are always helpful and welcoming. They were also flexible on our earlier check-in, which made things easier as I was travelling with a child. Our toilet at room 1506 had squidgy tiles (water accumulated underneath and so it shifts and makes a sound when you step on it); also a lingering damp smell in the kitchen / living room. I've stayed in Citadines a few times and this is the first time I've encountered this, so likely an exceptional case. Just need to ensure attentiveness on the maintenance.
• Grace (9/5): A comfortable stay with room for improvement. - This is my fourth stay at Citadines Salcedo if I'm not wrong. I didn't have to think of alternative accomodations while in Manila because I've always had a good stay here, from the staff to the comfortable room to the location. This time round, I was a little apprehensive because the reviews on booking.com were on the negative side. But I realized it was related to the breakfast because the cafe that serves breakfast was under renovation. Hence breakfast was being delivered to the rooms but came cold. However, I realised it was a minor problem. The staff did their best to bring breakfast according to the time I indicated. And the portions were very substantial. A bit on the cold side but you could heat it up in the microwave. I still enjoyed my stay overall. Room was spacious and if there was anything I needed, I just needed to ask and the staff would do their best to help. Like I wanted more towels and they delivered. Thank you to the friendly and wonderful staff who always had a smile on their faces and greeted me when I left or returned to the hotel. Housekeeping can be improved. The shower gel and hair conditioner ran out on the second day of my stay while I was showering. It shouldn't happen if housekeeping checked while cleaning the room. I used the washing machine and the dryer at the laundrette. However, the dryer didn't work. I realized that when I took the clothes out of the dryer. Hope this can be rectified. One of the staff members was kind to help us with using the newer dryer.

This issue was discussed with Mr Ryle Sylvester and although the issue could not be resolved due to refurbishments. Mr Sylvester attempted to do everything within his power to resolve the problem. A great hotel, that I have utilised in a number of occasions previously. The staff go above and beyond to do all they can to make your stay perfect. Everything was perfect.

• David (6/5): A comfortable room, but the dining experience was disappointing. - The room was large and very comfortable, which made the stay pleasant, and the hotel’s location is very convenient as it is the nearest to the BDO Tower (for Dutch Embassy), just a short walk through the parking garage across the street. However, the restaurant was not open. Instead, they provided prepared cold meals of your choice. Luckily, there was a microwave available to heat them up, but this is not what you expect when staying in a hotel.
